For the first time ever, my wife and I ordered a pizza AND ate it at the store. Kudos go to Jordan, the cook, and his assistant Nathan. The New York style pizza was perfectly crisp and super tasty. BTW, the place was immaculate.

Sadie was the young lady who helped me and i believe she made the pizza. Gotta say pizza is just pizza to me. But this one had so much flavor and was hot! Sadie did an awesome job start to finish.

Dominos saved my life. Picked up a few pizzas before the ice storm. The pizza was awesome, as usual. We never lost power, was able to reheat the pizza while stuck in the house for 5 days. After chopping ice for 2 days, was able to drive the car out of the garage.

Finally this place hired people with attention to details. Whoever that made my order #016 at 9:53PM on 10/6/2025, you're the first team at this Domino's that made my order perfectly. ***update at bottom. Horrible service. Asked for two gluten free pizzas with no cheese with some meat and vegetable toppings, and a regular large pizza , I have some family members without a lot of sensitivities - I get it, way to be extra picky, but they even repeated my specifications back to me and so I thought we were all good. We pick up the pizza and there’s cheese all the over the no cheese pizzas, that stinks, but when we try to take it back we were told “you didn’t say no cheese.” What? Why argue? There were three people in our vehicle listening to these pizzas be ordered and know for a fact we asked for no cheese. This is the second unpleasant experience we have had here and we will not be returning. - The General Manager called me within an hour or so of me leaving this review, she apogized and was very kind! I appreciate it.

One thing about this location is that we’ve never once had anything missing or anything incorrect from our order. It’s fast, fresh, and perfect for the nights when we don’t want to cook. I also love the app’s coupons.

One of the best and cleanest Domino's I've been in, I'll go here once a week (cheat meal) HIGHLY recommend the thin crust, even kids love it! Sandwiches aren't bad, lots of other options if you aren't on a carb restricted lifestyle. But if you are, they actually have things for you as well. Impressed overall but still fast food.

Nice and clean only thing I would suggest is me and my brother went in and ate inside because they have seating inside but if your going to have seating at least have some paper plates or plastic forks or something, we had to tear the box up to make plates. Also wish there was free ranch and stuff like for only if u eat there I mean when was the last time you went to a restaurant and had to pay for ranch. Just wish if they where going for the whole you can eat inside idea,they would try a little harder. Other than that great food and friendly staff.

All was good the girl working the counter could have been friendlier but, I’m only irritated due to having to buy Parmesan.what the hell, it’s a Lake way thing. Won’t head back soon.

This was my second to-go order I placed at this location, with a similar experience bith times. The pizza is typical Domino's. Actually, it's way better than it used to be. But the service... They have a weird counter setup with the registers way down the side of the gigantic glassed-in counter. If an employee is not standing at the register, you literally can't see anyone - and they must not be able to see you. I waited for a good 5+ minutes while a young lady swept the kitchen area floor (I could see her at times) before she finally stowed the broom and came to the register. The pizza was actually quite good (or maybe I was just extra hungry from spending the afternoon at Pace Bend), as ordered, so absolutely no complaints about the food.

They have 5 people working on pizzas and mine is still on prep and I ordered almost 24 min ago. I made sure to put my timer on because I didn’t want to be late picking it up. Pizza was very dry. It seemed like it had been made the day before and left out. Wings were cold. Dominos is usually amazing. Not sure what happened this time.

On that occasion, I even had to leave the house and drive to the store to cancel my order because they never picked up the phone after repeated attempts to call them. The only explanation I got was, "We had a big order come in." Not my problem...

Great coupons, it certainly makes up for the extremely horrible experience I had at this same location a couple years back, involving the most inexperienced and the most just downright rude manager you could ever think to be possible. The higher ups didn't do a damn thing to resolve the issue either. But if it were to have been any other manager on the job, someone complaining about their ranch dressing being a little too warm would have gotten an entire replacement meal...

The Dominos App did not register my toppings, so I got a plain pizza. Called the manager to rectify situation and the only discussion we had is what I did wrong, even after I asked if she could help. Horrible customer service and even worse pizza. Will not be coming back. Try the pizza place across the street from this Dominos. Much better service.

