Nice job done here, I ordered online and they had my order ready front and center when I arrived. I wanted to add on a bag of chips, cashier was able to add it through the register without having to do a separate transaction which was nice.
No words can describe how wonderful the customer service is, everyone was smiling and appeared to enjoy their job. The sandwiches are excellent. Anyone wanting to get a quick sandwich this is the place to go.

Love Jimmy John’s in general! The restaurants have always been clean, the employees have always been nice and the food has always been fresh. This location is no exception. So glad they survived the insanely long road construction through Benbrook.
I was working in the area. My coworker asked if Jimmy John's would be good, I said sure why not. When we first walked in we were acknowledged quickly and we placed our orders. Staff were friendly, and they were relatively busy. I got the non spicy Italian sandwich. It was well prepared and tasty. I had never really eaten in at Jimmy John's, so I took time reading the signs posted everywhere, many of which I found amusing. I thought the wall tiles in the men's room were pretty funny. The only reason I got less than five stars on service is that when I went back to the counter, no one acknowledged me. I just needed a to go bag, I happened to find them myself, and went to pick one up. That's when I was acknowledged, after I'd stood there for a couple minutes.
I have ordered from here on multiple occasions. Every time my order is on point and delivered in a timely manner. I also like that they knock on my door when the food arrives. I have a table next to my door that they use to drop off the order, and then they knock to let me know that it is there instead of just dropping it off and walking away and hope I remember to get it. Thanks for the great food and service!

Drive through so atmosphere is just a guess. Food was served quick and fresh. Order was accurate. Window service was polite and on point. Napkins were in bag and food was wrapped up nice and tight so there was no mess in the car.
The guys were so nice, and patient with me ordering.... It was my 1st time eating there. Those sandwiches were so good! The Club tuna with onions was so good! My daughter ordered the Club Lulu, with cheese AND jalapeño ranch. It was so good! Next time, im adding Jalapeño ranch on my Club tuna.

I don't know what it is about this location but this is my goto stop when wanting a lunch or dinner when we are eating at home or going to a restaurant. Service is fantastic, the sandwiches are great. Atmosphere is quiet and relaxing.

Good and fresh, pretty standard for Jimmy John's. Their sandwiches are delicious. The Texas locations aren't as expensive as some other states. Basic customer service.
Great sandwiches, but the bread is very dense. The meat and cheese slide off if you squeeze them too tightly.
This place is great. They always have really fast service and their delivery is super quick. While they sometimes run out of the Frenchie, they make a great slim to replace it, and always call first to make sure it's ok. The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because they never cut my sandwiches in half when I ask for it. But that is a minor thing for a great sandwich joint, so I just stopped asking.

I love Jimmy John's but this location could benefit from better quality bread. The store I use to go to would have soft fresh tasting bread. Since moving here, I've visited this location and few times and each time the bread is hard and not fresh.
It's a great place and the sandwiches are good but they don't listen. Everything I come to this location they never cut my sandwich in half. Even when I see them make it they never cut it in half. I've even asked after seeing them make the sandwich ask if it was cut in half and they lied to me. So bad lol these guys.
Drive thru. Lady at window needs more charm school. She was horrible….Shoved credit card terminal out thru window for “extra information” which was tip. Sorry never tipped at drive thru past many years and not starting now. Decent sandwich though.

So I come here about once or twice a month for lunch. I do enjoy the food a lot. However, if they don't read your order back at the drive thru, it's usually wrong. And I just ordered a sandwich 15 minutes ago, my receipt says my order taker was Kathryn, who knows? Whoever she is at the window, she shouldn't be there. She sounded like I was irritating her by placing an order, she did not greet me at the window or smile or thank me at all. Basically she took my card, shoved my food and drink at me, and closed the window. Now, I'm not expecting Chick-fil-A level service here but a smile and a thank you could help a lot. Maybe I'll stay in White Settlement next time and go to Subway. Also, pro tip, order your drink in the drive thru with no ice or you'll get a huge cup of ice with maybe 6oz of soda in it. 😉
Ordered online for pickup. Thought I would save on delivery fees. Well get there to set 15 minutes in the drive through line for two mediocre sandwiches. Not very impressed. In that amount of time I could have gone to Jason’s deli and got a really good sandwich. I tried it once and done.

