The service is good and your food arrives in a timely manner. You get exactly what you should expect from a fast food chain. Consistent food and service with a consistent menu. I have nothing bad to say about this store but I also have no story about them being above average. Overall this is a safe and consistent place to eat.

A pretty good shop. Sometimes it takes a very long time to receive service. I don't so much mind waiting for my food to be prepared as waiting for my order to be taken. Sitting at the drive through in silence wondering whether perhaps intercom is broken happens a little too often at this place. Other than that though the quality of food is consistent with other Sonic Drive-Ins that I have visited. Despity complaints, I usually find myself eating here about once a week.

One of the best Sonic drive ins that I have ever eaten at. The food quality is great, only runner up to the service. I don't eat there very often. Although I can remember this one particular time, dining there was pleasurable. I had just finished cutting the lawn, so I was filthy .I mean I totally looked like a vagrant. I placed my order and a lady brought it out very politely .I also noticed that a man which appeared to be the manager, was also helping bring out orders. It seemed like the store was short staffed. I stop the guy for a brief moment, and asked if he was the manager. The guy responded, no I am the owner. I congratulated him for being exceptional. I explained to him that I rarely see this sort of behavior. The gentleman proceeded to chat, and then went about his merry way. A true sign of southern hospitality, and great service.

Worst birthday ever. The food was typical but while we were eating, one of the managers we understand is actually the owner dragged a 16 year old employee outside and proceeded to yell and curse at him over some problem with an order that, after getting a clearer picture, didn't sound like the kid was at fault. If this disgusting display of authority is what we can expect since this is not the first known incident, we have no reason to return. Sonic would do well to pull their name from the business. I doubt this is the kind of publicity they want.

Sonic in big lake got good food but service sucks. Got shorted a burger and had to pay for it twice

If I could leave 0 stars I would unasked for plain and dry it's really easy just don't put the stuff on it it literally takes no effort

Service is not so great here.... Always ask for EASY ice in my drink, never fails packed to the top full of ice. Service is so slow, never want to answer when u push the button, even when not busy. If u want condiments, good luck on getting them at this location. It's like they r gold, at this location. Even for the bare minimum, that comes with the order. Truly not a sonic to visit! Always disappointed, an the food isn't even worth the wait, or hassel... :/

Ordered a popcorn chicken and got nothing but CRUMBS!! FOR 10$ um no.. Very poor customer service as well!!!!

Waited 15 minutes to order tea. I had to go in building to let them know. They did give me my tea free of charge, but Dang is no one paying attention there? BTW yes I did spend over a year working at sonic in my younger years so I do understand the business.
