Stop at this Starbucks frequently on my way in and out of Granbury. The drinks are always so good and very well made. They are also efficient both inside and at the drive thru.
Terrific space for meeting with others. Coffee was great as usual. Parking is a little small along the building though but there is "some" more in the back.
Can they ever make my coffee as requested? Seriously every single time, they make it as they wish not as I ask…. Everyone is very nice but wow make my coffee correct please.
They always have my mobile order waiting for me, I love that! The drive-thru line is a bit cramped but the location is good and the store is always clean.
Literally come here every day. But they know us and are very friendly. My husband is here more than me but out of all the times we’ve gone they’ve maybe made 1 mistake. That’s pretty awesome odds! Thanks for the delicious coffee!
Just went here and loved it! Customer service was fantastic, they moved along quickly and were thoughtful enough to ASK if we wanted a straw before just handing it out. I’ll be making the 10 minute drive to this location every time I get a coffee craving.

had the best experience here the other day , they were super busy but chris the barista greeted me with such enthusiasm that alone made the trip 5 stars but on top of that i wasn’t sure what to order and he assured me that the iced white mocha was the drink for me and sure enough it was perfect!! thank you chris for making my experience so amazing and starbucks you guys should really give this guy a raise!
We ordered curbside and less than 10 minutes we had our drinks and were back to the hotel. The order was correct and they were quick and efficient.

They made an awesome Honey Cintrus Mint tea, my favorite, and the best I have had around town. Most places are always out of tea bags, honey or whatever else and just generally don't mix it very well. Place was neat and staff was really nice and friendly. The person who served my tea was also super knowledgeable and respectful. Makes me wonder what does leadership do to keep smart people like that a serving floor instead of using their talent for something bigger and more beneficial for the company! Anyways, but I'd return here
Friendliest folks I've ever encountered in a Starbucks, with cheerful employees offering but not pushing more goodies, and with customers kindly conversing with one another in passing. I could have used a bit more natural light (all the blinds were closed at 4:00 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon, but I suspect they would have opened them had I asked), but other than that, perfection.
I definitely recommend the Benbrook location. Madie one of the managers is super nice and kind. If there is a problem, they will make it right!! They are so welcoming!!!! 10 ⭐️ for me!! The food and drinks are super delicious!!
It's been hit or miss lately with this location but tonight I went in right before closing and they were really nice and when I got my coffee it was delicious.
Love this Starbucks! I won't go to any other locations. Always clean. Staff is excellent. Very friendly. The baristas know my name when I walk in. They know what I usually drink. The service is above and beyond what I receive any where else. The parking lot can fill up during busy times, but the neighboring Waffle House has plenty and are fine with Starbucks customers parking in their lot too. Since their remodel, they have more seating but wish there was a sign letting customers know that the long tables have power strips underneath them.
My second home. I love this spot. Always great coffee and they always have my coconut milk. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable about their products and how to work around my no sugar or dairy requirements to still come up with interesting and delicious flavor combinations. Clean restrooms are another plus and the dining area is always clean and well stocked.
I frequent this Starbucks location (am there more than I care to admit - almost every morning) and this morning came in to find that the staff had more people and orders than I have ever seen at any Starbucks location. Regardless of this, the staff were working to go above and beyond for all of their customers- the checkout counter was providing updates for people who asked (I was even shown the log of all of the mobile orders that had come in) and offering positive alternative solutions for people who did not have the time to wait. The employees who were crafting drinks stayed calm and collected and were absolutely pumping out drinks. I just thought I should write this review because although there was quite a wait, it was no fault of the staffs, they were working together seamlessly. They could have easily become overwhelmed, rude, or flustered but instead they really got it together and did a great job! I was really impressed.
Employee's are Friendly and take the time to explain the different kinds of drinks even to this older person trying to keep up. Most locations employees seem too anxious and want to get rid of me and not explain anything about making the drinks and the ingredients used. Most will not allow enough room in the drink for me to get added ice to cool down the drink. All of this with just me at the counter and no one else wanting to order. This store is always very gracious towards me.
