I really like this place, been here several times, their coffee drinks are good, and their baked goods are excellent. Their paninis and crepes are also good, though variable, mostly as a result of the ever-changing employees. Here’s a bad example: a banana strawberry Nutella crepe so buried in chocolate that it’s actually awful. Order accordingly.

We stopped in for a quick cup of coffee and tea to take on the road with us and ended up staying to enjoy our drinks. Very interesting assortment of herbs and yummy teas for just about anyone’s taste. The baked goods were pretty much gone by 10am or the counter staff wasn’t in a rush to refill the food display. Overall, good experience, and recommended.

I came here for two smoothies which there was one person ahead of me in line and maybe 4 tables with people in the shop. However my two smoothies took over 25 minutes and the two staff members didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency or teamwork to push orders out. However. My smoothies are delicious but I sadly am disappointed in how long it took for them.

Hot. Tasty. Came out quickly. The coffee is another story. We received our two coffees separately, well after we received our sandwiches. Latte tasted a bit burnt and flavorless. Not the coffee we were expecting. One-and-done.

Food is fairly decent. Customer service is not the best. Decent pick me up. Wish they would have someone clean up a little bit more. More staff would be nice.

First time we came here, already disappointed. They said they are closed but it really they have an hour before closing . We went back today, we ordered Nutella with strawberry. visited this restaurant around 12:00 PM on February 19, 2026, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a turkey pesto sandwich and clearly requested NO mozzarella cheese. After waiting 40 minutes, I had to walk up and ask about my order — only to find out they had completely forgotten it. There was no apology. No urgency. No accountability. When they finally made the sandwich, they still failed to follow my original request. It’s unbelievable that such a simple instruction couldn’t be respected. The coffee I ordered was also nothing like what was advertised or expected. The restaurant was not busy at all, which makes this level of disorganization even more inexcusable. On top of everything, the way I was treated felt dismissive and disrespectful. The attitude I received was extremely unprofessional and made the entire experience even worse. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed that I wasted my morning there. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Save your time and money.

I’m hardly ever moved to write a negative review, but I felt I need to offer this warning to would be customers. Stay away. This was close to one of my worst experiences. Oftentimes it is easy to overlook a bad experience if the product is good but the service is poor, or if the product could improve but the service is good. To put both bad service and terrible products together in one business is something I have found rare indeed. The ladies behind the counter started us off by snickering at my daughter for asking if the mocha mix had dairy (it does have dairy). Next her drink came out burnt. My coffee and my wife’s came out lukewarm. After waiting 10 minutes for my sandwich, I went up to ask about it. They had not yet started it but told me they were working on it. They actually hadn’t started yet. We couldn’t take it anymore and had to leave.

My husband and I went in the morning to see if they were open, they were but I had called 3 times and no one answered, barely any customers were there. We ordered but the two girls either were crazy quiet or didnt say our order was ready amd I waited for my crepe for almost 30 minutes, my husband went to check if the box was mine and the girls asked what we ordered, we were the only customers that ordered any food while what few others only ordered drinks, and they were less than helpful to him. Turns out the box was mine but had no idea cause the girls didnt call it, they also hadn't given me my creme brule bar, so when I asked about it they both asked each other who wanted to get while I stood there watching them kind of bicker who's going to grab the bar, like girls, its not like your making anything just grab the damn bar I ordered. The food was mediocre at best but at least I kind of enjoyed my coffee. Will never visit here again when I come back to Big Bear, and for as long as those two girls are there again, I advise people to not go either.

I really wanted to like this coffeeshop as it had a great location where Tesla Super Chargers are located. I love supporting local coffee shops, but this place made think why I go back to corporate owned coffeeshops. As many people have mentioned in other reviews, the staffs worked here made me hated this place so much. My visit during the Thanksgiving weekend, 3 girls who worked behind the counter made me feel like dealing with good old high school bullies again. Obvious intentional poor attitudes, poor choices of words, and poor gestures/body languages, overall they were great making customers feel bad for asking status of order or restroom codes. If I was the owner of this coffee shop, I would seriously pay more attention to crappy employees who don't give a damn about the customers and the business. Why can't just smile, be humble and be nice? Is it that hard? Goes around comes around. Truly terrible people and terrible experience. Even made coffee tastes worse than what it was.

Came in at 6:55pm as a group, the first couple of the group ordered, after, the others were just waiting, and 5 min later at around 7pm the barista announced that they were closing and wouldn’t be taking more orders. We came in, all together at the same time before closing time, they let us in, attended a couple of us, and let us wait there 5 minutes before refusing to provide service to us. They clearly were in a hurry to close at 7pm sharp with zero care for customer service and experience

The service here is atrocious. The woman who is presumably the manager (red hair & glasses) was the rude one in particular. The other staff just seem to take their cues from her. The food was good, but the coffee drinks were not. When asked to fix the drink, was requested to pay extra and talked to condescendingly by this manager. Additionally it took a long time for the food to be prepared but I could forgive that if they were more communicative and less rude.

This place has really gone downhill. The barista who used to work mornings; she always made my coffee perfectly. What’s worse, I just found out that barista who’s been there for years is gone. Now, the coffee tastes burnt and bitter, and the service isn't the same. It's not worth the stop anymore definitely won’t be back
