Great donut spot for not just donuts but lunch sandwiches as well. Wide variety of drinks! Love this place!

Friendly staff and good food...coffee is good too. Wasn't sure I wanted to like it this shop down from a local favorite, but its 24 hours so there's that.

My favorite is the plain donuts, and they're good here! Bakers dozen is just under $15 so it's a good family/ party size box.

I’ve been to California 5 times and on my 5th time I decided to try Winchells . I see alot of them around. Like in the east coast has soo many Dunkin’s but Winchells are wayyyyyy better than Dunkin . Oh how I wish they had one in NJ. We ordered the breakfast combo it comes with a breakfast sandwich , coffee and donut.

I gave then 4 because they are the only place serving coffee at 2 and 3am. The women working there was pleasant and helpful however...when I came in I could see her cleaning the tables and counters down. Normally that sounds. But when she came to assist me she didnt clean her gloves, wash her hands or change her gloves. She touched my food, the coffee cup and lid, and my debit card. Needless to say that's not acceptable. They might want to adopt a COVID 19 food handling protocol approved by the CDC. Ijs

Haven't been to a Winchells in a minute but prices have definitely significantly increased throughout their menu options. And tbh I'd rather hit up my local hole in the wall donut shop for half their prices. Sorry...maybe not?

Was very disappointed. The see through poster on the window stated that they serve Tuna wraps. Entering I requested for a wrap, astonishingly the server behind the counter said this "we dont sell CUNA" wraps.

I like this spot BUT prices are definitely higher than all the donut shops around on some items but hold nothing unique to warrant people spending more money on a corporate-run business vs going to a locally owned business. Maybe their sandwiches would be considered unique but I've never tried them. Examples: 7 donut holes for $2.49 or 6 mini donuts for $6-$7 dollars.

I'm in the area. I came once in the morning for a quick coffee and donut, good service. I decided to come at night thinking I could peacefully have coffee with my wife; Wrong@!! Playing ugly music and to loud. I felt like i was in rural area of Mexico. I'm not from high class Italian or anything alike, just another simple Hispanic who dreams to have a pleasant coffee shop in the area. So, I will continue to make a quick stop at winchell's whenever I have no other choice. But it would be nice if they make the atmosphere more attractive for couples or friends to come and enjoy a drink.

It took too long ,he said there was only one person bad service

We tried Winchell's yesterday because it reminded me of days gone by when I was a little girl. We bought a dozen donuts and all of them were very doughy and heavy and the little on the oily side. I realize they just opened so it's just a review of what we felt. We like donuts that are light and Airy. Probably won't try them again. Plus the parking just is a pain in the butt. Sorry Winchell's you got two thumbs down from us.

No free wifi

Went to get coffee at 4:35am only for there to be a small sign listing open a 5:00 am. If you're not open for 24 hours. That is considered false advertisement. Remove it and next time I'll just head to Dunkiin Donuts which I'd open at 4:30 on weekdays. [-]___[-]

I went there on Sunday and got a donut it cost 1.24 I gave the cashier 5.25 and she gave .01 back. When I asked for my change she argued with me i only gave her 1.00 . Now she didn't pay attention and assumed I gave her a dollar. So she refused t give me my change, I then told her go look at the camera so she could see. She comes back on the phone with a note pad in her hand trying to tell me come back tomorrow since she cant view the recording. I had to ask to speak with her manager which was not onsite and demand t give me my change r i was calling the police that was ridiculous. As a black customer that is not okay to have t demand my 4.00 back due to your error,

This place is overpriced asff it's too much money for a very very disgusting type of food!! It's super dry and not juicy at all I beg you not to get food here it is terrible. I visited yesterday, Sunday. It was horrible. There was only one person to prepare over 10 orders. ALL sandwiches. It was over a 30 minute wait. Some customers walked out truly frustrated. To add injury to insult, it was extremely hot in there. However, the albacore tuna melt sandwich was pretty good. A little too much mayonnaise, but good.

customer service sucks. I was in line for almost 5 minutes and this two painter in white uniform cut in line and got there donut before me . I was not satisfied with the service went out and left because of this two guys don’t know how to go in line but got served first before me . The owner should teach there employees first come first serve rules.