This is the fastest Starbucks I have ever been to. The line was wrapped around the building and I got through it within 7 mins! I appreciate these baristas!
This is my absolute favorite Starbucks location! Very positive baristas and low wait time. Justin, as well as other day-time crew, do a great job at lifting my mood before going into work each day.

Mrs. Ashley and her staff were so accommodating and helpful, we got a flat tire and couldn’t make our pickup order and over the phone they offered to remake it free of charge so it wouldn’t be cold. This was almost a 60 dollar order for all my family and we greatly appreciate her and her staff bending over backwards during the morning rush, it made a stressful morning so much better and I feel cannot thank Starbucks enough for choosing such kind and genuine staff.

I had my order taken by chey who was the absolute best!! She was so kind, she not only rang me up with such patience, but she also made sure I got my feta wrap before even leaving the counter! Talk about 5 star service. I was also greeted by Jada when walking in, she had such a warm smile! What a team!
Just left this location and it was super busy like you would expect it to be on a Saturday morning. The staff remained calm and were pumping out drinks as fast as they could. There were several rude guests there and the employees handled everything so professionally and with kindness. This whole team is an amazing group of people. I would just like to apologize how some people treated them this morning. Keep being the kindness that you are we appreciate you!
Always super friendly baristas, never have any problems with my orders when I go (which is not often) and they're usually very fast.
This place is pretty fast on almost all orders. The drive-thru line can get long, but it usually moves along quickly. The minus one star comes from how inconvenient and narrow the drive-thru lane is. In a small or medium car, it's not a big deal, but in a larger pickup truck or big van, it can be difficult to maneuver. The quality of the product is good. The prices here are about the same as any other Starbucks, which is to say, slightly overpriced but the quality makes it almost worth it. This location has soy, coconut, and almond milk as alternative for those with dietary restrictions (such as myself with a milk allergy.) As per typical, customization is easy here, get it as you like it. When using the app to order ahead, it will almost always be ready when you arrive.
When I review cafes I try to review them on a few points. Coffee Quality- 3/5 Friendly Service- 3/5 Decor- 4/5 this Starbucks has been newly remodeled and I actually quite like the changes. It feels infinitely more homey than it did previously. 3/5 is average. Not bad, not great. It's just average. That's generally how I see most Starbucks. I'd suggest going if you need internet, need to get away from home or just need some caffeine .
If the order taker would take the orders correctly and read them back to the customers the way the customer orders it and the barista would prep it like that I would give a five-star rating
They were out of the crunch topping for Carmel ribbon crunch. I still ordered it, along with a slice of lemon cake, and it was great. The lady at the window was super nice and made conversation about my truck.
I am visiting the area for a few weeks. The coffee at the hotel is not great at all. So I bought some coffee at a grocery store to make my own in my room. The first cup was very very bad. So in desperation I bought my one cup a day coffee at Starbucks. I loved the friendly energy of the lady at the cash register. The coffee was warm, smelled awesome and there was space for creamer. It was a relieve to drink good coffee. As they say "life is to short to drink bad coffee".
Service was friendly and fast. Dragon fruit drink was excellent as usual, and so was the brownie. Unfortunately the food item I was looking for was not available therefore only 4 stars. The atmosphere only gets 3 stars since they were dirty tables and trash cans were full.
The atmosphere in most Starbucks is cold and uncomfortable. The score would be higher, but I've rarely had a properly made latte at any Starbucks location. Always very weak. Employees are usually very nice and look to be working hard.

People hate on this Sbux but they make my drink right and they're always cheerful and polite when I walk in. Someone always greets me, which I know must get annoying to them. My only complaint is that their actual coffee used to seem like it was weak. Its been tasting a little stronger lately. Idk. Either way, it's still good. Theyre always fast, too. When I see the smiling barista, they make me so happy. I love coffee.
