Acabamos de celebrar una fiesta post-boda en el Hotel y hemos quedado muy satisfechos del servicio recibido, tanto por la profesionalidad de Marina, Cristina y Sofia del Departamento de Eventos como por la alta calidad de la comida y la atención en sala con especial mención a el Maitre y al Sr Mauro que se esforzaron en satisfacer todas nuestras peticiones con amabilidad y diligencia.

Tourist walk in off the street, not at all appropriately dressed but met with full warmth and graceful service. The food was excellent and well presented, with very well balanced taste lifting the fresh ingredients used. The non alcoholic options are few, but good quality. Overall a wonderful evening.

Arrived with my partner, looking a little shabby. I expected snobbery, but the staff were delightful and welcoming. During the meal we were given wonderful tasters. At the end I was suprised the bill was exactly what i selected initially and no more. I was so impressed by this restaurant (that is normally out of my pay range) that I was happy to give a tip. Can't recommend this place enough.

As a big fan of their outpost in Singapore, I'm so glad to have the opportunity to visit the mothership in Barcelona. Extensive authentic Catalan menu here. We had the ala carte option and we were able to try a number of dishes on the menu. Everything was fab but perhaps the star dishes for us were the breaded anchovies (starters), their own-labelled olive oil (amuse bouche), the cannelloni (warm starters), suckling pig, the beef tenderloin and the duck breast are what we especially love. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend this lovely restaurant if you are in Barcelona looking for a fab dining experience.

What a treat, enjoyed it 100%. The photos of the interior and the overall vibe on the web do not do them justice, it is much nicer and cosier, maybe lacking a personal touch to stand out (maybe that central shelf in the dining area is blocking the view of the kitchen for everybody).

Amazing food, incredible service and super ambience. All things that make this dining experience worthy of its Michelin stars. The oxtail I had was one of the best dishes I have had for a while. The wines on offer are also very impressive and a reasonable price range considering this is a high end restaurant. I will be back for sure! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Barcelona!

This is a well-known, Michelin guide recommended restaurant, and a true gem! Great wine selection and very knowledgeable staff who helped us choose (since many of their selections feature local grapes, this was much appreciated) One thing that I loved about the place is their half portions offerings, which gave the chance to try more of their dishes. They started us off with a complimentary onion soup, which was excellent! We only tried their cod fritters, which goes without saying that was great. For main, we tried their mushroom and pigeon paella (they don’t do half portions for the paellas). It is their specialty and was delightful. Rich and deep umami taste with delicious crispy bits. The pigeon breast was cooked perfectly. Just lovely. We then got sea bass and duck breast (both half portions) Sea bass: beautifully cooked, delicately seasoned. Duck: perfect cook (no wonder!), accompanied by a a caramelized apple terrine, and spiced mash. For dessert we had their pear tart with vanilla cream, which was sweet enough to round up the meal but not over power it. A beautiful note was when the chef came out and checked in with each table and you could see his face light up when he heard how much people enjoyed his food!

In my five months of living in Barcelona, this restaurant has easily become my favorite. I'm at a loss for words when the soap in a restaurant is incredible—apologies to my mom, but this soap was nothing short of magnificent. The meat surpassed all expectations; it was so tender that cutting it with a spoon felt like a luxury. As for the Macarrons del Cardenal, their deliciousness made me understand why even Napoleon was a fan. The flavors were exquisite, and every bite was a delight. Beyond the exceptional food, the ambiance and service added to the overall experience, making it a memorable dining choice. Highly recommended for anyone seeking culinary perfection in Barcelona!

What a treat. Beautifully cooked food but so proudly Catalan. This was the perfect dinner to end our first trip to Barcelona. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a very nice gourmet dinner. Service was superb but also very warm and friendly too. Am always going to come back when I visit this wonderful city

We chanced upon this on our first night in Barcelona and didn't expect much. We were blown away. We had initially wanted to refuse the bread and snack service cos they wanted to charge us five Euros for, but we forgot to inform them and man, am I glad we didn't. The snacks were amazing and the food that followed was one of the best we've had in Spain. Everything from the tapas to the mains was creative and not what one would expect, and we ended up so full and satisfied that we couldn't do the excellent-looking dessert tray. We spent about 55 Euros per head with wine, and for the quality of food we had, that's undervalued for sure. Highly recommend.

This was the second time we ate at this restaurant, after a friend recommended it. It’s absolutely delicious! It also has a very relaxed and understated ambiance. Definitely worth a visit or two!!