I’ve ordered two more times since then hoping it was an off day. It absolutely was not an off day. This location is anything but “freaky fast.” They are freaky slow and take more than an hour, sometimes 2 hours to deliver!!!

I've started going to the new location by the lake because of it. Husband stopped by tonight because he really wanted a sandwich, ordered my regular sandwich, and why am I not surprised it is messed up? The service is also questionable at times, sometimes it's great, other times not. Lost all faith in this location.

Went at 11am on Saturday and my turkey Tom was soaked in mayonnaise i had to use 3 napkins to wipe off enough to make it edible. They also didn’t add lettuce when it’s supposed to come with lettuce. Worst jimmy Johns experience ever.
1st and only time I will ever go to this restaurant. Spent over 27.00 for 3 sandwiches one had bacon that was so cold and hard it couldn't be eaten. Went to restaurant showed them only the one bite was taken and asked for a refund on that sandwich and was informed they can't give money back.... never again..
Worst experience ever took over 2 hours to get our delivery and the employees only response was too cancel the entire order and refund us within 3-5 days. Refused to put the manager on the phone After ALL this time we waited for nothing kids had to go back to school hungry and others back to work without eating either. Completely ridiculous if you can't afford to do delivery DON'T
Took over a half hour to get my food(ordered at 12:45) called to see if would have been easier just to come pick it up, and the girl in the phone said if I wanted to it would save her the effort. Rude, wouldn’t go back.
I can only speak for myself and other disabled fixed-income Benbrook residents. Since April 2022 through 28 February 2023 I have ordered at least two large Jimmy John’s sandwiches per week for delivery, well over two dozen sandwiches. That all stopped as of 1 March when Jimmy John's raised their delivery fee from under $1 to $3.99 in one increase. To put that in perspective, a large sandwich (2 meals for me), no drink, no sides at all just the sandwich is now $30 if you tip the driver the minimum 15% on the online order screen. That's $30 for a cold sandwich with nothing else. I can order a large pizza from Mr. Jim's including the tip for $24.99. That large pizza provides 3 hot meals for me. I contacted the Benbrook Jimmy John's management and the Corporate customer service about this new $3.99 fee. As you might guess, they didn’t care at all. Therefore, Benbrook Jimmy John’s has lost all of my business both in store as well as delivery. Think about this $30 (with minimum 15% tip) for a cold sandwich. If I wanted to order my usual J.J.'s sandwich with this extra $3.99 I have a choice of either not tipping the driver or going elsewhere. It's absolutely not fair to not tip the driver. But I will never pay $30 for a cold sandwich to be delivered. So I will take my business elsewhere.
This is a great store but one of their young driver always has a bad attitude, he left the sandwich outside one time, next time he was parked but killing time in his car while I was waiting for my food at door. This time he said thanks for not giving tip!!! Fix your attitude to get tip dude. That was rude. There are 2 other ladies that they are wonderful.
Been going there for months getting a Little John Wrap. Today they tell us they done do Little John Wrap. Never go there again after one if the Managers said you could get any sandwich on a wrap. They need to get on the same page. Bye
Just had one of the most disappointing sandwiches delivered today, I eat at this location an average 3 times a week, and will never do so again. I ordered through the mobile app as I usually do and when it arrived I couldn't even stomach it (see photos). I'm not sure if this is a result of poor training or management, but this is my final visit. To make matters worse the staff not only refused a refund but offered a gift card to be picked up in 4 days. I spent the last of my money to eat lunch here, and now I've got to go without. Pay attention to the quality of the food you serve before you lose another customer.
Ordered a sandwich from here the other day expecting the "freaky fast" delivery they always boast about. A few minutes after ordering, the website told me the sandwich is on the way. I live 5 minutes max from the store and after 40 minutes of waiting I called to cancel the order because I had an appointment soon thereafter I couldn't wait any longer to leave for. Just after I called to cancel and receive a refund, the driver finally shows up stating they had to stop at 2 different locations to ask for directions. I live on Winscott Rd, one of the major roadways of Benbrook, and this so called "freaky fast" delivery driver couldn't locate it for over 40 minutes. To me and most other patrons, Jimmy John's is about the convenience of a quick delivery service. It is certainly not about the superiority of their sandwiches, which are mediocre at best. They failed in living up to their own standards and the manager I spoke to didn't seem to care one bit about my customer experience, making several excuses for the driver rather than admitting their failure and offering to make it right. I've ordered from many other Jimmy John's in the past and not had this issue. I will never be ordering from this establishment again and encourage others to think twice before ordering from this location.
My apartment is outside their delivery area that is 1.7 miles from the Jimmy John's location. Even though I see their drivers in my parking lot. Yet another location does deliver to my job that's 1.9 miles from the store. I live 2 miles from where I work so same traffic. You lost a customer that was ordering about once a week. Go to firehouse better subs and better quality.
I ordered a caprese sandwich through drive through. No mozzarella cheese. Husbands sandwich tasted like cardboard. On top of inferior food they expected a tip at the drive through. Won’t eating here again.
Today, i placed an order with KEVIN, THE "GM". I specifically told him to have the driver drop off my food at the door and leave because I have the flu. The Driver came to my door, rang the door bell. Because of the specific instructions, i assumed that my food was at my door. Because KEVIN didn't give him instructions, the driver left with my food. 30 minutes later, I called the store and asked KEVIN where my food is - he said that the driver is dropping off another order and he'll be there when he can. I told KEVN that if he would have provided instructions to the driver, we would not have encountered this and that i wanted fresh items since they were soggy. KEVIN stated that he would not replace my food and that he would take it out of the driver's tip. WOW!!!! I told KEVIN that its not the drivers fault and he should not be penalized for his mistake. My meal was over 30$ - and my sandwiches were soggy. I asked KEVIN for the corporate phone # and he refused to provide it to me. He then hung up on me. When i called the store back, he will not answer the phone. WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!! KEVIN IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A GM....WHAT A JOKE! I will be in touch with corporate, mark my words! NEVER, NEVER WILL THIS LOW LIFE STORE GET MY BUSINESS! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
This is the second time I have come here and I have asked them nicely to load up my sandwich with Jimmy peppers. I have emphasized it many times both at the drive thru and at the window. I watched the same girl make my sandwich. I even offered to pay extra. Then the guy said that she put a lot on there. I just opened my sandwich and I don't even think there was the normal amount. Then the girl walked away and gave me side eye. I don't understand why she didn't give me extra. It isn't hard and was not busy. There was no one in line.

