Waba Grill

First time here. The food was excellent and fresh. The portion size was just right; not too much and not too little. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant was very clean; nice place to dine in or take out.

Me and my co-worker wanted to get a quick bite to eat and we always had the BEST experience at any of the WaBa Grill locations but this one stands out by far....Great customer services and the staff is very welcoming as you enter the front door. Love this! it makes you feel really good that someone knows your there. Overall, the food is great and quick. Thank you for the amazing lunch today hope to see you again.

They were very helpful with me, I use a wheelchair. They were very patient too. The food is delicious and you can actually taste the fresh and savory flavors in the food 😋! I love the idea of how we can get as much as wabba sauce on the side! I love a lot of wabba sauce!

After gym, sometimes I like to enjoy the signature plate - steak, soft meat with white rice, so delicious. The service is fast and very convenient if you want to eat a quick meal after gym waba grill is a healthy option! :)

Healthy and delicious. My favorite is the spicy pork(when they have it) there was a tine i ate here almost everyday. Its so good and it didbt nake me gain weight lol the only conplaint is occasionally customer service doesnt seem welcoming. I more often feel like i am a burden. I get a half assed welco.e and a straight faced order... i mean why work in this industry if you cant be a cheerleader for your customers..

This is my favorite spot but lately the avocado has been hard. They should know the difference between a ripe, and not ripe avocado.... Let alone serve it to a paying customer.

Love a delicious and healthy lunch! I am a huge fan of the salmon bowl with brow rice and veggies. The salmon is cook perfect and crispy with a delicious flavor and their brown rice is cooked to perfection. The staff is very friendly and always with a smile. This a perfect location to stop by.

Unprofessional, there was no one attending to the customers and the line just kept getting longer. The girl employee had to come back from her 10 because the guy was just in the back not taking anyone's order! Smh

Not enjoyable at all every bite i take they taste like burned. I was a lead at waba grill and if my manager saw this my attention would’ve been called immediately.

Not a pleasant experience. Waited a long time with one person in front of me. Lady on phone food was bland very disappointing. No fork in bag to eat the steak bowl. 👎

I order 3 chicken bowls waited 15 min just so they can tell they ran out of rice and said i was going to have wait 20 mins more last time goin to waba cause is this is the 2nd time this happen they need more training to be prepare to serve people btw my order receipt number #188 if managers want to go thru it

Worst place ever rice was hard told the cashier and she said the rice has to be hard , honestly never had tasted a steak bowl so disgusting and I’ve always been to other waba grill locations never had a experience like this one

Bought the plant base meat tastes really good however they put real meat mixed in with the plant based one this is sad because I don’t eat meat and now I can’t eat the meal I purchased

I was very disapointed when I went in 20 minutes before they closed and they refused to serve me.

The cook guy not a good chef he drop something and looked at me and he needed to change gloves and serve my plate with a little food in it it was to go when I got to my place I was mad

The salads are not fresh. Old. Frozen. And nasty. Wish i could get a refund. I had to reorder the salad at the maywood location, they actually make them fresh there.

last night i went to this waba location and it was the worst experience yet... they get my order wrong 2 times and i ended up getting some cold hard chicken which i noticed till i was eating it at home and turns out my wife hears the cook boy say we dont have any more chicken when they get it wrong the 2nd time. the broccoli was way over cooked and the chicken was hard cold for both of us. horrible experience

Service sucks.. I order 3 plates and after waitting for like 10 min they tell me they ran out of white rice didn't even offer me to wait for new rice.. it was 40 min b4 closing.. i guess the workers need to have more training about customer service and how to improved the Franchise businesses will go down with this kind of worker's... plus the chiken was burn ☹

Bunch of lazy workers! It’s not even closing time and they say they can’t serve me because they’re already picking everything up, fyi I walked in at 10:10 pm. Another bad situation I had was, I went in at 10:05 pm and told me I had to make my order to go because they close at 10:30 pm.

Workers are extremely rude I’ll never come back to this location the other one in South Gate and even Downey is way nicer and better. Asked for a water cup and gave me attitude for asking for one? Then proceeds to never give me one. Pretty ridiculous to reclaim for a water cup so I just left. Even the food was bitter for it was warm at best, the tofu a very light brown. Horrible service all around
