The employees here in Benbrook are all so so nice and super helpful. We are camping at Holiday Park and wanted to get pizza for us and our Grandkids. We chose Marco’s because of previous recommendation and reviews. They asked how we found them and where we were coming from.. They gave us a discount… At the campsite we all ate our pizza and everyone loved it. Highly recommend and we will be back next time we are camping here. Also they will deliver to the park. Thanks Marco Pizza!

After having a really bad experience at the Marco’s pizza on Oakmont, we still wanted to try the pizza, so we gave this location a try. Let me tell you, they completely changed our mind about everything. The staff at this location are awesome. They are kind and friendly. The location is clean and the pizza is delicious. A huge shout out to Jeremy, we told him about our bad experience at the other location and even though he did not have to, he did everything to make it right. We felt heard and will happily continue to spend our money at this place.

Bought my first pizza at Marco's 5/19/2023, my comment is very pleased. Most notable remark is the lady that received my order communicated with me very well. This is unusual in today's world, a person who can communicate. The pizza was good, but the Bell pepper and onion pieces were too large, the sausage pieces could have been smaller and covered the pizza better. Overall grade for the pizza is a B+. Will be back, and will recommend.

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant on opening day, Sunday, March 19, 2023! The event was fantastic, they had a big Italian Marcos blow up on top of the store and gave away free pizza for four hours straight, even in the chilly weather. The employees were amazing and made the experience even better. They also had huge bouncy houses for children and families to enjoy for free, which was a great touch. Recently, I tried their Italian sub, and it was absolutely delicious. Every bite was filled with amazing flavors, and you could taste every ingredient. This restaurant is far better than your typical pizza spot in Benbrook.

Bruce and Jermey went above and beyond to help me with my order. Especially on a busy day like today (Valentines Day). I wanted to make it a special day for my daughter, who lives out of town. And they made it happen. 🙌

Pizza toppings we really great... Not sure what I think about the bread/dough, as I am fairly picky when it comes to pizza dough. However.... Overall, I was really pleased with the pizza/taste.

Order 159, not happy with how my pizza was left on the ground and they didn’t ring the doorbell. I even tipped over 20%. Poor first experience

Super disappointed in the pizza we ordered for this past Friday, March 29th. It was bland and had no flavor. I filled out the survey and addressed my issues with my order. On Easter Sunday in the middle of a meal we were called by Jeremy on behalf of Marcos Pizza. Not only was it TACKY to call on Easter Sunday, he offered zero apology and told me he would call me right back which he never did and still hasn’t done. I will not be ordering from this establishment in the future.

We ordered pizza for pick up and the girl that took the order was very sweet and said it would be ready in about 20 minutes, but when we got there to pick up the pizza the 2 girls at the counter were very rude and said it wasn’t ready, so we went to the car to wait for it to get ready, despite it already being 30 minutes since we placed the order. We kept waiting and there were at least 6 people on their phones and the girls at the front kept giving us dirty looks the whole time we were waiting. Another family came in and 1 of the women went to order and the whole time she was ordering, 1 of the girls was giving her dirty looks the whole time. By this time it was 48 minutes from when we ordered and we had seen enough, so we left, won’t go back, but management needs to do an overhaul on all the slackers with attitude!!
