Excelente servicio, nos tocó pasar el apagón en este hotel, y todo el personal fue super amable y colaborativo. El desayuno super rico y completo pero tengo un comentario de mejora, el horario de desayuno es a partir de las 7 am, lo cual es tarde para turistas que queremos comenzar a recorrer la ciudad temprano. Sugiero de qué se adelante el horario de apertura a las 6:30.

Excelente sitio para venir por unos días a Barcelona atención excelente bien trato y atentos a los visitantes recomiendo este sitio buena terraza con piscina para temporada de primavera verano parte de otoño. Muy limpio cocina espectacular buenos platos

Hotel situado al lado de los jardines del Palau Robert. Su ubicación es de 10 y hay conexión con metro, ferrocarril y autobús a muchos lugares de Barcelona. Fui a un curso de formación de La Roche Posay. El coffee break estuvo muy bien pero eché en falta bocadillitos salados.

Todos fueron muy amables, las habitaciones son amplias y muy completas (con bastantes ammenities q me fueron muy útiles ya me hospedaron allí desde la aerolínea porque mi vuelo fue cancelado y no tenía nada de esos implementos). En cuanto al restaurante del hotel, es moderno y ofrecen cena de pasos de cocina internacional. El desayuno buffet es delicioso y muy completo

It is, without exaggeration, the best restaurant I’ve tried in Spain. Everything about it was flawless – from the warm and attentive staff, to the chic and vibrant ambiance, to the absolutely divine food. We shared several dishes and each one was outstanding: The salmon tartare was fresh, well-balanced, and beautifully plated. The burrata – simply melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The Galician steak was tender and full of flavor, perfectly cooked. And the Catalan-style seafood noodles (Fideuà) were an absolute revelation – rich, comforting, and packed with taste. The service was truly perfect – professional yet friendly, and everything flowed effortlessly. Boca Grande is the full package: elegance, flavor, atmosphere, and hospitality. I would come back in a heartbeat

First night gastronomic seafood meal in Barcelona and we couldn’t make it to the cocktail lounge after dinner. Food here has always been fantastic and it’s good to checkout the bar counter on their daily fresh selection. To avoid surprise, do check with server on the market price.

I’ve been coming to the spot for the past 8 years every time I visit Barcelona. In my opinion this is one of the best designed and decorated restaurant and cocktail bar that you will find around Europe, and probably in the world. It honestly deserves 5 stars just for its ambiance and vibe, so thoughtfully designed with amazing ornaments all over. Last night was the first time I actually have dinner there, and to be honest I was skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised as the food was of pretty high quality and matched the price point. The service was really good despite the sassy staff with the attitude at the entrance when I first walked in, but they seemed quiet overwhelmed with reservations and became friendlier later (not an excuse but we let it slide every now and again ;)). Cocktails were great as usual. Highly recommend if you are visiting.

Celebramos la comida de Navidad, correcto menú típico de la fecha, escudella, canelones, pollo relleno, etc.

Todo el personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy limpias y bien equipadas. Está relativamente céntrico entre la Rambla y Paseo de Gracia.

Beautiful and elegant spot, especially lit up for holidays! Definitely high end and the prices reflect that. Several items (octopus and puréed potatoes) were delicious but so rich we couldn’t each more than a few bites. Service was good if not exceptional.

Food was good, service was great and decoration is amazing! Solomillo was very small for 47euros. They have delicious gluten free bread! The bathroom has a person in charge of supplying paper towels which i found very weird but overall great experience!

Great experience night for a date or celebration 🎉 the service is good and food was very good. But so it should be for the prices. Also the bar upstairs is 20-24 euro a cocktail but is high end so worth it if it’s a special night out. From an Australian perspective so our $A doesn’t go as far. The bathroom is an experience, DJ, service man and shared stalls. Better for vibe but not practical for guys who want a quick No 1 or girls who want a clean stall.

There will be service surcharges on your bill. And we waited for 40min to get the table because we missed our appointment time quite a lot. The food overall is decent, yet overpriced. We didn’t order any alcohol and averaged ~110 euro per person.

Initially we wanted to have some cocktails so we were chatting with the security personnel (very helpful And friendly) and we were told that while we have drinks they could arrange a table for dinner. We had a large group but they were good at getting a table ready for us within about 45 minutes. It worked out perfectly as we were enjoying some cocktails upstairs on the premises. When it came to service, it wasn't consistent. Some staff were extremely friendly and had a great attitude while some lacked even a smile. The place has a great ambience along with good food but the lack of consistency in good service was noticeable and hopefully will be rectified as it affected the overall experience. This isn't a place to dine at if you are on a budget. It is recommended to make a reservation and dress up to visit this place to keep up with the atmosphere. The extensive selection of wines and cocktails will not disappoint you.

Extremely overpiced. They get your credit card on unlimited for reservation and cancellation cost per person is €50. Service and staff was good and so was the ambience but i dont recommend paella, it was the worst i’ve ever had in my life. Toilets was very nicely decorated with a dj cabin included.

The atmosphere at the restaurant is truly nice – stylish, cozy, and clearly designed with great attention to detail. Even the restrooms were exceptionally clean and modern, which is definitely worth mentioning. The food was good and nicely presented, but I found the prices to be quite high for what was offered. Overall, the value for money just didn’t feel right to me. Despite the lovely setting, I personally wouldn’t return.

