If you go here you have to have Mikey as your server! Being in service industry for 12 years this was the best service I’ve ever had! He made us feel comfortable through the whole process and had our drinks refilled before they were even half empty! He was 100% himself and it showed throughout our meal! 1,000,000% only coming back for Mikey! Y’all need to give him a 200% raise.

I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review for this location! I come to the Benbrook location pretty often. My son LOVES Waffle House, so we come at least every other week. Everyone is super friendly, no one ever seems to be in a bad mood, and the food is always hot & comes out to our table quickly.

I visited on a Saturday at approximately 2pm. The restaurant was slow at the time with only a few guests. I was greeted immediately by the restaurant personnel when I entered. The building was clean and well maintained. I was helped by the server named "the magical cat", a different and catchy name from his name tag. The service was attentive and polite. Drinks arrived immediately and the food followed shortly behind. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The dining experience was very good in all aspects.

I just want to up date this every time cause it’s always different servers. This is my local Waffle House and it’s always great! This time I had Ella and she was great! I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese hashbrown bowl with onions and gravy. The meal was delicious! I also liked the chocolate milk. The service was excellent!

My husband and I came in this morning, he got the sausage egg biscuit and I had the Texas sausage, egg, and cheese. When I say that this has been one of the best Waffle Houses we've eaten at both in state and along the East coast, it's no exaggeration. Todd did an amazing job on the sandwhiches, and we're definitely making it a point to come again when he's working.

Waffle House delivers again. This location on Hebron is usually as busy as the rest. We lucked out since it was dinner time on Superbowl Sunday and we were neither watching the game, or craving typical dinner fare. It is always breakfast o'clock at the Waffle House and it was a ghost town that night. All the better! Service was great, it was quiet so I could eat and hear myself think. The hash browns were on point. Crispy on the edges and 100% delicious.

Orders flying out to home from 4 different voices , nods and body language undertones, the communication between this team is unmatched . Note to General Manager: Never lose this crew! Jasmine or jazz was my sever and she was HORRIBLE! I ordered an All star: sausage, blueberry waffle, hash browns, raisin toast and grits. First thing that came wrong was a regular waffle, I brought this to her attention and she read my slip and called out my waffle. Then my plate comes with white toast, eggs and hash browns. I tell her I asked for raisin toast and she apologizes. She quickly walks away and I’m assuming to get the rest of my stuff. Well close to 5 mins later she comes back with my waffle and I tell her I’m missing my sausage. Once again she apologizes and calls for the sausage. I love Waffle House real bad but she made me so angry I ate my toast and asked for everything to be packed up. I got my food in huge gaps so my food was different temps. I’ll just take it home and heat it up. She needs to focus. I was being patient but having to remind her that many times about different items is excessive.

6:50 a.m. It was still dark when I pulled into the lot. The glowing yellow sign hummed against the sky like a beacon, promising grease and comfort. Inside, the place was alive. Cooks calling to each other, plates clattering, conversations weaving together into that unique Waffle House rhythm. My waitress greeted me with a smile and a birthday crown on her head. Two five dollar bills were pinned proudly to her apron, the kind of small-town tradition that lets everyone know you’re celebrating. I wished her a happy birthday and she laughed, thanked me, and slid my order into the lineup without breaking stride. Two eggs, two chicken sausages, and double hash browns. Every couple of minutes, another customer or coworker would shout “Happy Birthday” across the diner. She’d laugh each time, never tired of it. Then she brought out my plate, paused, and frowned. “I feel like you’re missing a waffle or something,” she said, studying it like a mystery. I explained it was just an extra order of hash browns and it was no problem. She smiled, shook her head, and said, “No worries, I got you.” A few minutes later, another plate slid in front of me, stacked with more potatoes than I had any right to eat before sunrise. Not long after, a coworker walked in carrying a Nothing Bundt Cake. She stood silently behind the birthday waitress for nearly fifteen seconds, waiting for her to turn around. The birthday crown wearing waitress was too busy juggling plates and tickets to notice. When she finally spun, the hug was instant. For a moment, the noise of clattering plates and sizzling grease softened into something warmer. When I paid, I wished her a happy birthday one more time. She smiled like it was the first time she had heard it that morning. I stepped outside into a brighter morning. The sun was climbing now, spilling gold across the lot. Happiness doesn’t always come in big moments. Sometimes it’s just a birthday crown, a smile, and the kind of morning only Waffle House can give you. Praise the double hash browns.

If an item you want isn't on the menu ask the server if they have it because the menu doesn't have enough room for all of their items for example cheese steak omelette. I like being a member of waffle house regulars club and getting a free waffle! Their waffles are delicious. I also ordered a side of cheese eggs. I think they put too much cheese (American cheese) in their eggs. That's my only complaint. Service is great and their coffee is good. I would just tell them to clean their menus, but they weren't too bad.

I went with a couple of friends and when I walked in I was the only one there except the waitperson and the one working the grill. I haven’t eaten at a Waffle House in forever so I wasn’t sure what to expect. We all ordered breakfasts and for sure the best thing is their hash browns. I got mine with grilled onions and asked for them to be extra crispy and they were. They did not last long enough. Maybe I should have ordered a large. Their grilled biscuit was okay. We had tried the Waffle House at White Settlement on our last visit to the area, and were very disappointed. This one is much more in line with what we have come to expect. This one is very busy, but service is fairly quick and pretty tasty. We would return.

