Food was great. Nothing much I can say about it. My only problem was that I felt like I was being rushed the whole time ordering. I understand when people are in a bad mood, so I won’t continue with this review. But hey, I will be coming back. Great food, great environment.

Usually I’m getting panda express on Baymeadows, but then I got here twice, first time was okay, but today I got much smaller portion then before, employee placed just one scoop of orange chicken compared to others when it’s usually two.

They skimped me on my takeout order pretty hard. This is a bigger plate with triple hot orange chicken. This is what it was right out the bag. Shame guys.

Only have been twice to this newer location.. First time, was excellent. Got orange chicken with fried rice, it was amazing. Went last night for the 2nd time, and it was absolutely disgusting! The rice had absolutely no flavor, I don’t even know what it was I was tasting & orange chicken was definitely off too. Nasty enough for a 1-2 stars. Was highly disappointed.

Husband & I went thru the drive no body behind us. 1 car in front of us. We ordered to orange chicken with noodles & rice. Do these people just give you what ever they wanna gv you. We get hone & got 1 order correct & one with orange chicken noodles & vegetables we didn't ask for. How do you get a very simple order wrong???

Today I came to Panda Express, not as a worker but a customer. I ordered a bowl with half white rice and chow mein with black pepper steak. Instead I was a given a scoop of rice and a few pieces of noodles and cabbage and veggies. My partner ordered a plate with fried rice teriyaki and orange chicken. After waiting for the food we were served he received a plate with rice and orange chicken and I had to go up to the counter and let them know we were missing food. Way to much talking going on and not enough paying attention to the customers needs and keeping the lines inside and outside down. Definitely didn’t see any Panda Core Values while being served. Super disappointed ……

Love that this panda is new and near the house. So, I hit the drive-thru... ordered plate, double walnut shrimp and fried rice with some other stuff. Order repeated back to me. Explain to me how I open my plate and have noodles and shrimp... no fried rice. Everything else great.

Getting Started

The manager Tyler who created our plates was rude and acted as if he didn’t care that several food items were not cooked or ready which forced us to order items we really didn’t care to eat. There were at least 5-6 items that were not ready and the restaurant was empty no one was in there. I will not be returning to this location, I will stick to the location I usually go to in the town center. That location gets it right EVERYTIME! Never had a problem there. This is 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this location.

I ordered a plate with noodles with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken to go; but when I got the food, there’s cabbage with no noodles and no orange chicken at all. I should have check my food but didn’t do it so it’s my fault for trusting them. Will not be coming back from this place ever again.

I tried the location after having a pbad experience before. I places my order when I got to the window the guy asked me if I wanted to change it because it would take a few minutes for one of the items. I said no problem. I get my door and see I'm missing egg rolls and spring rolls so I went inside. The manger asked for my receipt I left in the car told him I'm sure he could look it up gave me the items. Got home and know why the rolls were missing because they gave me the totally wrong order. They don't have a number online to call them that is weird