My wife loves Star Bucks, the property I work for has a Starbucks in it. The drinks are consistent. They have a quality of selection. It is a good cup of coffee. I do not eat there, so I can not comment on the food. Service is always good. When it is busy as fast as they are, you will wait. In my opinion, as an individual in the business, they need a bigger space and a few more batistas during high volume times. It is a good coffee spot.
Mostly every time I go here the staff is polite, friendly, respectful and helpful. If my drink taste funny, they fix it if I ask and it’s usually busy here in the mornings. My complaint for this location would be that my food is often not ready when I place a mobile order and get there. I don’t know if the food is being made in the order it is received or not but it’s kinda frustrating that it’s never ready. Maybe this location needs a third oven.
Such a small drive through and always so slow. Guy at register also gave me death glare when i asked for a straw. Drinks are always correct though.
There is a reason people order soy milk instead of regular milk. I went on my birthday and they put regular milk in my order and I had painful stomach cramps and nausea for the rest of the day. Please be considerate of the fact that some people are lactose intolerant or have dairy allergies. Apart from when my order is messed up, it's an okay place to get Starbucks so I'll still give them 3 stars. (But honestly, it's super dangerous to be messing up orders like that.)
Got in this morning to relax orderd a chocolate cookie crumble frap, after 20 minutes still have not seen it. I guess the girl giving the orders or seems to be in charge has a bad hair day because her attitude is horrible this morning.
I'm not really sure what Starbucks has morphed into but it isn't a place I enjoy visiting. Over priced items and service takes a ridiculously long time. Want just a cup of Pike? Plan on ten minutes. An espresso drink? Plan on twenty minutes. The place has an atmosphere of being more about the club the workers have created for themselves instead of the customer. It is what it is, and they all seem to be the same.
I wore this shirt in Starbucks in Benbrook (which is Veterans Day) there were about older 2 couples, 1 younger couple, and 2 solo middle aged men sitting at the tables. Each one of them looked at my shirt, and quickly looked away. It seemed as it offended all of them. I guess many have no pride in the USA flag anymore. Too bad, for all of them.
Placed an order on the app and got there and the drink was horrible and not filled all the way and no carmel crunch and no extra shot was in it.... I had better service going through the airport...🙄
Extremely rude to me. When I ordered they didn't respond to me and said mmm put my money on the counter and went to make others drinks. I asked for a grande and no berries, still gave me berries (which were brown instead of red) and a tall and when I said, oh there were supposed to be no berries and a grande they just said take out the berries and that is a grande. Didn't give me money back since I paid for a grande instead of a tall and extremely rude and busy.
This location specifically: Can't seem to get a fresh cup of drip coffee (always old and skunky), and haven't yet found a barista who knows how to make a doppio macchiato, which is the second drink any trainee should learn. These two drinks are the basics of a coffee shop.
The 2 stars in this review reflects only on the parking lot situation at this Starbucks. Everything else about this Starbucks is within normal range for your average Starbucks, but this tiny parking lot is a nightmare. The line of cars queuing up for the drive thru block in the few parking spaces that do exist. It is impossible to maneuver.
This place used to be on top of their game. Been coming here exclusively for almost 3 years. Here's to hoping they can turn things back around. Overall friendly, just not a very tight ship anymore - long wait times inside and out; incorrect orders; inconsistency in drink quality; etc.
Easily my worst experience with Starbucks. Staff seems nice, but drinks are usually mediocre and taste different and not in a good way than any other Starbucks I've been too. They are closed often, at random times too. For example today at 4:30 p.m. I went to the drive-thru and they are closed, with a sign saying "see you tomorrow at 6 a.m. this has happened numerous times and Lord only knows why. I only go there when I absolutely cannot wait. You are better off going into Fort Worth to get coffee.
I frequent this location but today I tasted the worst drink I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Idk how I can literally order the same thing each time and get different flavor and price each time. They need better drink training. This is so nasty and for as much as it costs it should NEVER happen regardless of staffing issues. Use the recipe. Add what’s requested. I won’t go here again.
