Been going here for nearly 10 years I believe, I've had great memories here. Service has never been bad, theres just limited employees. Food selection is great, I usually get takoyaki or a bowl. The Boba is cheap and comes in many flavors. I wish the space was bigger but it's just a boba shop, people will walk in and out so it's appropriate for the type of store it is. Food comes fast most of the time.

Boba pearls were soft. Either their stuff sells fast and/or they have good quality control and/or their staff really cares what comes out of their store. Stuff is better compared to other branches.

Love this Quickly, both for the staff and the good drinks at late hours. Once, I placed my regular order and forgot to add my favorite topping, and the guy asked if I wanted egg pudding in my drink as usual. I was pleasantly surprised that he remembered; really made me feel like a valued customer. Would recommend this Quickly.

It is Quickly, but unlike other franchise Quickly places. This one opens till midnight, have ton of drinks, have 4 sizes of cup, also lots of toppings and snacks. I don't think there is a need for picture. It might get crowded late because it's the only boba opens late near here. Honestly comparing to other boba places in the area, the tea flavor is not that strong. But with that same price you can buy a huge super cup with 3 or 4 toppings and it still tastes good, that's a deal for me. Overalls, open late, not expensive, sometime I drink twice or thrice a week.

It’s a good place, it’s open late and has insanely cheap drinks, which are definitely on par with a regular boba shop. They also have cheap snacks. Waffle fries are legitimately the best thing on their menu. That and Oreo milk tea.

The waiters are friendly and patient, a must when your customer is 9. My son really likes boba and popping boba especially. They have a wide selection of drinks and add-ons for your drink, they also have a good variety of snacks.

This is the best milk tea place in SF, not just the best Quickly. The workers always make it taste amazing vs hit or miss like a lot of tea joints and they will customize it exactly how you prefer (they have soy milk too). I have been to so many boba places and this has always been the best quality and has the hardest working on-top-of-everything staff.... I love coming here!!

Maybe not the best quality Boba place on this stretch of Irving (and God knows there are options), but it's the one that doesn't have an ever-present line of teenagers out the door... so this is where I always end up.

Mostly nostalgia for this place; you can walk a few blocks up for better tea and snacks but quickly's has both tea and snacks in a place and ample seating.

Great place for their fried chicken and solid boba. It is a little pricey but the quality is good.

Rose slush is super good, very fragrant and has such a nice color. The strawberry milk tea and brown sugar Okinawa milk tea have a weird taste but it’s not unpleasant just odd. Fried mini octopus is always amazing.

I came here at 12:30am, and the service was good. The price is ok for the drinks.

Typical chain store, good variety, easy, fast, snacks, and fast food.

This location is not so good. I ordered a hot tea that was so sweet, I couldn't drink it. A bit pricey today also.

Drinks are good but slightly too sweet at times. Lastly the facility needs to be cleaned more... I probably would not go back...

Just come here for the boba drinks or eggettes. Don't bother with their other snacks they're not that fresh (in my opinion).

Worst Quickly I've been to! The place is dirty and messy plus they pay no attention to food orders. Ordered takoyaki (which was repeated back to me TWICE) and instead I got fishballs

Terrible service! 4 people behind the counter, they ignored someone at the register until he left, then ignored the next person! By that point, they handed me the 'yogurt drink" I ordered- which was clear and not yogurty at all. They tried to say it was yogurt flavored, but I just said I didn't want it and left. Do yourself a favor and go to iTea a couple blocks down- they are attentive, kind, and knowledgeable.

so i just got boba here and this place never fails but this time it has i always go here but today 1/14/24 i was drinking my boba and at the end inside my boba was a dead fly next time please do better also i have been here more that 200+ times

I was happy they were open. I was hella hungry and everything was closed already, i ordered popcorn chicken teriyaki chicken and fries And they all tasted like old Grease nasty like fried squid

They intentionally served us last and charged us more, after two customers who ordered after us were served - they even had orders.

I came here with my girlfriend and there were 3 people behind the counter. Only one was making drinks as far as I could tell. There were two other people waiting for their drinks. We waited about 10 minutes for them to notice us and to take our order. They didn't offer us a receipt. Afterwards, another couple walked in, in which they took their orders almost immediately and they received their drinks first. They then asked us after serving the other couple what our orders were since they had FORGOTTEN our orders. Getting two milk teas took nearly 20 minutes. As someone who's worked in food service, this is the most obvious case of negligence and lazy behavior I've ever experienced. The only reason I am giving a star is because they didn't spit in our drinks and google doesn't give me a choice otherwise.

If I could write this a -10 star review I would you wouldn’t think that you would find a bug and a Boba drink but the day has come to see the impossible if you actually want quality Boba drinks do not go to this place I ordered off of door dash in my drink had a bug in it I saw a previous reviews saying that the place did not look so clean and I guess I was one of the unlucky please do not go here if you don’t want bugs in your food or drinks they are also not answering so I have no way of solving this problem it was $50. $50 down the drain

Boo.. we were waiting for our orders ( just two cups of tea) while the guy ignored us for 20 minutes. There were like 5 other people came after us and they got their orders instead of us.. he was talking to the other staff, staring at us, walking around behind the counter.. he didn’t feel sorry after all. The whole store looks dirty and so does he (the staff)… I’m not sure if this is some kind of racism or he doesn’t like his job at all…

I’ve never had a bad experience at any location before but tonight I had stopped by for some boba and a rice bowl. As I got into the last half of the bowl I find a strand of hair and then look again to see a small ball of hair. My hair is magenta not black so I know it’s not my hair. When I contacted them they all said “okay we’ll do better next time”.

To make matters worse, when my friend informed the employees that I was having an allergic reaction and asked for water, their response was incredibly slow. Peanut allergies are severe and can be life-threatening, and this lack of urgency in addressing a medical emergency is unacceptable. This experience was terrifying and reflects a serious disregard for proper food safety and customer care. I strongly urge management to implement better cleaning practices, training, and allergy protocols to ensure no one else is put at risk.

Hours posted on the door state closing at 11pm. Manager tonight let me know they in fact close daily at 9:50 pm. Not even 10, but 9:50pm. So disappointed 😞
