The Flame Broiler

The food was very good for “fast food” and healthier than most for sure. The “Magic Sauce” is delicious!!! Ask for extra if you like your food very saucy like me. 😁 I’d eat from here again.

It was my first time today and it was a really good surprise. It was nice to find a place to have a flame broil taste would have been like a perfect 10 if it was done over charcoal but can't complain at least it's flame broiled. Seen in about 2 years ago and I wish I would have tried it then glad it's close to where I live cuz I'll be going there a lot. I got the half and half plate and I added some extra stuff to it but mainly it was the steak and the spicy chicken the beef was really good wish it was a little bit thicker and not cooked as much. If they had that in a medium rare it would be perfect but the flavors are spot on and the bulgogi sauce was good really good. The chicken was I think a little bit overcooked and their thighs which should be fine but if somehow they can cut it thicker so that they don't overcook it. For spicy chicken it wasn't really that spicy but for most people will be good for them. The one green dark green hot sauce was really good really hot which I like . The regular hot sauce not so good. But the green hot sauce mixed with the bulgogi sauce is bombasticly good! I got there about 1:30 p.m. today and there was a girl that was working there and a really nice Chef in the back they both were really nice and really make sure that I got the best treatment and experience from their part so I just want to say thank you to them they seem like they were working really hard and I appreciate that. I definitely recommend that you at least try it it is healthy for fast food and way better value than any fast food out there and it's a place I would go everyday if I didn't cook at home. I give it a four thumbs up on the overall of everything! ENJOY!

This is my go to for yummy rice bowls when I dont have time to cook. Pretty amazing for a drive through. I love the healthy option too. White rice with seared meat and a sweet hot sauce and I'm satisfied!

My parents in their late 80’s discovered this place last year and wow it is the most delicious Korean I’ve ever had. It is perfect for them because they do not need to get out of the car and the staff always is attentive to their requests they like extra veggies and less rice, and it’s always perfect. Thanks for taking care of my parents !!

The beef and chicken bowl was very tasty. Added the magic sauce, of course. Delicious. Great, fast service too. Ordered online & the food was hot and ready when I arrived. Healthy & affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

Service is always great. Apparently their service model is the same as Chic-fil-a, Publix, etc. Where service is consistent and employees are trained to consistently be pleasant. The food was great, too. I had the organic tofu bowl with rice and veggies and the greed tofu had the perfect texture. This location on 103rd could hare be considered a food desert, but there aren't many healthy food options so Flame Broiler is a great option.

No, seriously, I had a cabbage salad on my plate and then I ordered a side of vegetables thinking I was gonna get broccoli and carrots, but I just got more cabbage. I also attached a picture for reference. I chose this place cause I was looking for something healthy to eat, but I don’t think this is gonna be the place.

Tried submitting feedback to official website (which I had ordered through) and the site allows you to fill out boxes and submit photo files, but does not have a button available to submit all of the feedback you took the time to fill out. Incompetent website building at best, malicious business practice at worst. Patronize this business if you don't mind getting ripped off with no means of doing anything about it.

This is the only location in Jacksonville I despise at times due to the rice, veggie and meat ratio never being balanced, It’s always full of rice with little to no veggies and it’s like playing Monopoly if I get enough meat, this location is highly inconsistent and needs a general manager to come and train Properly and not just have any and everybody working there.

First and last time going to this place and will never go there again. I ordered the chicken plate and tofu plate, paid $35 for a salad with no dressing, fruit 🤣🤣🤣AN ORANGE!! And just subpar! Garbage, look at the picture. They just opened too! Overpriced and not good at all. If you want a really good restaurant with Asian flare, go to Obento. It was definitely 100000% better. Plus they are more reasonably priced and they offer military discounts.

The light is off on the menu board The gentleman that took my order and fixed it was great good customer service but the other 2 people I seen in there need to be replaced fired all the above cause why is your pants below your waist around food no gloves on while fixing food and you on your phone but the food is good

I ordered the half and half bowl and the meat was overcooked and dry. There were also some pieces that were crunchy (burned). I asked the guy at the window if it had been microwaved (he said no), since he handed me my order a minute after I paid for it. I understand that this is fastfood, but items should at least be fresh, right? Avoid this place.