I’ve been frequenting the Starbucks since they opened. I go probably four or five times a week. Nearly every visit they are out of some thing that prevents me from ordering my favorite drink. They are frequently out of cold brew. They are frequently out of heavy cream. Rarely does the nitro cold brew tap work. The location is convenient and the staff is always pretty friendly.
Went through the drive thru ordered a vente cappuccino to only get less than half a cup of coffee even with foam still less than what I paid for, when I call the store was told "that's what you get when you order a cappuccino" Guess I get coffee some where else where I get a full measure
Not only was my drink overpriced (ofc) but on top of that it wasn’t made right at all, I get the same thing every time and it was like straight up coffee bean water, wasted my money and time here, please hire baristas who actually know how to make a drink.
Went through the drive thru to get an iced mint majesty tea. She said they don't serve this tea iced. Perhaps it's only this location because the one in Crowley and Burleson both serve it on ice, it just takes five minutes to steep and then they bring it to me in my car while I wait. I don't mind waiting, clearly this store minds going the extra mile for customers. I said that's fine, can I get the mint majesty hot tea and a cup of ice then please? She said, yes but if you pour the hot tea over the ice your ice will melt. 🤔 Yes... Yes I'm aware and I'm okay with that... I get to the window, pay with the first order I've ever paid with on the app I downloaded in the parking lot and put money on. The guy hands me the venti hot tea and then a venti cup of ice. I ask for a straw, he hands me three. IDK why. It felt kinda petty. We leave, we stop at a gas station about 20 minutes later and while we're waiting outside I open the lid to the steeping tea and it's not even halfway full 😡 why am I paying venti prices for a small (tall)!!!! YOU lie about mint majesty not being available cold, you are a smarty pants and give me several straws when I asked for ONE and then you don't give me what I paid for?! Horrible. Did you short me just because I ordered something out of the box? Rude.
Quick service but they forgot my cold foam and my toppings. Which you know isn’t really that big of a deal but the fact they charge so much for it makes those misses a bit of a downer. I recently started going to a different one and in a pinch I swung by this one again and it’s worse than before. It is a VERY busy area though.
Ordered iced white mocha, they handed me an iced macchiato instead. When I told them that was not the right drink they were very confused and made another. They made the same exact drink, an iced macchiato. All 3 employees did not know how to make a simple iced white mocha. The lady who made it came up to the drive through window and seemed rather annoyed and explained she made the same drink, only it was stirred up. And that I just need to shake up the drink next time. I was rather confused because I've ordered the same drink for years and never have had to shake the espresso in. When I took a drink (while already on the road) I realized yep. This is indeed still not an iced white mocha. I went to another near bybstarbucks ans they made me what I wanted and acted shocked that an entire other store didn't seem to know how to make literally the simplest drink next to an americano. This place needs to study their black book of drinks again.
This is the worst Starbucks! The line extends into 377 blocking traffic. The line actually looks as if it’s for Waffle House but it’s not! When you then turn in to the line you think is for Starbucks, the person on the microphone scolds you saying you cut in line and the line of cars you thought were for Waffle House, honks, yells as if you did it on purpose. Never go to this Starbucks!

Benbrook Starbucks is the worst. They are super slow and consistently get my drink wrong. I went back today after going out of my way to a different Starbucks for months. Still a terrible experience.
I have went to this starbucks since I moved her in 2007. While the service has been hit and miss between great and poor, the coffee was consistently of good quality until the last couple or so years. The decaf is a pour-over, which has a distinctly poor taste in my opinion than brewed coffee. Besides this even when I ordered regular coffee first thing in the morning it tasted burnt like it had been reheated from the night before. This is not the quality I've come to expect from starbucks for their expensive coffee. I don't mind paying over 3 dollars for a cup of coffee as long as it is good quality. It's not starbucks, but this location. That's why I go a mile or 2 to another starbucks to get quality coffee.
