The only pizza my 3 year old daughter eat (with other pizza places, she only eats the toppings and cheese)...so...the dough is good, and soft, but not limpy. As added bonus, the meat lover pizza did not drips with oil... definitely will be a regular.

I've been to this restaurant many times and have yet to be disappointed. My favorite pie so far is the twisted BBQ chicken. No matter what you order though, you'll be satisfied. The people there are friendly and speedy. Definitely one of the best pizza spots in the Saratoga Springs / Ballston Spa area.

On our way home tonight we stopped by Pizza Etc to grab a pizza and wings (before reading reviews so we were slightly skeptical) Hands down the best we've ever tried! And it's so relieving to find Pizza Etc because we just moved to Ballston Spa and are trying out new places! The staff was super friendly and the dining area really was clean also! :) Thanks Pizza Etc! You guys rock!

Everytime I order from here I have always had a great experience... Staff is always friendly, food is really good, I'm slowly working my way through their menu trying something different everytime, have not gotten a bad meal ever! And their dessert case has a good variety of choices! Love their tiramisu! I'll keep coming back here!

You will be hard pressed to find a better pizza in the entire Albany area. We've been going here for 25 years and have probably had several hundred pizzas from here. They don't mess around when putting cheese on the pie. Good people, very clean place and appreciative service.

Recently ordered an assortment of salads, pizzas, and a 3 ft sub for a big party. The attention to detail and care of our order was eminent from placing the order all the way to delivery. Will definitely be ordering again!!

I've been a customer for almost as long as they have been in business. If the pizza,wings etc. was not good I'm pretty sure I'd have found an alternative! Years ago I asked for a personal variation to one of their sheet pizzas and they said yes and my style is always available. Nice folks who take good care of their customers.

Very good Sicilian (square pie)! Being from Brooklyn, it seems rarer up here to find, and the sauce was sweet and crust perfectly done. Definitely going back. 👍🍕🍕

The pizza is predictably good every time. My family has been getting our food here since the 80's, now I travel 30 minutes because we've moved out of delivery range. We are die hard Pizza Etc fans, everything else is second rate.

I love the pizza here. It's my personal favorite place to order from, and we order at least twice a month. That's often enough for the people here to learn my order and know me when i walk in or call. Update: This place is still great! 3 years later and I still love coming here! They've updated the menu board to be fully electronic, and the folks here still recognize me when I walk in.

We passed by this place numerous times, never ordered from them till tonight. We got a dozen wings and a couple of Strombolis. Best wings we've had from a pizza shop ever. The Stromboli was big enough for 2, I'm used to the small skinny ones I'd get downstate, one was enough for 2. Next time we're trying the pizza I have to add the place was very clean, and the staff friendly.

Had a fantastic experience there, very friendly crew and atmosphere. After spending the day moving into the neighborhood, this place made some of the best pizza and salad that my family and I have had. Came back the next day for more. Keep up the great work. Great quality for the price.

First time customer, read great reviews on 518 foodies so decided to give it a try. Absolutely did not disappoint! I ordered a garlic white pizza rosemary select and added chicken. Wow! I will definitely be back to try different menu items this pizza was delicious! Also had their homemade chili which was a hint of sweet and spicy, very good! And the prices were also very reasonable considering the quality of the food. Good job!

Pizza Etc is such an amazing Family Restaurant they always make you feel comfortable when you go in the dining area is always clean and the staff is so friendly you can definitely tell it's family-owned and the pizza and wings are absolutely amazing and don't forget the garlic knots

The pizza and wings are good - but this review is to focus on the service. Outstanding customer service. They really want all of their patrons to have a great dining experience, regardless of if its take out or dine in. I feel like there are 20 pizza and wing places in the area to choose from, and all of the food is pretty comparable (other than their wings, Pizza etc truly has the best wings) but I will choose to support a business with top of the line customer service every day of the week.

Went tonight with my family, last time I went was 14 years ago when I lived in the area. The food was amazing. Was super nervous about dining in as my son has autism and can be super loud/ have meltdowns but staff was amazing and didn’t say anything

From their cleanliness in their kitchen, food & their customer service, I’m really not sure which is best. I’ve only ever received one not so great order & when i expressed my concerns there was no blame, no hassle.. they fixed the issue INSTANTLY but more importantly with such grace and kindness. IMPECCABLE!!

My boyfriend and I prefer this shop over any other pizza place! We've been going here for years, and have always have had a great food. When we walk through the door they always have smiles on their face, and such great attitudes. I wouldn't recommend any other pizza place!

I have been getting pizza and subs from pizza etc for over 25 years, and it is by far my favorite. I lived out of state for many years and every time I was home visiting I would always get pizza from them. Not only is the pizza the best but the service is great and everyone there is very friendly.

We were in a bind for an event that our caterer did not show up for pizza etc was able to prepare enough food for the event and get it there within a half hour. Excellent service and great pizza. Consistently delicious and fresh. Was going to take a photo, but it was so delicious I ate it before I got home 🤤 Update: this time 2 out of 3 slices made it home for a picture. Also grabbed a chef salad and tiramisu to try for dinner.

