It said ready in 10 I waited for a hour before it was ready the cashier was very rude to me when I was waiting and asking for my pizza calmly even though the app said 1-5 minutes for about 30 minutes

Waited for more than 1.5 hours. They don’t maintain serials. If you place an order in store, they delay it because their priority is online order.

Always takes up to 2 hours for a carry out order.

I rarely, almost never, leave negative reviews for restaurants. However, today I was in a rush and ordered a pizza from Domino’s. For some reason, my order was canceled without any notification at all. I only found out when I arrived at the store to pick it up, which was extremely frustrating and confusing. This wasted a significant amount of my time and caused serious inconvenience. Very disappointing experience, especially when customers are relying on the order being ready as promised.

This location of dominos suck man ….. their employees suck , their drivers suck . I got my order 2 hours late and I had to pick it up even though I paid extra delivery charges . And they didn’t give me my ranch and BBQ dips wow …worst location ever … this place make me hate dominos …just hire new employees . Never gonna order from this location.

Worst delivery for domino's. Wish they brought back 30 min or less, because all the food would be free.. the same guy delivers to my building multiple times each week, and gets lost every time. The delivery guy should sit on my pizza , because the food always cold.

The staff call out names, abusive and call your curse words , never return money and never follow the directions and use vulgar language towards the women. This branch should close ASAP. Someone suggest if you know how to report it to the bureau as well

I waited 2 hours for the food, tried to call the store 3 times and finally someone answered. When I mentioned we waited a long time for the order they only said it was because they were too busy. No effort to make it right. When you try to talk to a customer service agent on the Domino's site, it's all a robot. Will never order from this store or Domino again. Very bad customer service.

I was surprised when I went to store for pick up. Person s hand who makes pizza was very dirty no globe. Store itself was disgustimg. Barely can see toppings and cheese. If you try to save money by reducing amount of toppings and cheese, don’t do this business. You are stealing customer s money. Large pizza has 4 pieces of topping? Are you kidding??

Horrible taste & even worse service! I ordered handmade pan pacific veggie which had no marinara sauce on it. I called to make a correction. The woman who answered phone said she made it, and with frustrated voice, she said bring it to the store. She will first check it and make a new pizza afterward while I wait in the store. Lack of sorry, full of attitude, frustrated voice is what’s going on in this store. I am throwing this garbage away. It was such a waste time. I wish people read this review and avoid unnecessary experience I faced this afternoon.