You're greeted well, and treated excellently for your whole visit! The food however is underwhelming. It may go to show this is my final chance for Catalan fine dining. I need to think "wow" particularly with Guia Michelin or Sols de Repsol but I didn't. It was good but I cannot justify this price. On the same avenue is one of my favourite restaurants which does not offer to same service but does exceed on all other measures.

Most of the time when I leave a review, it’s to support restaurants I appreciate—and also to help others who might want to visit. My goal is to offer constructive feedback, not to criticize for the sake of it. Service: The experience started off a bit rocky. The first waiter (a young man) forgot my very simple order: still water with lime. That was all I asked for, yet I had to repeat myself—and still received lemon instead of lime. To make matters worse, he interrupted me while I was on the phone. Please, train him. He struggled to understand basic requests, and eventually, I was assigned a different waiter, which improved things. Tasting Menu (€90): • Gazpacho – Absolutely perfect. Refreshing and balanced. 👌 • Cannelloni – Excellent. One of the highlights. • Scallops on Artichoke Purée – Unfortunately, these elements didn’t complement each other. Both are good separately, but together the dish felt unbalanced and cheapened the experience. 3/10. • Monkfish – The potatoes in the sauce were overly salty, and the dish itself just wasn’t interesting. I’d recommend replacing it with something smaller and fresher. • Beef – It was okay. Unfortunately, I was already full (and very hungry when I arrived), so I couldn’t enjoy it as much as I might have. The pacing of the meal could be improved. Wine: I want to give full credit for the excellent selection of Catalan wines. Thoughtful and well-curated—definitely a strong point of the restaurant. Final Thoughts: One clumsy waiter can really damage a guest’s first impression. When the food averages around 6/10, service becomes even more critical. The restaurant is Michelin Guide recommended, but they have a way to go before earning a star. With a few adjustments, especially in training and pacing, they could elevate the entire experience.

We really enjoyed their menu. The caneloni is extraordinary and the meat was also fantastic. Pork feet was also one of our favorite dishes. Service was kind and the place is nicely decorated. Long wine list. I was only disappointed by the pork size but overall we enjoyed it. Red tuna was also very tasty and monk fish.

Not super impressed as a Michelin starred restaurant overall. We liked the few exotic items we tried: pig feet were deboned, very tender and flavorful with duck sauce and dried plums; cuttlefish rice was yummy; veal brain was quite an adventure but great. Sea bass was as expected, calamari was plain, desert was cold and disappointing. Could do better on presentation. Service was also slow - it took a few minutes for the menu to arrive when we were the one of the only two tables right when it opened for lunch; we also had to wait quite long for our bill even though we requested a couple of times.

First of all please don’t take me wrong as I’m 100% sure Petit Comité particularly chef Carles Gaig is a master chef and his sea food and other meaty dishes are excellent . However, I went to the restaurant and booked for dinner but informed them , that me and my partner are vegetarian. They assured us that they serve also vegetarian dishes . We arrived at 8 pm and someone directed us to our table . We asked for vegetarian menu but the person who served us said they have no vegetarian menu but there are some dishes with no meat nor sea food. I got confused and another person who was more knowledgeable and spoke better English , told us that they don’t have vegetarian menu but he can help us by making a vegetarian paella and advised us to have a starter with egg and beans as well brought us soup ( which hesitantly was vegetarian with something which tasted meaty !) . Staff were not very professional and served us very clumsy . One of the girl served us soup while she touched our bread with her hands ! Table were full of bread crumbs which were cleaned after our main course . In all their vegetarian food were tasteless and vegetarian pállela had probably meat or fish stock !! I cannot recommend anyone who is vegetarian to visit this place . My two stars are for their excellent wines and for their definitely excellent sea food quality. Ayer a las 19:15h fui a la cafetería del hotel acompañada de una mujer de raza negra,ambas somos mujeres. La cafetería -restaurante estaba ocupada menos de un cuarto de su capacidad.El servicio en lugar de ofrecernos la primera mesa disponible a esa hora y de acuerdo con las normas horarias del establecimiento nos fue negando la acogida en mesas sucesivas hasta que por descarte nos permitió sentarnos en una mesa de la zona próxima a la puerta. Éste tipo de atención es lo opuesto al mensaje que desde la ciudadanía y los poderes públicos se ofrece de Barcelona como ciudad cosmopolita y de acogida. Les sugiero formen a su personal en las formas y normas básicas de hospitalidad.
