I can't have high expectations of a chain brand place. The sandwich was The prices on the menu need to be updated? Your POS system still expects me to tip after this error isn't manually corrected? I can't rant any further. The manager was nice enough to give me some chips for the mis pricing.

Middle of the road sandwich for a middle of the road price. Nothing particularly stands out compared to its competitors. The line was very long during the weekday lunch rush, and staff were struggling to keep up. Ingredients seemed to be fresh, making for a fine sandwich.

Whenever there is a coupon offer for a deal online their online ordering is always conveniently not working. Which is crazy because it’s located in the ATT district and if the service was better they would get more business. The food is alright but the customer service sucks, and they never allow you to get the deals offered on the Subway app.

I went to get the new foot long nachos and they didn’t look like the picture at all. It was only half full and one little piece of bell pepper and onion and basically no meat The whole thing was flavorless and I just found believe it wasn’t even full. Litterally the whole thing fit on just one side of the box not even piling about the edge line

It's not bad, hear me, it not bad. It's just the slowest sandwich shop in the downtown area. I mean dang my lunch break is only so long. My whole 30min break shouldn't be watching you take 30min to make the sandwich with only 3 ppl in line.
Beware of the man with no name tag. I ask him and he said his name was O. He was constantly messing up my order with me standing right in-front of him. He wouldn’t cut my sandwich all the way through even tho I asked him twice. Tried to put lettuce on it even tho I didn’t ask for lettuce. Half of the sandwich was falling out. Did not wrap it properly. I usually order through the app and it’s always wrong so I came down to order this time and I see why now.
if i could give no stars i would. so i go to subway every week and this particular location has had my order wrong numerous of times and on top of me ordering online when i arrive its not ready, well today took the cake like clock work my order was 25 minutes my order was supposed to be ready at 1:35 PM past due and the lady with the red hair attitude was horrible as always. but to add icing to the cake today she proceeded to talk about me in Spanish to another fluent Spanish speaker but what she didn't know is i could understand it and on top of that she was talking to a coworker of mine about us saying she hates serving black people and the way she became legal is by having an altercation with a black person. im floored by this i will not be returning at all. i have never been rude maybe disappointed that no matter how long ahead i order it will not be ready. after telling me that they were out Italian bread she walked of and finish somebody else order no respect at all

The dude with the mustache is the slowest sub maker in the world he is also very unprofessional and harasses customers complaining about his old jobs to people who don’t care at all. I see why this location has low stars they hire anybody with no professionalism, no integrity, even worse he was digging his nose making sandwiches! Gross and unsanitary! Never coming to this location again!

The girls barely speak English, and when they speak Spanish they start to mocking or even insulting the costumers. And the restaurant was very dirty. They don’t care about homeless people entry to the restaurant or worts, the restroom and fountain soda machine!
I came in to order the meal of the day since it was a Thursday I was expecting the BMT, but it ended up being the hot honey menu, I was fine with that, the worker told me it’s either the pepperoni or chicken hot honey sub, I picked the chicken, another lady put the toppings on my sandwich since the First Lady was occupied, it’s time to pay and she says it’s not the chicken sub that it’s the pepperoni, then my mom comes up to see what’s going on, I explain they explain and the lady that told me it’s either chicken or pepperoni she comes up and lies to my mother saying I said I don’t like pepperoni, which is a lie cause i literally do, anyways the lady that’s at the cash register she starts getting loud and unprofessional out of nowhere, my mom asks for a different sandwich to be made, she refuses, my mom asks for a refund and we get another sandwich thinking the price was the issue and she still refuses, another lady ended up giving us just 2 drinks. Terrible customer service I do not recommend, these lady’s are loud, barley understand customer requests, and disrespectful.
firstly the loud screamo music that was in another language was just a lot. the sandwiches were okay but the footlong we got wasn’t cut in half all the way, like just the bread and not the insides was cut. and bread was completely stale. both sandwiches we got were overflowing which made them super messy/hard to eat. and to top it all off the single employee working ran out of the store and down the street while we were eating leaving the store completely unattended. he didn’t come back we were there half an hour
This store does NOT know how to handle online orders, they have a shelf for them but you have to wait for the employee to hand it to you. The employee didn't bother to greet me and couldn't multitask to the point where if I would not have called him out, he would have completely ignored me and helped the next customer in the ordering line. I waited 10 minutes to get my food (the 1-star for food) and it was cold by the time I got. At least be aware of the customer or put a sign up telling people how to pick orders. Black olives are NOT jalapenos! They did not even get the bread right! It doesn't look toasted either. Buyers be ware, not worth the price and disgrace to the Subway company!
My first and last experience at this location, I WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO HERE AGAIN.. first off the customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.. I FEEL THE TWO HISPANIC LADIES THAT WERE WORKING THE REGISTER FOR A LITTLE BIT ON THE PREJUDICE SIDE... My order was a call-in order, so when I got there I went to the front to pick my order up... Wealthy Hispanic ladies just flat out ignoring me and the one with the reddest colored hair had a bit of an attitude which made it even worse.. when she finally decided to help me it had already been 12 minutes.. the only reason why she helped me was because a kind lady said I think he's waiting on his order... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE... ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL.. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE IT WAS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE LADY WHEN SHE FINALLY DECIDED TO TALK TO ME ACCENT WAS SO HEAVY..💯💯💯P I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A -5 STAR SOLELY ON THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.. HONESTLY I WAS NOT SURPRISED TO SEE THEY ALREADY HAVE A LOW RATING.. SUBWAY PLEASE HIRE SOME PEOPLE THAT ARE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH NOT ONLY SPANISH, NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE BUT I DON'T SPEAK SPANISH
The Hispanic gentleman that works there with the glasses is RUDE. I understand that they were busy but that’s not my problem. All I asked for was my receipt. He reprinted me a receipt for a cold cut. I did not order a cold cut. I ordered a 6 inch Tuna and a 6 inch veggie delight. I asked for the correct receipt…because I paid cash and wanted to make sure I give my co worker the correct change. He said he didn’t have time because there was a line and they were busy. Even huffed about it. I know this may seem petty to some but it’s the principle…all I asked for was my receipt smh.
This is my first time here at this location and the person making my sandwich was literally being a jerk. I asked for jalapeños on my foot long and she tells me I’m only allowed 8 slices of jalapeños on my sandwich. I am not feeling well so I voiced my disbelief. I wanted a soda but the fridge was locked. This is a horrible experience here.
I spoke with Jessica the store manager at 1:28p over the phone who said that she would return my money. I am waiting for her return call that this has been resolved. I will not remove this review until resolution. Here is the reason why.....I ordered online but was then told they didn't have turkey when I arrived at restaurant. Nothing was offered to me as a replacement the young lady just looked back to customer in line! So I said ok no problem can I please get chicken? I was given chicken but no lettuce and no MVP that was on originally order. I just asked for her to fix it correctly. The manager on duty refused said I needed to pay extra and also refused to give me a refund. I need a follow up call from Jessica or Subway corporate in regards to how I was treated, my refund and/or giftcard. My office orders here often and has had several orders incorrect but have not officially complained. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any restaurant! My order number:655A1394-4B
Not the best place. Worst subway I have visited in my life out of Hundreds! Bread was stale, sweet tea was bad. Wasted money, time and Didn't enjoy my food. We should have got our money back but me and wife were starving. Something in our stomach is better than nothing. Will never be back !