Called the store finally to let them know. The response was, "If you bring it back, we can replace it." I'm not driving 30 min back for a sandwich. I will not be returning to this location. I ordered two turkey Tom sandwiches. When I opened them up there was almost no turkey in each of them and no lettuce! My sandwich was basically bread and pickles. Do not order from this location.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS JIMMY JOHN’S! I placed an order through the Jimmy John’s website, expecting their service. Instead, this franchise outsourced my order to Uber Eats without telling me. It took almost an hour, and I didn’t even get my food—I got Wing Stop instead! After calling, a staff member admitted that most ALL deliveries are outsourced to Uber Eats. The owner is too cheap to pay for their own drivers but still charges full delivery fees as if they’re doing the work. And let’s talk about the tip—they’re likely stealing it. If you tip on the JJ’s site, the Uber driver doesn’t get, or at least the amount I set, I asked the driver! So where does that money go? If I wanted Uber eats, I would have used Uber eats. This franchise is scamming customers—take your money somewhere else.

I ended up giving my card back to her where she used a register. Why am I supposed to tip at the drive thru? This makes me so mad I won’t be going back! Why not just add a sandwich making fee? Then she said have a blessed day. Horrible
Ordered chicken with hot sauce sandwich with veggies and specifically asked for ranch instead of blue cheese. I was the only customer in the store and there were two employees.. I get my sandwich and it was just bread meat and sauce!!! I had to go up to the counter to get the other half of the Ingredients!!! Really!!! ?!?!?!?! Not going there again
