Waited 2yrs for this Yoshinoya to open, nice & clean, online ordering ok sometimes the specials or coupons dont exactly work but if you let them know their really nice and work with you, overall great service & please stay like that, returnning customer!!

We've loved Yoshinoya for years, so we were glad when they finally opened one here in Banning. The food is great most everytime we come. When I had an issue with my chicken missing its sauce last weekend (I'd asked for it on the side and didn't get it), I called to ask if it was too late to go back to pickup the sauce and Maggie went above and beyond to make things right. I got my plate remade for the inconvenience and extra sauce. The friendly service and great food that tastes great and actually looks just like it does in its ads is why I give this location 5 stars!

Great fantastic service from Jalaine! Tho it was busy & understaffed, she provided fast, efficient & friendly service! I believe she was also working overtime to cover someone's shift -- give her a raise, or at least hire enough people to provide backup for her in case people are out sick....

I was traveling from California back to Arizona and made a stop at Yoshinoya. This place has been around for decades, and I never get tired of it. I first started eating here in my 30s, and now, well into my 60s, the food still brings me the same joy. The flavors are just as fresh, hot, and comforting as I remember. This time, I went through the drive-through, so I can’t comment on the inside or cleanliness, but the food itself was excellent. My plate was generously packed—I ordered the combo with beef, chicken, vegetables, and rice. At other locations I’ve visited, portions can sometimes be on the skimpy side, but not this time. Yoshinoya has been part of my life for so many years, and it’s nice to see that consistency still shining through. I’ll definitely be returning and hope the generous portions continue.

Oh my goodness I was so satisfied weather tonight. Ordered me a beef boat. Very delicious. Good amount of beef. Loved it. Keep up the great work your yoshinoya. I will definitely be going back

Visiting the area on jury duty, I needed to grab lunch. Conveniently located right down the street. The service was fast and friendly. The restaurant was clean and the overall experience was great. I only gave four stars because the Boba was definitely off from other yoshinoya restaurants. Which could be a number of things, maybe it was aged, maybe it wasn’t prepared all the way 🤷🏻‍♀️ it definitely had no bounce and had the tapioca flour texture which mostly signifies that it’s aged or not warmed properly. Maybe I just got a bad batch. All it all was great and I’ll be back.

I ordered doordash and tried to get the gyoza beef. Apparently they were out of it and I got teriyaki instead . If you are gonna be out of stock on something you need to have your doordash updated for it so I'm not wasting my time trying to get that beef. Especially because I work in a warehouse. I don't have the time to inspect my own order or answer phone calls during shift. And also forgot my mayo sauce for the fried Japanese chicken. Only giving three stars because the food is still good. Please look over the order before sending it out with door dash . And also we only got four close of the fried Japanese chicken which I'm pretty sure is supposed to be 6. And there was barely any rice in that container as well.

Atmosphere in in here is horrible, they have a menu price and the price they charge you, the guy in front of me ordered spring rolls, but he didn’t notice. How many people do they rip off in a day? I ask for soy sauce and they tell me they ran out. Spring roll menu says $1.59, and they charge $1.99

The cashier that took our order is rude. She was upset because i questioned her regarding an upgrade charge for a different rice that stated on the menu was free. Then overcharged me on a special meal deal. She got really upset because i asked for a refund and redo the transaction. She she acted like a toddler being rude making snark comments and started slamming the register drawers. I would never go back . The manager should look into having someone that has customer service skills. It is sad because this a brand new loxation.

I ordered chicken, but unfortunately, it came burned. The flavor was affected, and I couldn’t enjoy the meal. Even that is expensive I should buy Chinese food next time
