I always like going to P F Changs, but this time it was really a pleasant surprise to see such a beautiful space. Super chic! I'm not sure if the menu was different but the food was top notch. The parking was so convenient and easy just bring your receipt in there’s no fee. From my understanding on the weekends they have valet parking if I want to stop by on weekends. I love all the windows space lots of light an outside inside area for those that want to eat outside. It’s called galleria Park. I do want to thank Lauren for stopping by to welcome me since it was my first time at that location. It’s the small personal touches that I like about this restaurant and of course the ice cream chocolate truffle dessert to top it off!

This is by far the best PF Changs we have been to. The service by Alessandra was wonderful, the food was hot, fresh and flavorful and the manager, Johnathan, was very attentive. We were celebrating my daughters birthday and they brought out a delicious dessert,a chocolate souffle, and sang to her with a bubble party and a wine bottle that had a sparkler on it! The whole staff was so helpful even when my daughter had a new allergic reaction to a sauce she tried. The manager got with us immediately and let us know every ingredient and the staff was helping us as well. He even said that next time we come in to get with him personally so that all food can be prepared safely for her allergies. Definitely will be coming back here! Thank you!

My girlfriend and I have been moving to stop into the new location here in the Galleria. We were attended by Brenden who was absolutely brilliant and made us some amazing cocktails! The vibe at this location was amazing! We were treated by Ross and Jonathan who are the managers here. They were so friendly and welcoming! Truly appreciate these guys. They made a regular night very enjoyable and special. Absolutely recommend you check them out!

Are you in the mood for Asian food? Don’t even question where to go in this neighborhood. I had good experiences at other PFChang, so I looked this one up. The garage has a ton of parking, my truck parked easily. When I got inside- I knew I was in for a treat, as far as fast casual goes, when I was seated promptly to bright white napkins wrapping actual silverware. I had the Brussels sprouts; perfectly charred with the red pepper to make a spicy, intriguing, textually satisfying result. Followed by the Mongolian beef, add carrots, broccoli, and it was remarkable. TK was my server, and he was on the spot. He even talked me into a desert today- normally I’d pass on the sugar. So glad I didn’t pass. The banana egg rolls were crunchy exterior, soft interior, just sweet and warm against the tart strawberries and cool ice cream. I’d absolutely sit in his section again by request and have him design my next meal as well. A curator of fine foods, and the kitchen delivered. Well done!

Not as big as the two-story location it replaced in Highland Village, but the food is still amazing and the staff are still fantastic. They validate tickets from the parking garage. There is an outdoor seating area but it looks more like a lunch area for the adjacent offices. Nice place to wait for table or relax afterwards, though. (Something Highland Village couldn't offer.)

After a long day coming to PF Chang’s was a pleasant experience. It was an hour before closing - seating was quick and quality service. Michelle was my waitress - she is new and still in training. She is a gem - she was polite and attentive. Great way to end a long day.

Had dinner here yesterday for the first time, and the food was amazing. Ale was my waitress and took excellent care of me, she was really friendly and enthusiastic. I could tell she was really busy but still made sure to prioritize me and didn’t have to wait for anything. She made my dining experience 10x better.

Amazing southing atmosphere, heavenly delicious food, friendly and helpful servers.I had two visits in one today first one is short for a drink and second for lunch with mom. From that lovely lady kind enough to open door for my mom and our servers Robert (Robbe) & Tony all were awesome, menu knowledge, serving manners these are great people that make this place more welcoming. Manager Ms.Lauren very sweet and professionally checks on every customer personally, Restrooms are so clean and comfortable. All and all if you didn't visit this place, definitely you should! Must tries; tempura calamari sauce is genius, broccoli beef meat is so tender your heart melt, lettuce wrap every single spice in it is brilliant, from cocktails Rising Dragon and Japanese Old fashion just the cherry on top. We will come again and again.

