Restaurant was well maintained, no wait, not too busy, very timely in getting the order taken and to the table.

Service is always fast at this location, the quality of the food is neat, not sloppy like the other locations. The staff is very kind and the facility is always clean, I have never had a visit where the building was a mess or trashy parking lot.

This the best Taco Casa with the best trained staff! Equal in all ways and maybe better the Chick-fil-A.

I travel most of the year for work. Every time I hear that I'm headed to Texas, one of the first things to pop in my head is TACO CASA! No, it's not fancy and yes there is a lot of great food in Texas, but Taco Casa does an amazing job of serving simple food made from quality ingredients.

This is my favorite fast food joint. I could eat here everyday I think. My go to are the tacos and bean burritos but if you’re new here try the chilada and/or super burrito. This place is waaaaaaaaay better than any of the other taco places like Taco Bell. It tastes homemade.

The drive through line was super fast, people were friendly, and they got my order right. Lol I know that should be an obvious thing but these days I always have issues with my food orders.

Try the Super Nachos. Just make sure you get a full serving of cheese on the nachos. If you like moderately sweet tea, get the sweet tea...usually a special price on the large.

After an event in Benbrook, I dropped by this Taco Casa . The car line was long but it moved fast! They have this down on Taco Tuesday. The food was awesome and I had a special request that exceeded expectations. Great food and service . Plus if you have not had their Guacamole you ought to!! Glad this one is in Benbrook!

$1 large sweet tea and the best possible use of 5 different ingredients to make 10 different delicious menu items. Staff's nice, service is quick, and bathroom is clean. If this is what diabetes tastes like then I guess it's all right.

This is my favorite Mexican fast food place. There is always consistent quality in what they serve. Not the widest selection but we have been able to do vegetarian here without a problem. My favorite used to be the super tostada. However since my heart attack we've stuck to more they are bean burritos and tostadas. Still love the food!

THIS particular Taco Casa is exceptional. I live 5 minutes from a Taco Casa but choose to drive almost 30 minutes to go to this one. The people are super nice, the food is consistently better than the others.

I stopped in with a friend that I don't get to see much. So we were sitting and talking for a long time. The girl that took our order came over to us and asked if we would like a refill on our drinks! That just made our day! She was super sweet!

Update - This Taco Casa is wonderful now. The ladies are very professional and the food has been 5 star lately. Past Review Food is skimpy for 1.79 taco and 1.59 bean burrito. But .....it's probably only the Benbrook location. As bad as a McDonald's breakfast burrito 😖 Found an uncooked bean in one of the burritos last time..... Never going back . Glad I found Rosa's.....Way better.

I love you guys dearly. But lately when I ask for extra lettuce on my tacos, there really isn't any extra. I wouldn't mind if I wasn't paying extra for it. And honestly I love extra lettuce for the crunch freshness, and to cut all that yummy freshly grated cheese yall put on your tacos. Taco Casa off 377 in Benbrook nailed it. The intercom was down, so I had to pull up to the first window — a small downside since there was no clear sign indicating that. But the order taker greeted me with a smile, repeated my order, and even counted back the change — a nice touch you don’t always get. At the next window, an older gentleman (a Spanish speaker) handed me my order. He made a great effort to communicate in English and was just as friendly. Now, I was starving — no way I was waiting until I got home. I parked, opened that container, and the smell hit me... mouthwatering. The Super Tostada was perfectly made, fresh, and just begging for a taste. I took a few bites and instantly knew I had to leave a review — excuse the missing pieces in the photo, hunger took over. If you haven’t tried their Super Tostada, do yourself a favor and get one next time. Then tell me if I’m wrong.

Food is always good but save the trip if going later than 8:30. Every one is on clean up crew so a single taco takes 15 minutes. Not the first time for this at this location. Major bummer too.

The food is always fresh and has a lot of flavor for Mexican fast food. I love the chiladas with their hot sauce! Quick drive thru service. A little expensive for the portion size on the chiladas / tacos, but that's all fast food these days.

I have to say for fast Tex mex it is consistent and always looks like the picture. Unfortunately price due to the times have shot up like most eating establishments. My only personal not a fan though I understand the now build your own nacho Supreme. I enjoy this place customer service consistent food. Enjoy

I got a beef taco salad. I asked for jalapeño ranch dressing, pico, and salsa. That's it. Not a hard order. None of the sides made it home. Luckily I had some Pace. But cheech...how hard was that?

Reasonable prices. They make the food the way you requested. Fast food that doesn't take forever to make and go. So far orders are correct when I get them. Yesterday the food seemed better than previous visits.

Consistent food. Really poor service through drive through. I suppose the old "Hi, how may I help you today?", or "Hello, may I take your order?" has now been reduced to "Yes?" or simply "Hello." Pretty sad.

I went through and ordered a couple of burritos and a super taco. I meant to order a taco light and when I went back through and got it swapped the taco that I ended up with was just another super taco with only meat and cheese. Pretty sure I got somebody else's food but after going through two times already I didn't want to go back. Low stars for food because the tortilla I had on the burritos was really really hard on the ends. Again I wonder if I got somebody's food because it seemed like it was already made.