I come to this location frequently. Normally our experience is great. Wish our server was more attentive. She seemed to be bothered that she was serving us. Once our food was given to us she did not come back. My mom had to get up and ask for more coffee, she told my mom to sit back down and she would bring it to us. As she turned to get the coffee pot she whispered something to her coworker and that coworker turned and looked at us. Our servers name is tee. We noticed her section buddy being very attentive to her tables and went back several times to each to see if they were alright. I still tipped over 20 percent but it would've more. I'm in the server industry so I know we weren't needy and we were polite.

The whole team besides one guy did a very good job at communicating with one another & getting the food out hot & in a timely manner. With that being said... It is rather annoying to sit there while you're waiting for a table & an employee is literally LEANING against the wall WATCHING them work in the kitchen. DURING RUSH, THEYRE ON A WAIT. DO SOMETHING. that's my only negative thing I have to say though. Overall I had a good experience & the vibes were good. Food was hot & I was happy about that. The food itself was cooked well and tasted fine. I've been disappointed since the menu changed and wanted to give them another shot since it's been 2 years. Same atmosphere and staff but I really miss the full menu that included pork chops.

I have been coming to this waffle house for over 3 years and have been through several changes within its ranks. They have a new cook in the midnight shift that is less than desirable. He don't smile, grunts when you say hello, and has a general attitude problem. He's cleaning allot and when someone comes in he gets all mad because it disrupts his process. This has been the second time thos guy has messed up my order just to spite the situation. Im beginning to think hes doung this in purpose. The customer comes before the dirty floors. Bring back Lavar he's always a good fit for this area and he's always a delight.

I might have to be done with Waffle House. The way they’re doing things, I might as well go to a better restaurant. They’ve jumped on the bandwagon of charging for EVERYTHING. If you order food to-go, they charge you 20% more on your check. If you want eggs, they charge you $.50 more per egg as if they weren’t already charging you the price of a dozen eggs for just one egg already.

The place looked dirty and unkept. The restaurant was not busy at all and we waited over 15 minutes for the waitress to come and take our order and an additional well over 45 minutes for our food. After that, we had to wave for someone, so we could get our check and leave.

My waffle was raw so had them remake it and it was still little underdone. I didn't ask for a third time. Hashbrowns were burnt. The windows and music box were filthy. The waiter was great though. We will not be going back to this Waffle House.

Food is alright. But I just didn't have a great experience. I went there around 5am. As I walked the first thing this woman said was they are taking to-go orders only. I was fine with that and noticed there was one man in front of me who I assumed was told the same thing as he was getting a togo order as well. But when an older man came in after me sat down and they took his order.. it feels unfair. I didn't get any weird vibes BUT when things like this happen you notice that me and the customer before me look a little different than everyone else there. Anyway we ordered our food, sat for 10 min or so waiting which is fine.. but they gave half my order to the other customer there. It was annoying and a waste of time to wait all over again. The woman there also referred to us as 'babies' which I didnt think was an insult but still not everyone wants to be referred to as 'baby' about 16+ times.

We stopped here ion a Sunday evening with our family of 4 . There weren’t many customers. The place smelled bad, the tables were dirty. It was disgusting. We walked in and walked back out. Gross

The manager here literally was talking extremely loud in customers ears in full detail of her labor experience . From her water breaking to it running down her legs to every detail of her c section. Made us lose our appetite immediately. Then after we made a complaint to other team members within hearing distance of said manager she did not even have the decency to apologize. Or even acknowledge us.

Ate here and had diarrhea and intense abdominal pain the next day. The people were nice and the food tasted good, but they need to figure out their food safety.

Went into Waffle House at 4:30 am today for some breakfast, every table was dirty and there was 2 people there and nobody was willing to clean a table for me my wife and her sister. If they had time to stand around you would think that they had time to clean at least one table for 3 people.

The first issue I'm only judging by today's visit, but the second issue is a general one. Came in for a to-go order, employees just standing around talking, while one employee just walks away. Shortly after, the latter also joins in the conversation with the former. However, the biggest problem, a.k.a. the general issue, is the fact that to-go orders now have a 20% fee, 10% for the cook, and 10% for the "server". Don't get me wrong, when I order to-go I always tipped the cook in cash, and when I dine in I always tip servers. And with to-go orders, like I said I tip the cook, but I don't tip the "server" considering all they're doing is taking the order simply. And I also made sure the cook got the money. But now the tip is being forced, can we say robbery; plus the fact half of it goes to someone who doesn't even deserve a tip. I don't know if the fee is all Waffle Houses or not, but I know it's at this location. As for the service, once again just judging by my experience today, but the to-go fee is a complete disappointment.

to the big black lady named Keasha with the heavy wig you have to do better!! charged me for the wrong food item then overcharged me again didn’t know my order, then the white guy working the grill wiping his sweaty hair off his forehead and going back to touching the food complaining about the work load and saying he’s gonna start making waffles. UGHHH literally the worst experience getting food tonight so disappointed happened 11/24/25 approx 1230 pm

Waited an hour for food when we were promised a 15-20min wait. Not to mention as someone who works in the culinary industry, the health standards were awful. I noticed the guy who was cooking the raw bacon had gloves on and was touching EVERYTHING with them, contaminating the fridge door, serving plates, and more. I also noticed the storage of the bacon. The people are nice, but they need to be health inspected.