Upscale Asian restaurant with good food and lively and lovely ambiance

This is a beautiful restaurant that hits all the marks of a pricey fancy establishment regarding is ambiance and food quality. However it is actually a relatively relaxed atmosphere where you can dress up for date or girls night or dress down for a relaxed dinner with friends or family. The main entrees were moderately priced with the average meal running in the mid teens to lower 20.00 dollar range. There was the usual spike for seafood entrees. Portion size is excellent and matched by quality, flavor and proper texture. My beef and broccoli was perfectly seasoned with tender but not mushy beef. The broccoli was perfectly aldente not mushy or too crunchy. My only take away was a matter of preference to which I have never been fond of eggeolls that were more meat than vegetable like these which came sliced. The eggrolls were what they should have been, but next time I will pass. The staff is attentive but not annoying with a friendly stop by my table from the manager to wish me a happy birthday (I had my BD party there and yes my desert, the chocolate tower was on the house). One thing I will say is if you are a true foodie, because few restaurants at this price point will have a pastry chef on site, you may find the deserts no matter how decadent and tall are still very basic. Desert was good, but nothing to rave about. The drinks on the other hand were on point. We were like kids in a candy store. If we had of Ubered or taken Lyft, we would have done more "tasting". I had the lychee martini with a real lychee in it. Another friend had what she described as an excellent old fashioned. Well lit parking is in a garbage accross a throughway but no major walking. The restaurant validates the ticket so its free. All and all because of rhe Galleria location, this place seems to have just a litfle bit more. This is a great place for good food and good times.

The vegetable fried rice was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, and both the shrimp lo mein and honey shrimp were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. His recommendations were spot-on, and he checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Overall, this is a very good choice for Asian cuisine if you’re in the area. Houston seems to promote itself as this great Mecca of restaurants. It is absolutely an exaggeration. So when good restaurants emerge, even chains like this one, it is worth noting. The atmosphere is decent, although it is in the lobby of an office building. The parking is the most difficult part. The day we went the garage was very backed up. The ticket machine takes between 30-45 seconds per person or per car to issue a ticket. That may not seem like a lot but during lunch when you have 12 to 20 cars going through it got to be quite a back up. But other than that, the food is very well prepared and good portions. I would definitely go back.

For me, as a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the options available. I ordered the Wok-Seared Vegetable Tofu—the sauce was savory and light, and the vegetables were perfectly crisp-tender. It was one of the greatest vegetarian options I've found in Houston. My wife ordered a classic chicken dish, and she raved about it. The chicken was tender, the batter was crisp, and the spices were perfectly balanced. The chicken options here are clearly a highlight. One of the biggest pleasant surprises was the value. Considering the prime location and the superior quality, the menu is priced well. Not only that, but the portions of food are huge! We easily had enough left over for lunch the next day, making the value proposition even better. Chang's Kitchen has easily become our new favorite spot. We just had the best experience that we have had in such a long time. Our server Fooks was exceptional, and the manager John made the service that much more enjoyable. The food was great, properly paced out. The hosts were sweet and asked me if I prefer it colder or warmer and sat me according to my preference. The manager then came over and gave my son the cutest little lucky cat and coin. After our meal, my son got a free scoop of ice cream, and the manager came out with a bubble machine. I mean above and beyond the level of service you typically get. 10/10! Please come to this location if you want the best service you’ve ever had.

Hi ! I just left here with my family . My rating is only on the higher end because Travis absolutely saved the day. Me and my husband were popping in with our 2 year old randomly and after playing musical chairs with the night shift host we were ready to go. We waited a while to be served which really turned us off but Travis FIXED EVERYTHING . This location wouldn’t survive without him. Thanks Travis ! We’ll be back to dine with you again.

I was happily surprised to have been able to eat well on a budget and still tip. I didn’t think it work. I only had about $20 I could spend and my daughter and I shared one plate of vegetable fried rice $11 and I bought my granddaughter a child’s plate for $5. There was more than enough that I brought home leftovers. Food tasted great as well. My daughter bought the cheesecake so she spent the extra not me.

The shrimp 🍤 and fry rice was delicious, very attentive waitress.

Did a walk in for Valentine's Dinner. Arrived just before 7pm. Got lucky and got a table. Shortly after that lots of people showed up either with Reservations or walk ins like us. Our server Iman was great! We ordered entrees, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli and Singapore Glass Noodles and for dessert Chang's Apple Crunch. All were delicious! Atmosphere was great.

Quiet and serene location for this PF Chang’s. We do a lot of takeout from here and decided to come in person this time. The food is consistently good whether we dine in or take out, but the service needs some work. There were probably 3 other tables in for lunch as us and our service still took almost 2 hours.

However, I felt that the portion of beef in the Mongolian Beef dish could have been a bit more generous. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely visit again.

I can't explain why I paid good money for my favorites, but yet the containers were half full. Im also disturbed by the fact that the egg drop soup, which I love from P.F. has some how changed and is nasty as hell. The egg broth was watery and had a different flavor. The lettuce wrap was delicious. I ordered a large shrimp fried rice which the container was half full. I will never get anything to go. I will eat in next time.

