I am a die-hard pizza inn fan! I can't believe that I live in Dallas-Fort Worth area and that nobody here can do with this owner has done . the restaurant is clean, the food is awesome, the staff is great!

From my Yelp Review: Pizza in town, hands down. The thin crust is good with a cookie/cracker like crust - but my fav is the Italian with mushrooms. Its a garlicky chewy type of crust like a good breadstick. They have another deep dish that my wife likes. Its my understanding that all three are made daily and have proof up, like a bakery or something. Then they use fresh mozzarella. I think that is pretty rare among chain restaurants since it takes a bit of time. The manager/owner Kaleb showed me the mozzarella grater and it had a 3 hp motor or something, he also showed me his water purification system and I think it rivals any commercial systems. Thats a big deal here since we have terrible municipal water. We did a school fundraiser and they have volunteers run the dishwasher and wait tables for tips and 10% of the gross. It was really successful, Kaleb said that some groups raise over $2,000 in a single 6 hour night. I think this has a lot to do with it being my favorite, they have the home town feel and live in the community. One of the best hacks is to get buffet and make a request with the waitress. They bring it to your table and scoop off a few pieces then put it on the buffet. Pizzert is also so good, chocolate chip or Bavarian cream for me. Pics are Italian cheese and Thin pepperoni.

I thought it was affordable for what they had to offer I walked out of there with a full stomach the boots were clean the soda pop was delicious and the pizza was good I had the salad as well from the salad bar I also tried the spaghetti two thumbs up I would eat there again.

A favorite memory that didn't disappoint. Best to go when it's a little busy so the pizza is fresh, but the taco pizza is always a welcome taste.

The pizza is good, it's actually one of the best buffets I've ever visited, and I've traveled all over Texas and it's one of the few that are really good, although sometimes they're a little slow with the service, I understand it's because of the excessive amount of customers they have.

The pizza was good. This was the first time I had eaten at a Pizza Inn years. The service was pretty good. The facilities could use some upkeep. There is a small game room, but the coin machine does not work, and the cash register does not keep enough quarters to support the game room, so the kids were pretty frustrated. Thankfully, there was one game that was available for free play to keep the kids entertained.

Place is kind of new, need a staff that is available to upkeep with a buffet especially during peak times. Server was very friendly and on top of his job. $13 for an adult Buffet drink included

The only ways to get hot pizza. 1. Order your own. 2. Watch the buffet and get there immediately after a new pizza is set out. It will be hot and the flies haven't landed yet. 3. Ask for a type that you like, and repeat #2.

We’ve been going to Pizza Inn for the last 10 years we’ve lived here. Any time we go and there’s not the pizza that we want on the buffet, they will make it. Well, we went to eat for a late lunch today. I can’t eat the bread on the pizza. I sat down and requested for a gluten free (gf) pepperoni and pineapple. As I was waiting on my pizza, I got a small salad and ate the topping off of a single slice of dessert pizza. My pizza came and ate 3 slices, the husband ate one. I had 6 slices left and waitress came and picked it up. Food was great. We went up to pay and noticed our bill was for $44.12 for 2 people. When asked why it was so high, bc mental math told us it should been around $30 for 2 buffets, we learned that I was charged for a buffet with water and an additional $11.99 for the pizza I ordered. I should have questioned it when they put the pizza on the table. We learned bc I ate the topping off of the dessert pizza they couldn’t downgrade me to a salad bar. So, I had 3 slices of gf pizza, small salad, and topping of a dessert pizza for $25. I wouldn’t have eaten salad and dessert pizza if I had known I was also being charged for the separate pizza. We tried to explain that this has never happened before thinking it was just a mistake. We asked to speak to a manager, she listened but definitely didn’t have a customer service posture or response. She basically said that the gf pizza has never been included in the buffet price even though it has every other time we have gone and bc I ate a slice of dessert pizza I was also charged for the full buffet. I simply explained we will never be back and she simply said “OK.” If the policy has changed, that’s fine but the waitress should have communicated that I would be charged in addition to the buffet. You will not be in business for much longer if you keep this up.