I visited Boca Grande in Barcelona a couple of times, and while it has a convenient location in a quiet alley surrounded by various restaurants and a large underground parking lot, my overall experience was disappointing. The interior is nice, but both the food and service were quite average. They do serve fresh and delicious oysters, but since they don't require cooking, they maintain their flavor. There's also a good selection of fresh fish, crabs, and lobsters, but I wasn't impressed with how they prepare the fish. After eating it, I felt quite heavy. We ordered two different lobster dishes, one came with potato chips in a sauce that overwhelmed the taste, while the other had a heavy sauce that completely masked the flavor. Even the grilled fish was prepared with onions and butter, which detracted from the dish's lightness. It seems that this style of cuisine just doesn't suit my taste, and I left the restaurant unsatisfied. Another downside was that not all the waitstaff spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging. Additionally, I was taken aback by an incident that occurred after 8 PM when a man appeared in the restroom with various cheap hygiene products from the supermarket. He had deodorants and mouthwash in a large economy bottle, which raised eyebrows, and other signs… He set out small dishes in all the sinks, each with a €10 and €20 bill on opposite sides🙈 He wouldn't let me turn on the water myself or grab a paper towel, which felt uncomfortable. I prefer to take my own towel and wipe my hands without someone holding it in front of me and sorry but he really looks strange…🤷🏼‍♀️ The whole setup felt cheap and almost like a demand for tips, which was off-putting. I came to wash my hands at the restaurant, not to be directed toward a paid restroom. Overall, I found the experience to be quite tacky, and I won’t be returning to this establishment!

This place was recommended by a friend of mine. The restaurant decor is beautiful and luxurious, the waiters and stuff were friendly and the food was delicious. We had an amazing experience but it’s very very pricey with small portions in my opinion. It’s a good place for perhaps a birthday celebration or anniversary but definitely not an everyday choice.

Hotel con Magia!! Dejas dinero en la cartera en tu habitación y desaparece!!! Pura magia luego nadie sabe nada.

Ayer a las 19:15h fui a la cafetería del hotel acompañada de una mujer de raza negra,ambas somos mujeres. La cafetería -restaurante estaba ocupada menos de un cuarto de su capacidad.El servicio en lugar de ofrecernos la primera mesa disponible a esa hora y de acuerdo con las normas horarias del establecimiento nos fue negando la acogida en mesas sucesivas hasta que por descarte nos permitió sentarnos en una mesa de la zona próxima a la puerta. Éste tipo de atención es lo opuesto al mensaje que desde la ciudadanía y los poderes públicos se ofrece de Barcelona como ciudad cosmopolita y de acogida. Les sugiero formen a su personal en las formas y normas básicas de hospitalidad.

I booked a table for two because it was my husband's birthday. The staff were unfriendly, standing aside and discussing the guests. The guy who was in charge of drinks took care of two tables near us and openly ignored us. When my husband said that the paella wasn't very good, they didn't react, but simply asked if we wanted dessert, even though I had ordered dessert long before and asked for it to be brought out with a festive atmosphere and a candle. The girl at the entrance said that they would congratulate my husband and sing to him like they usually do it. In the end, a girl came with the dessert with candle, put it on the table and left. I have never seen such terrible service. They ruined the mood on a festive day. It's a beautiful place, but the people who work there create an unfavourable atmosphere. Starters such as king crab and lobster are excellent, but I don't recommend some main courses from the main menu such as seafood soup and paella, as they are very salty and I didn't find them tasty.

Visited restaurant and was asked to buy items they selected and not speak to the menu. For the price they charged for the food it was old seafood and it was not seasoned properly. The food was horrible and they never asked us if we wanted a drink. They had a discussion prior to returning with a revised bill. The lady that apparently head up the dining room. She appeared to be upset with our review of the food. Overall for the prices they charged it far exceeds the quality of the food. And we are not squabbling over price but quality of gouge! Could not eat more than one fork of this. Beware of this price gouger!

I visited Boca Grande in Barcelona ( just left place 10min ago 7/08 @ 8.50 ) which presents itself as a fancy, upscale restaurant with prices far above the average in the area. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing from the moment we arrived. Within the first 15–20 minutes, a giant cockroach was crawling on the floor and even climbed up my leg. I stayed discreet and quietly informed the staff, specifically the manager, trying not to cause a scene. I expected at least a sincere apology or some meaningful gesture from management. Instead, the response was dismissive. We waited over 20–25 minutes for our drinks, which never arrived. Then, to make things worse, we were handed a bill for nearly $170 USD even though we hadn’t even started eating properly. My daughter had a small shrimp dish – just six tiny shrimp – and that alone was around $70 USD, and frankly, it was underwhelming. The manager, who was unfortunately rude and condescending, gave us a mere $20 discount. I didn’t ask for a discount – I just wanted to enjoy dinner. I ended up leaving hungry, disappointed, and shocked by the poor service, high prices, and unhygienic environment. I strongly do not recommend this restaurant. Beautiful on the outside, but the experience was unacceptable. Bill is attach, hope they see it and cancel my Tab , I will honestly call card and open a dispute. Rate to do that, totally opposite I always like to leave 5 start reviews Thanks,