Well, to be fair the food was ordered as a group for me and a few of my coworkers. We did have individual orders, I ordered Kom Pow chicken, and I've had it before, years ago, from other places, and it was excellent and spicy, but not so at this place. My chicken texture was tough, and it seemed dry. There definitely wasn't enough sauce on the chicken; it wasn't spicy, and lastly, it just didn't have any flavor. I was shocked, especially given how pricey my meal was. Maybe it was just that the afternoon cooks at this location weren't skilled, but my dish was unexceptionable. I forgot to mention this dish had way too many peanuts in it. I don't recommend anyone ordering at least the Kom Pow chicken main entree from this place during the lunch hour. My apologies, one more note, I ordered a dessert with my meal, and when I got it it was a disaster! It was basically all melted into just a liquid mess, it was a peanut butter and chocolate brownie type dessert with caramel on the side to go on the top, but it was just destroyed. They should've packaged it better so that it would be safe for a delivery, again that was an expensive order, almost $36.00, and almost my entire order was destroyed.

GOOD, however I feel all over the country PF Chang's is losing its charm. It just isn't what it used to be, and I used to be one of their top fans. The plates and silverware need to be replaced, they are worn out. The plates seemed dirty because of their wear. The food was good but not great. The service was really good though, the manager did visit us and checked on us, I just think the chain itself is deteriorating in standards and quality. I noticed this through and past Covid but I haven't seen a noticeable improvement at several chain locations I have visited from California to Texas. This is not an employee thing, I truly believe this is a corporate deal.

Everthing is packaged and frozen food... Use to be the place to hang out but after many yrs the concept is overrated. If they changed the menue with new. Items would be better but its corporate... Nothing like Japan or real chinease food

The experience started out bad. The restaurant was not busy. We stood at the host stand for a few minutes before we were greeted. We were sat and again it took several minutes before we were greeted by our server. At first I ordered the orange 🍊 chicken and lo mein. Both were disgusting. The orange sauce was too sweet. I later learned the restaurant changed their recipe 3 years ago and now uses an orange purée to make the entree. The lo mein was bland and dry. It tasted like Top Ramen noodles. The server recommended the Fire Braised Short Ribs Entree, $28. “Slow-braised beef short ribs with a savory glaze, served with pineapple fried rice.” That entree was delicious! I recommend that and will order again. The hand folded crab wonton were average. If you park in the appropriate ramp, they will validate your parking.

Food was pretty good, but double check your credit card statements. My server decided to reward herself with an extra $10 tip! Found out a few weeks later when I filed my expense report. The manager on duty reviewed the receipt, resolved the issue promptly, and agreed that the handwriting was clear without any room for misinterpretation.

Unauthorized substitutions on main entrees. I was very disappointed in the food, this restaurant doesn’t represent P.F Changs food quality and standards. I have made a complaint with the company. Update: I spoke with the manager at the restaurant, and he was very empathetic about my experience. I appreciate him. Apparently, the images on the menu need to be updated so that what you choose reflects what they actually serve.

Their delivery is crazy. No one is in the back to check on delivery. Had about 5-6 people waiting, when I to confront I was given attitude. The neglected calls for about 10 mins. Idk if it was a bad day but done in was getting way more attention and delivery was not. The manager that worked in the area was barely to be seen. The team member that helped out was trying but just the attitude I couldn’t talk to her. I just want the restaurant to improve in that area too many employees to not be paying attention to their jobs. I was almost late on my order.

I had orders my food well in advance(at least 3 hrs) before the pickup time. When I went to pick my food up, there was no one at the pickup counter, just empty. There were more people queing up. For 15 mins, no one even cared to come and ask the order details. Ultimately, I had to go inside to ask for someone to take a look. The order was not ready(I did not see a lot of customers inside) and when it was ready and I came back, it was missing the cutlery that i had asked for. The food was ok though, the only silver lining. I don't think I am going back there again.

Just come back from a dinner there, my server (short skinny Asian guy) had little service skill and didn't even know how to explain the menu, on top of that he was impatient. I was kind of scared of ask him questions later on, so my little dinner experience turned into kind of tense disaster. Other than that it is pretty much expected American Chinese food at Galleria area good sitting and presentation Again the experience with the server was unexpected (was expecting better‼️)

I LOVE CHANG'S!! But was a little disappointed with my order. Ordered the Feast for 2. Good deal from the price however.... I substituted fried rice for white rice ($4.50 per plate) and had to pay an extra $4 upgrade for the beef. A $40 meal turned into a $65 meal quickly. My upgraded fried rice was bland and had absolutely zero taste. No salt, no seasoning, nothing..... Looks and tastes rushed, not the typical fried rice I get from there. Turned a beautiful meal into a disaster. I think they may have slacked because it was a delivery order which is sad, ESPECIALLY coming from this Galleria location. Kinda sucks.. 😏

Such a terrible spot for grabbing for pickup orders. You’re just left in a small room and no one goes to check on you or see what you need. Horrible customer service and definitely not worth the hassle.

