Buena variedad de sabrores y presentaciones de los helados, probé uno doble de coco y mango y estaba espectacular, el orden de la atención debería ser mas claro, lo lógico es que los clientes prueben y vean los sabores y luego al decidirse paguen en caja para luego recibir su orden... tanto los empleados como los clientes van de un lado a otro y se pierde la fila y el orden de llegada, ojo con eso causa problemas

Heladería con muy buenos productos, los helados son cremosos y de sabor intenso, me ha llamado la atención el gran sabor del de plátano y el de melón. Precio un poco alto para la cantidad que dan, pero hay que entender dónde se encuentra

I got the coconut and banana flavors. They were pretty good. Not mind blowing but good. The size of the scoops are a bit too small for the price though.

Stopped by here for some gelato near the beach. They have a lot of flavors, I had chocolate and mango and both were pretty good. Although, I had better in Barcelona that tasted more fresh. Still a go…

Buen helado. Fresco pero algo demasiado liquido para mi gusto. Prefiero los que son mas consistentes y cremosos aunque el helado que pedi de maracuya era muy fresco y refrescante. Perfecto para un dia de verano caluroso antes o despues de ir a la playa.

Hay varias opciones de sabores de helados! Primero haces una cola para pagar, luego otra para elegir los sabores de helado! No esta mal! La atención buena y tratan de ser eficientes y rápidos!

Helados buenos, algo caros, personal amable, lugar limpio pero pequeño uno tiene que ir a buscar otro lugar para comer su helado. Es caro calidad precio, lo bueno es que tienen variedad de helados.

El helado no está mal, ninguna maravilla, la atención no muy buena, poco amigable y te están apurando todo el rato que te vayas de la tienda. Recomendación si no molesta que te apuren y cualquier helado está bien , es buena opción, si no busca otra cercana valdrá la pena caminar 😉

Tengo que decir que en mi experiencia el servicio de este lugar fue muy malo. Al pedir probar un sabor de helado para decidir, no fue cómoda la actitud de la vendedora. Siempre he pensado que centrar la venta de un producto en la experiencia del cliente es clave, más que en la propia venta. Seguro que no volveré a este lugar. PD: el helado estuvo bien. Me lo he comido todo 😝.

They wanted to charge me 7€ for an iced café cremoso as they called it and in a size of a small cappuccino and it was nowhere in their price list , thieves !

Pésima actitud de la trabajadora asiática de gafas que atendía el día miércoles 10 de agosto. Le pedí información respecto a los helados y ni se molestó en dirigirme la palabra, sólo me señaló los precios con una actitud muy altiva. Parece que no le gusta interactuar con ninguno de sus clientes. Muchísima lentitud y calidad muy baja. No recomendable.

La experiencia fue decepcionante desde el principio. El servicio fue muy lento (más de 30 minutos de espera) y la comunicación prácticamente inexistente; no entendía lo que decían y nadie se esforzó en aclararlo. Pedí un crêpe de chocolate blanco, me confirmaron que tenían, pero al recibirlo apenas llevaba nada de chocolate, casi seco. Al darme cuenta, regresé para pedir que me lo hicieran bien o, al menos, que me pusieran algo más. Me ofrecí incluso a cambiarlo por uno con Nutella. No accedieron a hacer uno nuevo y simplemente echaron un poco de Nutella por encima del mismo crêpe mal hecho. Nada profesional. No vuelvo.

El helado de tamaño grande de yogurt es un robo 7,95 por un helado que te ponen la fruta encima (poca) solo como decoración no para que el cliente lo disfrute, deberían de poner más por el precio, al menos entre medios. Lo comparo con otras heladerías de yogurt de Barcelona.

No vuelvo a venir. Trato frío y poco profesional, parecía que nos querían tomar el pedido y echarnos rapido. La persona que atendía, poco valores de higiene, con las manos repartía los crepes+gofres+churros y los agarraba tocando con los dedos (uno de los churros se le cayó y lo agarro con la mano y lo repuso como si nada delante del cliente).

Muy mal sabor de los helados, yo me pedí el de melón y no sabía para nada a melón. También probé el de pistacho y no sabía mucho a pistacho sabía más como chocolate. Los sabores son muy artificiales y los precios elevados

Churros were disgusting, pre-made (which was stated on the menu). The worker heated them up in a toaster oven and somehow dropped every one of our individual churros on the counter MULTIPLE times. They were completely over baked which made them come out hard, tough, and disgusting. Don’t ever come here for churros. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

HORRIBLE SERVICE LADY. they lost my receipt after ordering and didn’t make my crepe for 15 mins. I guess the people behind me got one too so when she came out the back with a crepe I grabbed it because I was the next person to order one. Then, SHE SCREAMED AT ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE to give it back to her. So rude and other customers were screaming at her back because of how annoying she was. They lost my ticket for my crepe and thought I was stealing so I get screamed at for it.

DO NOT COME HERE. I wish I could have recorded everything that happened. We ordered gelato and a Nutella crepe and the male worker forgot to hand the receipt/ ticket to me (you order before you pick flavors). RIGHT after we ordered the same worker met us to pick the gelato flavors (which by the way were not good) and the male worker asked me for my ticket and I told him he did not give me one. He then went back to the register and found it because he JUST took our order at the register (how do you forget you just took our order?). After giving us the gelato he put the ticket where the “completed orders” tickets go instead of giving it to the mean old lady who makes the crepes. Me and her wait for 10-15 minutes as all these other people who ordered the same crepe after us get their order. After 6+ Nutella crepes come out to people who ordered after us, we grab the next one that came out. The people who were standing BEHIND us the entire time started saying it was theirs even though it was ours. (Also they don’t call our order numbers they just call out “Nutella crepe” and we noticed people after us were grabbing it). Now this lady is SCREAMING at the top of her lungs (I am NOT joking) telling us we are stealing and we never ordered. I am trying to tell her that they misplaced our ticket, but every time i pointed to it they looked at the smoothie machine like idiots. Not sure what language they spoke but they obviously could not understand what we were telling them. They are brainless people and only know how to communicate by yelling.

I want my money back. I want back my 12 euros for 2 smoothies. Ordered different kind, they gave us what seemed as water and sugar. This is a first time in Spain where smoothie was not made well. Huge disappointment. We just left it at the counter.

There was a medium-sized cockroach (German cockroach) walking all over the gelato steel counter. The worker hit it with the gelato scooper to push it away from the counter and continued serving the customers with the same scooper! Disgusting. I quietly informed the cashier. He tried to refund us, but he said he might refund another customer by mistake because there was a miscommunication between us. He showed me a transaction in the machine and asked if that's the correct number; I said yes, as it's the same amount, 8.40 euros. It turned out it was two transactions above, each of which had the same amount, and he was asking me about the credit card's last four digits. So after we showed them our card's last four digits, they denied us the refund and said it's our problem. They were terrible at handling the situation and were not polite at all. After wasting about 30 minutes of back and forth, we started to inform other customers of the problem, and only then they agreed on a half cash refund, saying we should be responsible for the loss as well since we confirmed the wrong transaction. Anyway, disgusting. Stay away if you want to avoid gelatos with cockroaches.

Really bad Gelatos. All the flavors are extremely artificial despite the claim. They do have other things on the menu, but after trying out the items they are listed for, I wouldn't be so sure about the rest. Overall a very bad experience
