The customer service was amazing! Very friendly. I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha, it was my first time ever and I was sooooo happy to find a cold coffee that is so delicious. I’m so excited to not have to drive far for my favorite drink. I’m so excited to come back and read!

Everything was great! Pie, coffee, energy drink! The pie may be one the best pies I have ever enjoyed! Must stop!

Cute little spot ! Really cool inside the coffee was good and the sausage quiche was good but small portioned (reason for a 4). Service was awesome ! Will be back and recommend stopping for a cup of joe when in Bertram.

I am happy that Bertram has such a nice coffee house! This place is larger than I expected, especially with the additional patio area out the back. There is plenty of seating from booths to comfortable soft reading, lounging chairs begging for quiet conversations and laughter among friends. The outside looks like a fun hangout place adorned with great string lights for evening gatherings. This place left a great first impression and I look forward to my next visit. PS. The quiche was good.

Impeccable food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. I’ve had GG saved as my hometown stop for a while now and was finally able to visit a week ago. I was impressed. I haven’t had such a good affogato in Austin since leaving the NYC metro a few years back. The pastries are homemade, just the right touch of sweetness, and so flavorful. I even walked back here on my lunch break during the week for the shortbread bars, and they were simple yet rich. I love this place so much! And the girls are really sweet too! 🥰🙂😇

LOVE this amazing new coffeeshop! I have been anxiously anticipating the grand opening and it did not disappoint!! Great coffee, incredibly kind owners and staff, very clean, beautiful atmosphere with nice ambiance and music, with extra big and comfy seating areas and spacious tables for groups or to meet new friends in our community. This place is truly a lovely place to gather together, as the name states. This is our new favorite spot! And you’ve gotta try the cherry pie!!

Great coffee and atmosphere! Friendly staff. Music isn’t too loud and there are plenty of seats with outlets if you’re working here for a bit! Fast WiFi. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure I’ll be back!!

Quite a quaint, warmly friendly and inviting place! We enjoyed a scone, cookie, coffee and hot chocolate. We look forward to coming back to try the lunch items and sitting in the lovely outside area. Might even have to s so by just for a beer or glass of wine!

This is the cutest little coffee shop! It’s such a nice place to hang out at and kill time. It’s like your local Central Perk! The staff is the most friendly, they have snacks, beer, desserts too. There is something for everyone. I don’t even like coffee but actually really liked their caramel vanilla latte.

Love the place. Happened to wind up there „accidentally“ But enjoyed it very much. Bobby & Mickey were very supportive and so friendly. The cinnamon buns were so lovely that I forgot to take a photo on the plate 😂 The coffee selection is large and very tasty. They just opened up mid February and everything is new. If you are around - check it out!

This place is so great! Stopped through on a trip from Colorado for some coffee on our way to the big eclipse festival. Loved it so much we stayed for a beer! The staff are wonderfully nice and helpful and the coffee is excellent. When the nearby festival was canceled, it was an easy choice for us to head back to Bertram and hang out on the patio here. We spent the afternoon playing games, chatting with the staff and owners, drinking coffee and eating quiche. Couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate the eclipse. If you've read this far, seriously, stop through Bertram your next time through the Texas Hill Country, grab a coffee at Gathering Grounds, and enjoy some friendly faces and good conversation. 6 stars, will stop through again in the future!

The name Gathering Grounds provides incredible insight into the heart of this establishment! Indeed they serve great coffee, but even more amazing is the kind, caring, helpful, courteous staff! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the seating and furnishings include quaint booths for 2, large comfy chairs around a low table (like beng in your living room), and a couple massive tables that seat 8! It is truly a sweet gathering place and a treat for both people in the surrounding communities and those out for a drive or ride. May the Lord continue to bless this establishment and those they serve!
