recently went to P.F. Chang’s and had a fantastic experience! The egg drop soup was comforting and flavorful, and the dynamite shrimp as always never disappoints. The vegetable fried rice was perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, and both the shrimp lo mein and honey shrimp were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. His recommendations were spot-on, and he checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. He truly made our experience at P.F. Chang’s enjoyable and memorable. Excellent service!

Overall, this is a very good choice for Asian cuisine if you’re in the area. Houston seems to promote itself as this great Mecca of restaurants. It is absolutely an exaggeration. So when good restaurants emerge, even chains like this one, it is worth noting. The atmosphere is decent, although it is in the lobby of an office building. The parking is the most difficult part. The day we went the garage was very backed up. The ticket machine takes between 30-45 seconds per person or per car to issue a ticket. That may not seem like a lot but during lunch when you have 12 to 20 cars going through it got to be quite a back up. But other than that, the food is very well prepared and good portions. I would definitely go back.

There was a dish, that used to be on the menu, that I asked for. The manager, obliged me with making the dish, for me. You could not have asked for better service💯. Thank You so much. Oh and the dish is/was Shrimp in Lobster Sauce!😋

He was super polite when he approached my table and everytime he passed he made sure to check in on me and make sure my food came out the way I wanted it to and made sure that I was enjoying myself! Chang's Kitchen near the Galleria is a total standout, delivering on every front: incredible food, lightning-fast service, and a beautiful space that makes any meal feel special. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was a breath of fresh air. The dining room is chic, modern, and has a genuinely cool space—perfect for a date night or a fun evening out with friends. Despite how busy they were, the service was phenomenal. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. The pace of the meal was perfect; our drinks and appetizers arrived with great, fast service, ensuring we never felt rushed but also never waited long. Now, for the food. Everything was unbelievably fresh and delicious. The quality of the ingredients truly shines through, making every dish feel vibrant and fun. For me, as a vegetarian, I was thrilled with the options available. I ordered the Wok-Seared Vegetable Tofu—the sauce was savory and light, and the vegetables were perfectly crisp-tender. It was one of the greatest vegetarian options I've found in Houston. My wife ordered a classic chicken dish, and she raved about it. The chicken was tender, the batter was crisp, and the spices were perfectly balanced. The chicken options here are clearly a highlight. One of the biggest pleasant surprises was the value. Considering the prime location and the superior quality, the menu is priced well. Not only that, but the portions of food are huge! We easily had enough left over for lunch the next day, making the value proposition even better. Chang's Kitchen has easily become our new favorite spot. If you are looking for an upscale, delicious, and satisfying meal in the Galleria area, this is the place. Highly, highly recommended!

This place was Amazing. Food and service were excellent. Restaurant was super clean. Loved the beautiful dishes too! Special shout out to the very nice hostess that was working last Sunday 11.9.25 in the evening. I didn't get her name but she was the only person who has ever acknowledged a dietary request I have in my Open Table notes. Thank you. She deserves a raise!!

We just had the best experience that we have had in such a long time. Our server Fooks was exceptional, and the manager John made the service that much more enjoyable. The food was great, properly paced out. The hosts were sweet and asked me if I prefer it colder or warmer and sat me according to my preference. The manager then came over and gave my son the cutest little lucky cat and coin. After our meal, my son got a free scoop of ice cream, and the manager came out with a bubble machine. I mean above and beyond the level of service you typically get. 10/10! Please come to this location if you want the best service you’ve ever had.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the to-go window at P.F. Chang’s, thanks to Marquis! From the moment I pulled up, Marquis greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and an upbeat attitude that instantly made my day better. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and attentive, ensuring my order was correct and perfectly packaged. Marquis went above and beyond by double-checking everything and even offering a few kind words that made the interaction feel personal and welcoming. The food delicious, but it was Marquis’ outstanding customer service that truly stood out. He’s a gem, and P.F. Chang’s is lucky to have him! I’ll definitely be back, and I hope to see Marquis at the window again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at P.F. Chang’s! Our server, KD, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. KD gave great recommendations and really made the meal feel special. One highlight of the night was the Blood Orange Margarita — hands down one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had! Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and full of flavor. Between the great food, excellent service, and that amazing drink, I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to KD for making it such a great dining experience!

Best restaurant in houston for service and individual attentiveness. I never leave reviews but our server Jay is the best. and i cant forget the manager Ross. I have an onion allergy and they made me feel love royalty. Super friendly, im a talker and they both took their time to bs with me and my wife. 1000% recommend this establishment to everyone.

I really liked my dinner here. Place was serene and calm. There is free parking in the garage opposite the venue. Just go to the front desk and have your tickets validated. I particularly liked the service. Had a nice lemonade and fried rice. Average food costs $18-20 dollars. I look forward to coming more

I had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The location is convenient and easy to reach. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality offered.I ordered the Mongolian Beef and the hot & sour soup both were delicious and well-prepared. However, I felt that the portion of beef in the Mongolian Beef dish could have been a bit more generous. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely visit again.

We visited on a mid-week night. The place was quiet and calm with a few customers. Service was good. Nice atmosphere for a private chat. It has also outdoor siting areas. Wheelchair accessible place. Any good main course item will cost you about 18-20$. Cocktails are a bit expensive. Food was tasty. Only Valet parking is available @$10.

Food was pretty good, but double check your credit card statements. My server decided to reward herself with an extra $10 tip! Found out a few weeks later when I filed my expense report. The manager on duty reviewed the receipt, resolved the issue promptly, and agreed that the handwriting was clear without any room for misinterpretation.

I LOVE CHANG'S!! But was a little disappointed with my order. Ordered the Feast for 2. Good deal from the price however.... I substituted fried rice for white rice ($4.50 per plate) and had to pay an extra $4 upgrade for the beef. A $40 meal turned into a $65 meal quickly. My upgraded fried rice was bland and had absolutely zero taste. No salt, no seasoning, nothing..... Looks and tastes rushed, not the typical fried rice I get from there. Turned a beautiful meal into a disaster. I think they may have slacked because it was a delivery order which is sad, ESPECIALLY coming from this Galleria location. Kinda sucks.. 😏

I just remembered why I stopped going to this location. They pile your plate up with a bunch onion and celery no meat. - See Attached Photos. It looks like it's a full serving but its actually not. Who wants to just eat onions and celery with no black pepper chicken? It also always smell funny like its old. I just ate at Panda Express in the Heights on Sawyer its was soooo good sooo fresh it made me really miss eating at Panda. Then I come here and it reminded me why I stop going. Maybe the owner does this to save cost and the neighborhood isnt that great but the food shouldn't be based on the neighborhood this is a huge franchise it should follow the food quality procedures. The owner is always there she knows exactly what she's doing. Very disappointing.