Super slow service and even after waiting 30 mins they don’t really give a tip. Tip do NOT do mobile orders at this store; they put mobile orders behind EVERYONE. Order of priority: Drive thru, walk up, favor, mobile order. And they will keep pushing your mobile order back anytime anyone else walks in or drives up (witnessed it), so if you decide to take the risk, make sure they know you’re there and that you also have food.
The baristas in this store are completely rude. Was given attitude from multiple baristas from the moment I walked up to the counter. Took 15 plus minutes to get a refresher.
My husband ordered a vanilla bean frapachino with carmal drizzle on the side of the cup. It took 4 tries to correct his drink and each time it was messed up they dumped it out and used the same cup without rinsing it out. It took over half an hour and the drink still was not correct. When I tried to call the store I just get a busy signal.
Went inside and stood at the counter waiting to be helped or even greeted and didn’t even get a look from anyone working. This is the 3rd time I’ve had this happen in the last 2 months! Drive thru here is the worst set up and is backed up no matter what time of day. I work near by so I continue to try and give this store the benefit of the doubt. I will no longer do so.
My Carmel macchiato with extra espresso was lacking the extra and I ask for hot Got Luke warm . But usually the coffee is good . Maybe it was just a bad day. Thank you
I have never had a bad experience at any Starbucks. The morning was truly disappointing. When visiting the Benbrook location I decided to go inside due to long lines. I understood that staff was in the Halloween sprit but that should never distract you from you job duties. I placed my order with Brianna and she confirmed my order. After 10 mins of waiting I politely asked how much longer on my order. The gentlemen asked my name and informed me that he did not have an order for, I must have not completed my order online. I need to complete the order for it go through. And turned his back to me. I politely informed him that I ordered in the store and not online. I repeated my full order to him, making sure that I again informed him "no whip" and he turned his back to me again. I assumed he would make it as soon as he had an available moment. He did indeed make but included the whip. I told him that he could leave the top off and I would remove myself. He removed the whip, placed the top on and pushed the drink to me with half of my frappuccino running down the side of the cup. Starbuck is a place that mention to other for great customer service and coffee. In the past even when they have made a mistake, they have taken pride in correcting the situation and apologizing to their customers. This was not done today. Very disappointed customer. I will not visit this location again.
Rude. Starbucks has a promotion atm where you get a free drink if you download their app/join their rewards program. Apparently once you do you're supposed to get an email w/ the promo code, but mine didn't come. I asked to talk to the manager about it, and she (brunette, shorter woman w/ a heavier frame) all but accused me of trying to get a free drink out of them.
Never seem to get drink right. Always have to go to the one on Oakmont. Simple drink...venti caramel Frappuccino extra ice, double blended and really thick. Also, ask for a butter croissant cut in half......they cut it long ways. Guess my idea of cut in half and theirs are totally different. Half means half....not long ways. Just saying.
This Starbucks says that it is open at 5 AM but apparently they can make their own hours. I go there today at 5:45 AM sit in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes get up to order and still wait another 5 minutes then she tells me they’re not open and that they won’t open for another 30 minutes nothing says that their hours are at 6:15 AM.
They must not care about this store. It's gets worse every time we go 🤦♂️ Horrible customer service and looks like a 3rd grader is making Frappuccinos here! The he/she is very rude and is super short! Burn it down and start over
The bathroom was cleaned which I give props for but they did not have a wet floor sign out in the bathrooms and I fell and I told the girl at the register this morning and she did not even care at all
If there was a way to rate negative stars, I would. Too often, the traffic lane is blocked by their inconsiderate customers, causing hazardous conditions for other motorists. The Benbrook police should cite them for creating a dangerous situation.

Workers were more interested in their personal conversations than paying attention to customers. One girl was very loud, and you could tell it was distracting the other workers.