Wish this Taco Casa would offer a senior break like all the other Taco Casas I've been to. Most offer a free drink to seniors.

Food is good but it should not take fifteen to twenty minutes to get through the drive thru. And there’s a second lane that does not get used. At least put a cone up so people don’t make that second lane mistake. Saw two cars make that mistake and just leave instead of going to the back of the line again.

* HONEST REVIEW* Well, here's the truth and no I'm not a disgruntled employee. I'm a Taco Casa connoisseur. Clean place, food is good, service good.. BUT.. this guy ( owner ) also owns the one on Clifford in White Settlement. I go to many but these two places have the smallest portions of ANY in town. Pretty sure he instructs staff to go " easy " on portions/meat. I mean they should call it the SUPER " bean " Burrito.. because its mostly beans. I get costs are up but I'd rather pay more for more. I visit many other locations and the Burritos, Tacos, etc have more meat and are bigger. There are even some locations that offer the Chilada 2 for $5 after dark. Both locations are price driven and pretty sure they don't offer the " Tuesday" specials like some other locations. He probably pays the staff on a same type of scale I would imagine. " smaller". But again, staff is good.. food is fresh... store is clean.. BUT really small portions. To be fair, maybe his costs are up.. but portions are down.. I'm sure people notice but just don't put two and two together.. so here it is.. 3 Star rating and that's just because the staff is nice and store is clean.

This location is pretty consistent as far as quality and freshness are concerned. Not the case this time around. I got 2 hard tacos and a chilada. Taco shells were stale. If I'm paying a premium, the ingredients need to be fresh.

I’ll always Love Taco Casa. However, I used to go and get a full meal and a drink for under $8. When they first opened in Benbrook it was comparable to Taco Bell’s 79cent taco, burrito, and tostada. Now, the greed from ownership has pushed the cost of a single crunchy taco to $2.49…. With less toppings…. They can say it’s because of food costs but that would hardly be the truth… considering I used to deliver to almost every Taco Casa from Canton Texas, to the south coast. Prices went up Pennie’s…. Good food bad prices… and they charge an additional 10-17% just to go through the drive through… (convenience fee) REALLY??!

Portions went down prices went up. Only "deals" here are the bean burritos and frijoles. Taco size and nacho portions are Laughable! Love the mild sauce though...

I love Taco Casa. It's a once a week treat for us. I have learned to be selective on the location though. The Benbrook location is inconsistent. I ordered a chilada to eat inside and 2 to-go. The one for dine-in had lots of black olives on it. The 2 to-go had none. Also, my bf got sick for a second time from this location.

This was my favorite place to eat but today ordered combo burrito and meat burrito and WOW! Salty. My husband and I could not eat it. This happened last week too. Probably will stop going.

My burrito was literally only filled half way down. So all tortilla. Then we asked for a super nacho with everything scattered. Well they didn't speak English and put everything separate. With no nacho cheese! We even asked them to fix it and he pretended he couldn't understand us. I will never return to this location.

So disappointed twice in one week. Last week, I was charged for super tacos because I swapped my beef out for beans and according to the guy at the drive thru he "is the manager". Tonight, I asked to swap out the beans again and was told the manager doesn't allow that. He was rude, matter of fact and not willing to help. I decided to call and ask for the manager. She said "I told him no to that because I thought you wanted beans on your salad and we can't do that". I let her know that her reason is ridiculous because there is no reason why they couldn't have put beans on someone's salad either. She (Rosie, the manager) added that she is "sorry and can't do nothing to help it. What!! She can't do Personally, this seems more like laziness than a misunderstanding. I do understand that the computer may not have a button to push for this and they might have to give oral instructions (like they have in the past) but to choose not to do it....that is lazy and unacceptable. Guess what? Taco Bell was happy to fix my tacos the way I ordered them.

I went by there simple order 2 crunchy tacos easy lettuce large tea half sweet half in sweet. Cashier repeats my order. Get home 20 minutes away excited my chest day.... Get home to find 2 soft tacos now I'm beyond upset pajamas are on.. Call Taco Casa oh tji s is not the first time they screw my order ( my fault for returning) Spoke to the manager she is prompt to blame cashier u don't care whose fault this is. This place is so gross, they don't wear gloves, and put my taco salad directly on a dirty ass tray. Plus I was double charged instead of getting a refund. Blanca the mgr was rude and to busy eating while making food I took picture for the health dept.

Too skimpy on ingredients, service good but too cheap on food preparation. Doesn’t do specials like other casa’s. Look like management is trying too squeeze every penny out of the place. Solution is give people what that expect.

I can’t tell you how the food was because I left without getting anything. Not sure what their problem was but I waited in line for 15 minutes and we moved one car space. And we only moved one car space because someone else left the line.

Worst service and customer experience that I’ve ever had at a taco Casa. There is barely any cheese on my tacos. That’s why I normally go to taco Casa because the other competitors don’t put any cheese on their stuff either.