Gave me the wrong order and laughed at me delivering and not knowing where to go to an unlabled pick up counter. . Then HANDED ME THE WRONG ORDER directly after confirming name. Better directions from the restaurant and staff that doesnt jeopardize the experience for the customer. They suffer in the end. Keep laughing at your minimum wage job working hours sir.

Very disappointing night thanks to my server. Ale was probably the worst person to have ever served us. For starters, she took 10 minutes to even acknowledge us, and seemed very disingenuous when finally did. Drinks remained unfilled for majority of the night unless we requested refills and she never checked on us to make sure we liked our food. The worst part was just seeing her standing at the bar talking to other employees instead of paying attention to us! If you don’t care about being served properly ask for her mediocre service. Pf changs do better and hire better servers.

I was very unhappy today with my Catering Order today. A few months ago I ordered the same items and when I arrived to my family's home the Mongolian Beef was in a catering pan but it was barely any meat in it. After speaking with the Manager he sent me $125.00 worth of gift cards for my inconvenience the price of the Mongolian Beef. Well today I place a catering order over $500.00 and when I received it I noticed the Mongolian Beef was not full once again. I asked to speak to a Manager and I was told that because there was no onions in it that is why I received the amount in the pan. I stated the onions does not have anything to do with the meat now being full in the pan. I asked her to call someone above her. I advised him that this is false advertisement, because what I received did not look like the picture on there website, and he tried to explain how much they put in each pan. I informed him that it doesn't state the amount used in each pan, but the website show a picture and I paid based on the picture. I felt that the General Manager was trying to justify the false advertisement and basically stated they will put the amount that is like the picture, but they will not do it again, as if he was doing me a favor. This will be my last time patronizing with P.F. Chang, because if you are not give a customer what they pay for and try to justify then you don't want my business.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. I ordered the lettuce wraps and also the Buddha’s feast (tofu and veggies) entrees through Uber Eats. When I opened the container of lettuce wraps, BUGS LITERALLY FLEW OUT. As you can see in the photos there were even more bugs, some dead some crawling, inside covering the lettuce. PF Changs delivered me a bug infestations! To make matters worse, the other tofu entree had zero tofu! Just a bunch of vegetables. No protein. Yet they charged me for protein, at almost $20 for that entree! Absolutely ridiculous. I reported this to Uber with the photos too and Uber refused to do anything. So I called the manager at PF Chang’s who also was confident Uber would help me and that I wasn’t reporting it right. He said he couldn’t do anything to help. LAUGHABLE. See the last pic which Uber refused to help. I will be reporting PF Chang’s to the Houston Health Department and FDA - service is one thing but the lettuce isn’t even washed. FOOD SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS is a whole other thing. Do NOT eat here. No one takes responsibility.

We visited to try the holiday menu, and while the atmosphere was nice, the service was disappointing. I ordered the holiday noodles, but they were much too sweet. Our dish was barely touched when we politely asked if it was possible to exchange it for something else. The server looked genuinely shocked that we even asked, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. We ended up deciding to just request the check. Additionally, asking a customer why they’re taking leftover food home is inappropriate. I was boxing up the noodles to give to someone in need, and the comment felt unnecessary and rude.

Absolutely horrible. Flies everywhere and our waiter was an old white haired man that kept spitting all over our table, he then spilled someone else's half eaten soup on us, then he brought me the wrong food and told me to pretty much just eat that instead. The food didnt even taste like pf changs like we are use to.. We usually go to the woodlands location only, and next time we will. This location gives pf changs a very bad look. Too expensive of a meal for unprofessional poor service and unclean atmosphere. Yuck.

I just remembered why I stopped going to this location. They pile your plate up with a bunch onion and celery no meat. - See Attached Photos. It looks like it's a full serving but its actually not. Who wants to just eat onions and celery with no black pepper chicken? It also always smell funny like its old. I just ate at Panda Express in the Heights on Sawyer its was soooo good sooo fresh it made me really miss eating at Panda. Then I come here and it reminded me why I stop going. Maybe the owner does this to save cost and the neighborhood isnt that great but the food shouldn't be based on the neighborhood this is a huge franchise it should follow the food quality procedures. The owner is always there she knows exactly what she's doing. Very disappointing.
