The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I ordered the caramel ice coffee, and the coffee was so good, I should day it was much better than well known “SB”. The staff were friendly and respectful. I highly recommend this place.

Good folk good coffee and the best ice of all the coffee shops around here lol. I got the frozen vanilla coffee and I asked for coffee instead of water for extra caffeine!! Also got the everything avocado and egg toast- the egg was hard boiled so that was a surprise lol but it was still tasty!! Good location too and easy going atmosphere. Good place!

This is a very nice quaint stop for your morning coffee. The staff here are very nice and quick with the delivery of the orders. My only thing was I wanted my danish warmed up and it was more soggy than toasted.

Best CB&TL in the area. Inside is tiny but has the best patio of all Coffee Beans where there is ample free parking.

Best coffee in town! The only place in koreatown that uses only Stumptown beans for all their coffee beverages. You have to try it

On a nice day it has seating outside. Otherwise it's a cramped dislodge indoors. Therefore only good for taking out or on a nice day.

This place is great if you appreciate coffee but want it fast! It does have dietary restrictions as the company is Kosher, however the baristas can almost recreate anything!

Very consistent coffee and to-go foods and pastries. We all know how terrible it is to drive away with a latte or macchiato today that was different from yestetday's. The other massive chain (Twinklebucks) is horrible guilty of this. CBTL is pretty great at giving you what you want made consistently the same way just about every time.

Served warm (not hot coffee). When asked for a replacement, the barista did not put in enough creamer. When asked for a little more, barista poured an entire smart cupful when a tbsp was needed. Unpleasant about it.

Always have issues using app to pay and use rewards. I think it's a Coffee Bean corporation thing not a store thing

Just make sure you change the schedule hours if they plan to close 10 mins before I was just trying to get a drink but doors were locked 10 mins before so not cool.

Very slow for my taste - especially when you compare it to Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. They seem to go at their own pace and I don't really find that it reflects in the end product but to each his own and they're all over the place out here in LA. Unfortunately, you can't beat that convenience. I like their Malibu Dream drink which is essentially just a strawberry banana smoothie

I found this place on IG and it looked really cute so I decided to drop by when I was in the area. There isn't a lot to select from like in the Google pictures. The drinks yes, but not the desserts. I'm guessing they just have whatever they make for the day. We got the peach mochi and it was good. Soft and fluffy. The drinks were really good too. They follow the covid guidelines well. I will have to come back again to try other things.

Also, you encounter some sketchy people. It's not a very safe place to study. Service is kind of lacking at this location. The barista that was making my drink walked away while my drink was blending to talk to her coworker. She came back two minutes later to finish my drink. She didn't care if a customer was waiting.

Jasmin was rude. I understand it is a busy job but I go out of my way to be nice to those working in customer service because I know what’s it like. But she had a major tude that was uncalled for. The guy up front was really nice though.

Drinks are good but staff needs to be friendly specifically the Shif Supervisor she's not friendly and acts as she doesn't want to be there and she's bother by one presence.

10 minutes wait for a cup of tea in an airport. Staff didn't seem to have a sense of urgency

This particular coffee bean is hit or miss sometimes the drinks are great and sometimes they are not. I would have to say the staff is the same some are friendly and some a not so friendly. Not a huge fan of this location but I love coffee bean & Tea leaf.

This CB is in a nice location bumping it to 2 stars. I subtract stars for it being extremely small and narrow. People are practically walking into you constantly while seated. The staff is below average. The drinks are expensive. They close early. Not recommended.

Stopped in today and the service was a letdown. Even after buying multiple items (including water) I asked for a water cup and was told I’d have to pay for it. It felt unnecessarily stingy and the interaction came off rude. Not the kind of customer experience I expect. Even left a 5$ tip Ridiculous!!

One of the worst coffee beans I've been to. Service is mediocre as the staff tries to seem friendly but they are really trying to get pity for them being so slow at their jobs. The food section is always poorly stocked and they put way too much ice in your drink, even when you ask them to take it easy. It makes everything you buy watered down and outright depressing.

Food is tasty for the most part and so are drinks but can sometimes be inconsistent in flavor depending on who makes them. Customer care/service is usually okay but can definitely be better or needs some improvement. They can be very rude, uncooperative, unfriendly and unhelpful at times for sure. Not the best in that regard. Customer service needs major help. They should do better. Their management needs to care more. The inside atmosphere is a little small/tight, more comfortable outside seating would be nice. *The woman who makes the drinks there in the afternoons has an awful attitude. When asking for what should already be provided, she proceeds to roll her eyes. So immature and unprofessional. Needs an attitude adjustment.

The Biggest Problem with Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is the INCONSISTENCY ... this location puts out a Mediocre Product, the Staff is poorly trained and NOT interested in Service ...... If you like the Company ... go a few blocks away to S. Beverly Drive ... or go to LaCienega/ 18th St. ... Westwood Blvd./ Ohio Ave. or for the perkiest Staff that Works as a Team ... Sepulveda Blvd./Palms Ave. ..... Corporate intervention is badly needed at this Pico Blvd. location .... POOR MANAGEMENT !!!!!!

Rudest staff ever. Go to starbucks, don't ruin your morning by starting it facing lazy staff here that don't take pride in doing their job and is simply unwelcoming.

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager, Lucy. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. When returning my change, instead of handing it to me, she placed it on the counter, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. When I asked for a spoon, she took an unnecessary amount of time, as if the request was an inconvenience. Customer service is a major part of working in hospitality, especially in a leadership role. Lucy could benefit from retraining in customer service skills. If she is unhappy in her position, it may be better for her to step down and allow someone with a more positive and welcoming spirit like Bennet to take on that responsibility. A coffee shop experience should feel warm and respectful, and unfortunately, this visit was not.

This is the worst Coffe Bean that I have ever walked in! The Mexican lady is just an horrible,nasty and mean person!! She has terrible temper ,she really should chill-out! The manager, woman, she is even worse! The young boy is pretty good, and with good skills customer service! I am No wondering why that place is always empty!!! I forgot my mask, I rolled my sweater all around my mouth, I told them I have proof of my full vaccination, but I forgot my mask, and I asked for an extra mask to borrow! They acted like they were in war! Just with a very mean attitude! They kick me out! Unbelievable!!!'n Wish you guys to get fired! Very horrible service!