I recently ordered Pizza Etc to cater for my salon opening party. They were so helpful and friendly with what to order, and how much to order. We had (3) 24 cut pizzas, assortment of salads and a 3 foot sub that was so fresh and well put together with the amount of sandwich meat and toppings. They were on time with delivery and even helped us set up the food! I highly recommend for catering or just a week day pizza order!

We recently moved to area and wow! This is the place for pizza, wings, hot subs, cold subs, pasta. They have an awesome catering menu and just looking at kitchen and staff we will absolutely be using for parties. The homemade Fudge Brownies are so delicious, get them, then stop at Stewart’s for French Vanilla ice cream and you have just made the best dessert! Great food and Great people. Oh …. The delivery too but we are pick up people Very nice staff. The online ordering is so easy to use, I would suggest using online instead of calling in - so easy and paid for - go in pick up and leave!!!

We tried the New York style pizza last Friday and I have to say it was the best pizza we've ever had. We ordered sausage and mushroom and it was made to PERFECTION with the right amount of everything. With so few good pizza places in and around Saratoga this is our go to from now on. Barstoolsports needs to come here. Non chain. Locally owned, super nice people. Super cool of them to add a cover for the booster seat There tiramisu is perfect temp. Its cut insanely accurate and not been sitting like other places. My favorite deserts. But yah the pizza I'd deffenlty a good price !!

I just came here to say how PHENOMENAL! this pizza was. I am a pizza fanatic. I LOVE PIZZA with all my heart 😂 so you can imagine my eyes and jaw when I got home and opened the box. I got the square cut with pepperoni, bacon, sausage, and lite peppers. I mean WHOEVER was in the back preparing this pizza on 10/4/24 around 6:15 pm, deserves to be recognized and awarded. I can tell this pizza was made with compassion, I contemplated even touching it because of how perfect the presentation was. (that contemplation lasted all of 5 seconds though, I was too hungry 😂). I also want to acknowledge the front of the house folks via the folks who take the orders. I’ve always had STELLAR Service in here. Very warm and friendly and they don’t keep customers waiting to be served. The young lady that was there was super super sweet. She made me comfortable. Thank you guys I’ll be back!

A local favorite. I miss this pizza so much. I’ve been coming here since I was a small child. The sauce is incredible. I just love the consistency and flavor. One of my favorite pizza places of all time.

The wait time for delivery is always long, but the pizza is Great so I have no problem waiting as I'm sure they're very busy... but Good Lord is one of their staff Rude over the phone... Didn't like the customer service of this one lady in particular... at all... it was unnecessary and unprofessional to talk to someone like that.

Take out Pizza and Greek Salad. The pizza was a pepperoni, mushroom with onions n peppers. The peppers to my surprise were more of a pickled sweet pepper. Real tasty. The pizza was made to my liking with little easy on mozzarella. Perfect. The Greek Salad however was more of a house salad flavor even with the feta cheese. But salad was still good. The person at the counter was very pleasant. Inside was very clean and well kept. Had a few tables for dinning in. I would definitely go ba k for pizza and some of other menu items.

Service very fast and polite. Pizza was very good. Little place with a few tables to sit at to enjoy your food. Was very clean inside. Prices for the food were very reasonable. I would say if you are near here and love pizza give them a try.

We had to change my daughter's lunch birthday plans last minute and this was a great alternative. The manager was very friendly and offered pizza stickers and slap bracelets to my daughter and her friends - it absolutely made their afternoon! The excellent customer service here left a wonderful impression with my family and we look forward to planning our next visit soon.

Pizza was good. Wings were awful. They were dried up, with no meat , and cold by the time I got them. Too many places to get pizza I try to give them all my business. I won't be trying again.

Mostly everything on their menu is delicious! However, the wings are on a 1 star level. Dry, tough, little sauce, even when ordered “saucy” Pizza is usually fire so that’s not the problem.

Food‘s real good unfortunately they got an idiot answering the phone and all she can say is can I have your phone number? Can I have your phone number and no matter what you say to her that’s all she says can I have your phone number I called three times tried to order a pizza. I got all the way through and then when it came to the point where she asked if I was paying cash or credit card, she couldn’t hear me so I called back to see if I was getting a pizza and all she kept saying was can I have your phone number so obviously I got no pizza

Best pizza around! But very disappointed last night when went in and picked up and about half of workers were not wearing masks! Makes me not want to go back. Come on, we love your pizza and loyal customers, do the right thing and keep us all safe!! 😡

Two stars, an extra one for the audacity to serve square pizza (not grandma style) in NY. Truly could not be more disappointed in this pizza spot that’s right around the corner. Pizza was blah, wings were soggy, calzone was a glob of unmelted cheese. Everyone there was super nice although it is a fairly dirty small location

I don’t even know where to start. I don’t understand some of these five star reviews on this place. I just don’t think that the local people of this area know what good pizza taste like. I just ordered the “New York style “ Pizza I guess it’s newer to their menu, I saw it come through my Facebook so I figured I’d give them a try. I wish I didn’t. The pizza wasn’t terrible it’s edible. But not great and definitely not what I would consider New York style. The gentleman helping me Had a latex glove on one hand - I handed him cash. He handled the cash with that glove. I left, so I don’t know if he switched out his glove or not. I did watch him walk back to the kitchen before I walked out the door almost certain he didn’t change the glove . I have worked in the food industry before, so the glove should’ve been taken off when he approached the register. I also got two small salads. The macaroni salad is absolutely inedible. It’s disgusting. The vinegar overpowered it or it wasn’t fresh I can’t really tell . So for two small pasta salads and an 8 cut pizza it cost $30 A little bit pricey, for what I got. Also, it wasn’t the cleanest. It’s a very open kitchen and I do appreciate that, but it wasn’t that clean.