There is no mask mandate in Texas, maybe you need to be reminded where your store is located. When someone does their order online, quickly hand it to them instead of worrying about telling people to put masks on. If you want to be ignored when you clearly are waiting to pick up a to go order and you love getting griped at about masks, definitely go to this Starbucks. Awful service, I won’t be back. Zero stars is the rating they deserve.
Every time I have been at this location it’s always bad service. Just went and placed a mobile order and waited an hr and just ended up leaving. Don’t come here if you want good service.
How is it possible this location has a 4.3 review? Been there 4-5 times. Customer service is awful each and every time. They truly do not understand the Starbucks way. We have been customers Starbucks since 1993. This is a huge disappointment. We drive out of our way to go to other Starbucks.
If you have 30 minutes to waste waiting on an order that you pay for but never actually receive, the Starbucks in Benbrook is the spot for you! I placed an order on my Starbucks app at 7:43 am. It said it would be ready in 6-9 minutes. 26 minutes later, I had to walk out empty-handed, with $17.37 less in my account, and nothing to show for it. I honestly don't know if I'm more upset with them or myself, as this isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Yet, I returned. So, the lesson learned here is this: the easiest way to make a charitable donation to the Starbucks Corporation is to place an order on their mobile app and then go on about your day uncaffeinated and irritable.
This Starbucks is out of everything EVERY time I've been here. I just tried ordering 3 different food items AND a coffee that they did not have... And this has been my experience EVERY single time I've been to this location. Love spending $25 for stuff I had to reluctantly choose after spending over 10 minutes just waiting to order...
I’ve only gone to this location three times so far and the past two visits the coffee I get has been absolute trash. If I’m going to pay $7 for a grande vanilla sweet cream coffee it would be nice to at least have it at least look like what I ordered. What I got was practically black coffee with cream on top that did not taste sweet at all. Couldn’t even drink it after bringing it home and adding other things to help it taste not like burnt coffee grounds. Super freakin frustrating. 10/10 would drink gas station coffee over this locations coffee…
This is one of the worst run Starbucks I’ve been to. Unfortunately this is the one nearest my house so I’m forced to come here more than I want. Never leave this location without first checking your order is correct. If it isn’t correct, congrats! You get to go stand in line another 20-30 minutes for them to correct it. The employees are always kind and I don’t blame them for the issues. It appears they are understaffed. Good luck anyone who is forced to come to this location!
This is absolutely the SLOWEST starbucks on the planet. I waited 20min for 1 coffee drink. There were 3 people in front of me. 5 employees. It is like this every time. never coming here again. So annoying.
What happened to this place… I’ve been coming here for years and it used to be fine, but now every single time it’s an awful experience. Today for example, I told them very nicely “Oh sorry I actually asked for a Venti not a grande” the girl gave me a very rude look and said “oh ok” then they dumped it into a venti cup and only added milk to it. It tasted like milk. Nothing else. And since when do they hand you a screen asking for a tip? Really? Don’t get me wrong I will tip at Dutch bros every time because the service is amazing, and the drinks are bigger, better, and less expensive. But I’m not tipping at Starbucks, in fact I wont return to Starbucks ever again. What used to be a place I enjoyed is now I place I hate. Let’s go Dutch Bros!!
Most of the staff was great but the woman at the drive thu was rude. I told her to put the change in the tip box and she just threw it in the box without looking and of course she didn’t say thank you. I will never return to this Starbucks. I had to park and walk in to get the rest of my order.
Good luck with a mobile order. You’ll wait 30 mins for something you ordered 10 mins before showing up. Order times show to be 6-9 minutes and the drive through gets their stuff long before mobile orders. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s going to take so much longer than the drive through?
