Super clean shop. Food was hot, fries were in abundance, shop was in Immaculate condition and it was at four o'clock in the afternoon, The service was Unspeakably great. The lady who waited on us was so kind. So helpful, very polite, very nice and even cut up a little as well as the other hostess who waited on others was just as nice. I will sure go back if in the area. I'm from the north Texas region.

There were only two people working the entire restaurant but they were getting it done! I salute those two young men!

Great place when you're hungry and need something hot right now! Staff are always pleasant and get my order faster than the burger drive thru down the street.

Never had a wrong order. Has it taken some time, yes, but at least its hot and fresh so ill wait. Probably one of the better fast food places in big spring.

I went there in the middle of the lunch rush. It did take them a minute to get my order, but other than that as soon as I took my order I got my food in less than 5 minutes because it was fresh and delicious and the service itself was actually quite nice

Friendly, quick service. Food was as expected and hit the spot. The 3 pepper sauce was empty, though. They had an older man, a regular, come in and immediately brought him his order without even making him go to the counter. That showed that small-town friendly and personal atmosphere we all love to see.

Don’t know about the service inside or atmosphere, but the two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches I got where’s the turkey looks like they took two sandwiches use the meat off one two make two. Very disappointing!!!!!!

Nice new location! Food was great and hot. The lower rating is for customer service. For lunchtime it wasn’t busy. Many employees were standing around on their phones then touching food. We all know that cell phones are nasty. Staff seemed like helping customers wasn’t a priority. The person that helped me, Brittany seemed to hate her job and be working. She sure frowned a lot at customers but smiled a lot while using her phone.

I ordered online 2 double beef n cheddar I get home and take a bite out of my sandwich and pulled out a huge chunk of rosy beef all stuck together!!!!! I’ve worked at Arby’s before and know you don’t throw this on a customers sandwich just because you don’t want to get a new roast beef on the slicer

Went thru drive thru ….. Got home and didn’t have any kind of Arby’s sauce or anything…. No ice in my drink , the drink was warm …. Will not use the drive thru again ….. will go somewhere else if I’m in a hurry

Nice new location! Food was great and hot. The lower rating is for customer service. For lunchtime it wasn’t busy. Many employees were standing around on their phones then touching food. We all know that cell phones are nasty. Staff seemed like helping customers wasn’t a priority. The person that helped me, Brittany seemed to hate her job and be working. She sure frowned a lot at customers but smiled a lot while using her phone.

Charged me $17 for 1 sandwich that was cold. The cheese wasnt even melted and would not give me a refund. I will never go back there ever again

So I stopped in to get supper for me and my wife, I got the #1 and she got a burger, got home ate, food looked, smelled and tasted good, fast forward to this morning and both of us are now dealing with upset stomaches and all the nasty stuff that comes with it, not making no accusations but the symptoms lead to food poising, and being that the facility was super clean, I'm wondering if something wash washed but not rinsed well and mixed some soap with the food. Just a thought not an accusation, but this is the only thing we've ate together in last few days and we both have same symptoms now.

I checked and ther was none so I asked again, she tossed 3 packs of Horsey sauce at the bag. I said no I want Arbys sauce. I ordered 7 sandwiches and she finally gave me 4 packs. Extremely rude.

Curly fries were decent. In 3 visits we were flat out ignored by staff. Stood in line for well over 10 mins each time and was never greeted or helped. Not even so much as a hold on or anything. All the staff seen us and they always seem like it's a burden for them to be at work. Step it up yall please. I love Arby's usually. Not here though.

Did they "forget" to turn on the fryer? 2 options - terrible manager or STUPID excuses given to paying customers for poor performance... my bad option 3 is BOTH! If anyone in that neighborhood is missing a pet chicken it is because this Arby's had to hunt it down and pluck it to get my order done. So bad performance. FOLLOW UP - you can see the note for the "Guest Support Team" - you go to the URL - fill out the form - and it says "URL NOT ACCEPTED" - wasted MORE time on this. UNBELIEVABLE. ROTTEN MANAGEMENT even on their corporate level. 2ND FOLLOW UP - received email from Arby's corporate - "We apologize for your experience with the delivery that you received."..."It is our hope that you will give us another opportunity..." The UBER EATS driver was ON TIME to your location - you took 40 minutes to cook 4 chicken fingers and put them into a tortilla - and then my HOT FOOD was stone cold! Even corporate ARBY's is completely STUPID! MERRIAM WEBSTER - definition of FAST - in a rapid manner : quickly. b. : in quick succession. 40 minutes IS NOT FAST! Start calling yourself SLOW FOOD RESTAURANT.

I went to this business and I was the only customer, waited 20-25 mins for 2 sandwiches that were wrong. The manager tried to tell me she couldn’t give me a refund and basically taking my money… once I said I would complain to cooperate she walked away as if to say no money or no sandwiches. Then asked for my information so she could inform corporate of my complaint. This lady wore a grey manager shirt, never had an experience like this at Arby’s. Not only did I wait 20-25 mins for the wrong sandwich, she didn’t want to refund me my money. Arby’s need to fire her!