The worst. My husband and I have given this restaurant several chances and each time, we are disappointed. My husbands wings were super dry and overcooked with very little sauce and a side of blue cheese that looked like it had been sitting out for days. My chicken sub (which was supposed to be similar to a chicken cheese steak) was just chicken tenders put on top of some wilted lettuce and tomato. The last time we ordered a bacon pizza, it was basically a cheese pizza with chunks of fat on top. We will never order here again.

Website says $8.49 for 6 wings and I was rung up $13.19. Pizza is well below average. Wont be back. Also they charge an extra 3.99% to use a credit card.

Ordered food last week. When I went in to pick it up there were 5 or 6 people working all had masks/coverings hanging around their necks. I won't patronage a restaurant that won't take common sense steps to keep their customers safe.

If i couls rate lower then one star i would. Absolutely worst delievery service ive ever had, not only was our order was 20 minutes late (totalling an hour and 20 mins) but the delievery driver forgot our sub. Then when asked for a refund the delivery driver threw 13$ at me and said "thats for the sub" mind you i paid with credit card. Then i called the manager and asked if he could do a full refund for our order and told him i wasnt going to eat without my fiance and we would get something else for dinner and he refused to take the food back and give us a refund. If i could rate this place less than 1 star i would. By far the worst food expierence i've ever had. Rude delievery driver , rude owner, horrible service. THUMBS DOWN TO YOU.

We had ordered onion Rings and we only got 2 onion rings I asked for 2 orders of mozzarella well who ever took my order only ordered 1 for me apparently she was new and screwed it up

Not enough toppings ,I order extra cheese didn't get it ,went to west Ave Pizza and got pepperoni in every bite. I will not buy from them ever again, west Ave is worth the trip

Ordered from this place for the first time. Not really sure if it could suck more. Pizza should actually be cooked for one thing. The pineapple was dumped on from a can and cold. I'm not sure how adding bacon jacks the price $8.00. Do yourself a favor, order from any other place possible.

This place has gone down hill in the past few years, I use to love the subs here, but now they hardly put any meat on them.

Pizza is good. Just tried to order a special with 48 wings and asked for half plain and half mild and was told they cannot split flavors on an order of wings. I can’t even comprehend this rationale. Apparently they have enough business because we said we would need to order from elsewhere if they can’t separate and order of wings and was told bye! They just lost a huge order and all of our future orders.

Pizza was horrible. Fry combo appetizer combo was cold and soo soggy it was falling apart. I almost threw up. Their blue cheese tasted old and way tangy. I normally would never leave a bad review during times like this but whoa. By the way $45 dollars and I couldn't even eat it.

Hi we ordered a pizza today a 12 cut with extra cheese,mushrooms,peppers and sausage. That was the worst pizza we ever got there was no taste to it. The mushrooms were so big and chewy. There was no taste to the sausage or the peppers. Are digiorno pizza taste a lot better we had

Disgusted with my meal. This evening we ordered from pizza etc and drove a half hour to pick up our pizza as it came highly recommended from my husband who works at Ball corporation as they order from here quite frequently. I ordered the shrimp scampi pizza as my husband had ordered it at his work establishment before, and he said the shrimp were nice size and all cleaned. When I received the pizza and brought it home they were tiny shrimp out of the can with veins inside & full of waste. I had to dump the pizza as I couldn't eat it, when I called the establishment, the manager said to bring it back. I wasn't going to drive the half hour each way, and he said they always have veins in their shrimp and they're not cleaned prior to putting them on their pizza. I spent $49 at the establishment and I will not be back. We ordered two pizzas and a purchased a pasta salad. My husband ordered a different pizza and was happy with his but don't order the shrimp scampi pizza!

We have ordered from here a few times and sometimes it's good, sometimes it's the worst thing I've ever eaten. Like last nights order. Noone could decide what they wanted so we ordered a shmorgage board of stuff... cheesy garlic bread, just slabbed with greasy blanket of mozzarella. Quite literally inedible, wings asked for extra crispy and they were fatty and soggy, sub asked for bacon and to my disgusting surprise they add bacon bits to the sub. So gross! We also got "there style" tenders, honey bbq and my bf said they were like jello.. ew! I didn't even try them bc of the over abundance of sauce they put on it. Celery looked rotted. Spent $80 and our house of 3 have all had stomach issues since eating there. Good luck with your orders, I don't think will be back for awhile.