I live fairly close to this place so I keep trying to come here, but I’m constantly disappointed. They are slow. They are unfriendly and inconsistent. The drinks have been poorly made on and off the whole time. They are also often out of things. There have been some of them that have been friendly so I don’t want to cut them all down. I’ve called the 1800 number after leaving there so many times. The one time I kindly asked an employee to remake a drink she got super offended and became rude. I had to get a manager. I’ve been driving intentionally 15 mins out of my way to go to another Starbucks
This is my local Starbucks, and it by far has the worst drinks. The staff is so nice I feel bad for rating so low, however every time I try and go back I’m left disappointed. Today I got a iced chai latte and was given just milk with some ice (literally). Last week they gave me a cold brew that was warm and with no ice, I don’t know what is wrong with their training or what is going on (wasn’t even there during the rush hours) but I’m so tired of wasting money for awful quality.
WORST LOCATION EVER. Rarely do they get my order right and I normally just deal with it but today was too much. I ordered three medicine balls with extra honey. They didn’t do anything but put teabags in water - missing half of the drink. I have the flu and called the store when I got home to actually drink what I ordered. I was told I had to go back up there for them to do anything. I explained several times that I have the flu and that’s not good for anyone but Fantasia said the only way to get a refund was to go back up there. Instead of making more people sick, I chose to stay home and call the corporate office. The guy was much nicer and said they could have refunded me without me going up there and that he would contact the store. This place is a joke. Skip this one and go to the one on the other side of the traffic circle.
Maybe it was because I asked for light ice but if you are going to make fun of someone don’t stare right at them make a comment to your friend and then laugh at them while still staring at that person and maybe get my drink order right. It sucks to give a low star review because there are some decent people that work there.
consistently rude and aloof staff. don’t expect to ever get greeted when you walk in or even when leaving. also if you’re coming in to pick up a mobile order, you could stand there all day waiting in front of the pick up counter and no one will say a word to you. good luck trying to ever get a cup sleeve or stopper for your hot drinks! they can also be occasionally slow, I mobile order 95% of the time and have it timed out good so that my order is usually ready by the time I come in. But during my most recent visit, my drink was already done but my pastry wasn’t. I waited and watched as a group of 4 came in and ordered and received their drinks and sandwiches while I was still waiting on my croissant. when I finally went up to the register (the only way they’ll acknowledge you) they didn’t even explain what the issue was, just picked up my croissant that was just sitting on the counter behind them, already cooled off, and threw it on the table. it’s unfortunate that this location has to be the closest Starbucks to me.
My family and I almost never leave this place happy. If you can even leave. The wait takes forever. Today one of the workers shouted to all the inside customers that IF an outside customer honked she was going to loose it and refuse everyones service. The most unprofessional thing I have ever saw. If you are from Benbrook, you are honestly better off driving to any other location. After waiting over 15mins I have a watery frappe. Yum.
Throw the whole crew away. Us benbrook residents love our coffee and we love great service . Starbucks can stay but they have to go. It must be something in the water. Everyone's just standing around like they're having a party.
Not friendly staff. It seems to be normal that I stand waiting (no problem if they’re serving others), but the issue is zero acknowledgement that I’m there or acting aware and some urgency to assist me. If everybody is serving other guests, that’s fine, but at least one person was just aimlessly standing with their back turned, over 5 minutes. Also, since when does Starbucks not accept credit cards? I would prefer to mobile order so the waiting isn’t an issue, but credit cards are not accepted at this location. Only gift cards. Is this the 1970s? Finally, there is no AT&T cellular service in the building. No elaboration is needed as to why that is odd and unprofessional. All of these issues come across as inhospitable and out of touch with the customer experience. All easily fixable, though!
I recently went to Starbucks and ordered two drinks without ice. I was expecting the cups to be filled properly, considering I paid full price. Instead, both drinks were barely half-filled! It’s disappointing to receive so little product for the cost, especially when ordering modifications like “no ice.” This felt like I was shortchanged. Starbucks needs to do better at honoring customer requests and ensuring drink portions are consistent. Definitely not worth the experience this time. What am I paying for ? Air…
First off the staff is very rude ignored me when i was talking to her, after that interaction she gave me my drink and it was not made right. Is a Pink drink with vanilla sweet cold foam supposed to look like this? I literally tried mixing it so much but it just separates. It's obviously not made right.