Horrible service! I order from them all the time, but this time due to a website glitch I had to call in. The manager was awful and wouldn't let me substitute ingredients and was ridiculous about this because I truly do it ALL the time at this same location. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

The General Manager at this location is very rude. She doesn’t care about customers nor does she care about the atmosphere it’s very dirty.

Terrible experience. I ordered my pizza and it took 39 minutes to bake it and after that it was sitting on a table for 20 minutes. I called and the guy on the phone told me it was "probably out for delivery" even though the website still showed it there. I talked to the manager and he told me the terms on the website was that it could take over 2 hours for delivery even if the website said "40-50 minutes" before I entered payment. He refused to refund me and was rather rude. I went to pick up the pizza myself and 75 mins later a delivery guy showed up "with my order". I sent him back. The pizza was fine but nowhere as good as Giant Jersey pizza. I will stick to them

Very disappointed in the service tonight. Last delivery order I had to come pick it up because the store was short handed. Tonight after seeing the order was ready and sitting for 10min, I called and was told by the manager that it would be 20mim before it would leave the store due to being too busy. Wow! So I decided to cancel the order and move on to another pizza supplier. Cannot express our disappointment with this store. Twice in a row - and after my rave reviews of this new location. When it is good it’s really good but twice now it’s been subpar.

Sitting here scratching my head with the aspect of why I can not get a copy of my receipt from the driver. When I called the store, they would not give me one, nor allow me pick a copy up from the store. From reading the reviews, it appears that a lot of orders get lost. Outside of the order being incorrect, I can only think of one reason why you would not give a receipt. An order wasn’t created and the cash was pocketed. I would suggest paying with a credit card. I’d also suggest the owner take a hard look at his operation. 30 dollar orders, over a course of time could spell trouble. When the overhead can’t be covered, you’ll know why.

I honestly hate leaving reviews like this, but the manager on duty Hispanic woman was so extremely rude to me got my order wrong proceeded to refund me and wouldn’t let me order a new pizza never going here again…

Just picked up a pizza there. Open the door and an employee barks at me from behind the counter “sir do you have a mask?, if not them call the number on the door”. I don’t do business where I’m barked at. This isn’t a mask issue it’s a talk in a polite respectful tone issue. Your pizza isn’t that good. I’ll skip this place from now on.

Ordered for a pick up called to see if it was ready it wasn’t ready called back to see if it’s now ready they said no. So I waited and I waited and I waited. They expect customers to call back time and time again to find out “ is it ready no” When they could easily just open up the door and say it’s ready. Waited 45 minutes because I now called3 times only to find out it’s been ready for 10 minutes it took him 35 minutes to make a simple pizza order

I'd give zero stars. A store that's open till 1am should deliver till 1am. I called to order at 12:10am and was told my order cant be taken due to five orders ahead of me. When I asked why that's a issue its 50 minutes till you close the response was "I only have one driver and these FIVE deliveries are going to take him till after 1am." That is the worst service iv ever had and I will never come back. Thanks EDGAR if that's even your real name thanks for the worst service I have had in a long time.

Overcharged us by $50. Said they would refund never did. Then said they would give in store credit now refuse to. Too late to dispute with PayPal. Gonna write reviews wherever possible. Manager is a real gem.

HORRIBLE! Lost my order, employees standing around having a good laughing but not working, pizza was over cooked, and tasteless and one side order not in the box. Don’t waste your time if you really like a good pizza and good service.

Feb 2026- Another disappointment with smashed choco lava. It wasn’t busy but got this. After talking with manager in person, they refunded the amount for providing wrong pizza. ***** Ordered two veggie pizzas and was really disappointed. One of the pizzas came with pepperoni instead of pineapple, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering a veggie pizza. The other pizza was way too salty, almost inedible — and I ended up paying $25 for a medium pizza that wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Really poor quality control and attention to detail.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location several times. I’ve gotten almost all my deliveries late with a starving child. I’ll be waiting for my food which I notice about an hour has gone by. Which drags on longer until about 2 and a half hours later my food arrives. I’m tired of this store not delivering on time and if they can’t deliver it on time they should tell their customers then about the wait time. It’s not fair that I order food at 6 and it arrives at 8:30.
