Such a delightful cafe experience. My iced latte was one of the best I’ve had in east bay (seriously), and the customer service was so pleasant. Big fan of this place, and the cutest ambiance for a pick up and go coffee. Highly recommend!

Their coffee is sooooooo good!!!!!! Perhaps having a stamp card or some sort of promotion might be more appealing to students across the street at Berkeley City College! The barista, Ben, is such a sweetheart! 👍🏻🙂 ☕️

But today, when I went to get my coffee, Ben wasn’t there—instead, there were two young students behind the counter. Out of trust for this place, I ordered an iced latte. What happened next left me confused. They confirmed my order once at the beginning, asked again in the middle of making, and even repeated the question just before finishing. After answering three times, I ended up with a tasteless iced coffee. Where are Ben? I miss him and his coffee🥲🥲🥲🥲
