First time eating Church's chicken. Tables were clean. Floor was very dirty and needed attention. Staff was courteous and helpful. Chicken was served hot and the tea was very good.

They have an offer at bottom of your receipt, but this store doesn't like to give you your receipt. They don't even say hello when you walk in because all they greet you with is "here or to go?" Don't count on a smile either. Their chicken is either under cooked or over cooked.....

Went in yesterday order 2 meals the lady taking the order was so rude I olms was just going to not order and leave but I just ordered and didn't say anything my friend said she's very rude and was rude when I asked her a question about a order if it came with one side I told him I know I just want to order and eat well we got are order they' we're short of count on the chicken strips and they looked like they were cut in half to make 2 I asked her they started going off on me I told her that she was talking rude and I'm only asking her a question and talking to her right she was still telling me that she put the right count in the order arguing still with me she told me she would refund me the money on the the chicken strp order instead of adding so I told her just to refund me the whole order and I told them they were rude and was going to make a complaint on them it seemed that they didn't care like it happens all the time and they still go to work with out corporate or owners telling them anything about their ways they talk to customer

Ordered 5 piece tender combo with unsweetened tea, got my order and was told there is no tea so paid for combo anyway Got home opened box had 2 spicy thighs, drove back entered in this time showed them my receipt, the girl at the drive throw, started laughing, it was so funny that I got the wrong order, no sorrys just laughing so I got my order made the 6 mile drive back home and not to may surprise I got a 3 piece, I paid for a 5 order I hope the store can find a good new manager and employees

Went in two hours before they closed, got food as they were closing. Wouldn't sell me chk strips ,because employs made them for them to take home. Turned four groups of costumes away saying it will take 20 mins to cook chn after this 20 mins is up. Very unprofessional, and when I finally got my food it was cold and slightly undercooked. Heard one employees tell the other one, that you're not supposed to cook the strips with the chicken. I was sick the rest of the night. Save your money. Every gas station in town makes better food. Especially five points.

This location is in need of closing down. The management is awful and the employees are not even trained to do their job properly. Every time I come to this location I am disappointed with mistakes, attitude, poor quality food etc... And to top it off the manager Kimberly is an absolute mistake for a general manager. She's unpleasant and takes no time with the development of her crew as well as her personal relationship with male crew members seems inappropriate, especially in front of paying customers. Everything is a mess under her management. Please reconsider dining at this location in Bandera. 👎🏽

When I arrived at the church's I got. a very bad attitude. The lady messed up on my order. Then she was even more rude and the order wasn't right, so they refunded me the money and they were gonna charge my card again. And she said that the card won't go through with the credit for 3 to 4 days. And then she slammed the window at me. I would not recommend coming here because first of all, they were messing up on everything.

I got 5 pc tender ordered on line was told order would be ready at 628pm I got there at 630 and had to wait 22 minutes for them to even cook the tenders thex were frozen still when I got there. Then they didn't add my gravy for tenders nor my jalapeño and my tea was watered down and not even sweet. If your in a hurry don't go there

If I could give this place no stars I would. Last night on our way home from work we decided we didn't have the energy to cook so we stop at this place. We order the 16 family pack and we needed to feed a big family, got home with our order and there were not 16 pcs, only reason we found that up is because we were short on chicken and not everyone was able to eat. I called and all they told me is "oh I'm sorry I will let the guys know". Not to mention our family sizes were not family sizes but 3 small of each and family fries half way. I will not go back there, and I wouldn't recommend this place. Is getting hard to be able to eat out and this people should be better to their customers.
