A very nice Pizza spot!!!! Its hard to find good pizza outside of the NE, and this was just that!!! The calamari was amazing as well!! I was excited to see fried eggplant as a topping (again rare outside of the Tri-State)! I was disappointed in the quality of it (very burned/hard). Other than that small hiccup this place is legit!
We had a Fantastic time Saturday night! The service was phenomenal and we stayed until closing time. We had Calamari with a wonderful lemon aioli dipping sauce, the Truffle Pizza, the Caesar Salad, Tiramisu, and Zeppoles. If you are in the Galleria, you have to try this place! Everything was cooked to perfection and our server was quick with our drinks and anything we asked him for. The Manager even stopped by to welcome us, as it was our first time to visit. The music was also great and very nostalgic 😊💕
I’ve loved Tony C’s for over a decade! The food is consistently outstanding—authentic Italian at its best. But what truly makes every visit special is the service, and the standout is Emily. She’s an incredible bartender whose energy and positive vibe light up the entire restaurant. Her attention to detail and genuine warmth make every visit memorable. Tony C’s is lucky to have her!
I had a wonderful experience at Toncy Pizza! My waiter, İrem, was absolutely amazing. knowledgeable, attentive, and so professional. She made great recommendations and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her service truly elevated our dining experience. Thank you, İrem! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This place is right next to cinemark on galleria and hence it’s always crowded. After walking past it a few times, my husband and I decided to check what the hype was about. Despite the 30 mins wait time, this place didn’t disappoint. Our service was excellent and made for a better experience. We had the pizza, coal fried ziti for entree and mozzarella for appetizers. The portion sizes were huge and we had enough leftovers for the next day. Glad to have found a quick bite in the hood!
Super great here! Speedy service and excellent food. I really appreciate the effort the employees put in to making our experience here as wonderful as it was. Quick refills for drinks! I had the margarita pizza and it was delicious, and I would definitely recommend the zucchini as a starter dish.
Not a satisfactory pizza. If it hadn’t been take out I would have sent it back, burnede crust and all. Don’t make my mistake, open the box before you leave. Having the opportunity to revisit Tony C’s, my wife and enjoyed eating at the bar. My wife had the house salad and two glasses Banfi Placido, I had the Caesar Salad and two 16oz. glasses of Brewlissimo Pilsner, and we shared the 12” Prosciutto & Goat Cheese pizza. Note the difference between the two below. Mistakes are not welcome but the resolution shows that the original was an anomaly. Again, check the box, but if you venture to the bar I’m sure you’ll have an enjoyable meal.
Food is mid and was served lukewarm - waitstaff was nice, decent and good at taking orders and remembering everyone's order. Atmosphere was great! Food needs to be worked on, lukewarm food wasn't it.
My wife and I's oft selected Italian dining in the Hill Country Galleria was becoming stale and salty, so we chose the nearest, best rated Italian restaurant - Tony C's, a franchise, apparently, located next to the Cinemark. We went for lunch, and were greeted with a perfect number of customer/server ratio, with a few gentlemen seated at the bar contentedly eating and drinking while watching a game on a not too loud television. We selected a table and received very attentive and professional service from both staff and management (the family who own the franchise, I believe) and selected two lunch slices of pizza and a split Caesar salad for both of us. The food arrived in a timely fashion and was... pretty great, but not excellent. Specifically, the Caesar salad had too much dressing anf the pizza is not quite there - meaning, on every aspect of "pizza," (sauce, crust, cheese, toppings) it was four stars out of five. Management informed us because it was our first time visiting, we were entitled to their Italian beignets served with honey. These were excellent and highly recommended. We both ate with a coke for me under $25. The restaurant ambience was good, and the restroom was clean. All in all, a pretty great restaurant, with excellent service which my wife and I would return.
We stopped by Tony C’s for dinner before a movie. We ordered a slice of Margherita pizza and the fettuccine Alfredo pasta. The pasta was okay—nothing standout but decent. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the pizza at all. That said, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was really nice, which made the overall experience more pleasant. I probably wouldn’t come back just for the food, but if I’m catching a movie nearby and need a quick bite, I might grab the pasta again.
I eat at TonyC’s in Austin all the time and have only had good things to say, however at this location my pizza was undercooked and honestly turned me off to the whole pizza experience for the night. I think I’m gonna be sick. I hope you guys do a better job of either hiring or quality assurance at this location from now on. Idk what the deal is but I won’t be coming back until I am certain my pizza will be cooked properly.
Came for lunch on a Monday. Service was very slow and lacking. Ordered a meatball sub that arrived with cold marinara sauce on the bun and fries were almost cold as well. Took more than five minutes to get an ice water refill as well (restaurant wasn't super busy either). Wife's Caesar salad was tasty and arrived several minutes before the sub. View from outdoor seating was nice and pleasant.
This review is for their pizza only. Every takeout order with a white-based pizza is missing cheese and toppings on a third of the pizza. This has happened a dozen times over the past few years. I have brought it up at the store several times, but this is looking like policy. See attached photos of my latest order.
Hello, the place is very nice. I have always gone there to eat with my family, but I found it very unpleasant to see a skinny, red-haired girl in the bathroom making videos and then when she was leaving the bathroom she had her fingers in her nose and without washing her hands, she arrived at the pizza area and started helping a boy prepare it. One less customer to see that girl picking her fingers in her nose and that's how she left the bathroom. Take care and be more attentive to the staff that works with you.
Had insanely high hopes for this place with its cute vibe and solid reviews, but our experience left us wondering what happened. We ordered the prosciutto and goat cheese pizza but had to get it on gluten free crust for my allergy. The pizza ended up being more than $21 and only came out to be 12 inches big. Tiny. So not only were we up charged for the crust, which I understand these days, but it was significantly smaller than a pizza the same price. But the even worse part was, as you can see in the photo, that the toppings lacked a great deal and most of our pizza was just crust. Literally the pizza was so bare it was comical this was an $21 pie. There was barely any prosciutto. And it was so overdone and crispy we couldn’t even eat the parts without a little bit of cheese or we’d break our teeth. Needless to say we won’t be coming back and we highly suggest if you get the gluten free pizza for take out, check the pizza before you leave bc the lack of actual pizza toppings and blank space would have yielded a send back if we didn’t think we were going to be scammed over when we left. Again high hopes and really disappointing and look forward to finding a better gluten free option in the area next time.
