I have eaten here several times and have never eaten anything bad! It’s always very good! Tonight we had to order to go and travel 45 min before eating. Even after 45 min it was very good! Chicken fried steak is my favorite! It’s the best chicken fry around! The meat loaf is very unique and tastes amazing! Wrapped in bacon and smoked. My daughter had the buffalo chicken salad. It tasted so good. It wasn’t a salad out of a bag, it is all fresh! It’s hard to decide which side to order! The potatoes are homemade! The green beans are sautéed with onions and bacon. This was my first time to try the creamed corn … holy cow!!!!! It’s to die for!!! It’s always a treat to eat here! I can’t wait to go back!

Might be the best meatloaf I've had! Some cheese mixed in there, a smoky brown sauce and mushrooms. Everything else looks amazing too. Nice little dive.

Just tried the meatloaf and O.M.G..... I've never had smoked meatloaf before and let me just say, I never knew what I was missing. Wow. JUST WOW. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! And if you get fries with it, they pile the meatloaf on top of them 😍

Chicken Fried steak was huge and delicious! If it wasn’t, I would have been mad about paying over 30.00 for chicken fried steak, tea and a slice of cheesecake. Price is a little steep but worth it if you want delicious food in a small town.

Love this place! My parents introduced me to here and my experience was great! I love the atmosphere of the place but beyond that it’s kept simple! The burgers 🍔 were great and if I’m ever in Stanton again I will most certainly be back to grub! The customer service exceeded expectations as well! Check them out!

This is a fantastic place to eat. I travel all over the US and have eaten in every state. I specifically look for the locally owned places to eat like this little establishment. These people that give a low rating or talk about the pricing are obviously not satisfied regardless of where they eat. You could give them a free meal and they would complain so keep up the good work guys and gals and lets all eat here and keep the good reviews coming.

Drove here from Odessa to have lunch with my hubby. The place doesn't look like much on the outside but it has some of the best home style food I have ever eaten. I mean the food is AMAZING and the service is great.I think we may have found a new lunch spot. Well worth the drive.

We had chicken fried steak, and catfish poorboy. The steak had to much breading but was good, poor boy was really good sauce was on point, rolls home made was wonderful. Try it out small bit great place to eat .

Expensive, I got a burger and tots my son got steak finger basket total came out to $50! Food is ok. Kinda sucks it’s about the only spot to eat here. Don’t complain though the owners a total jerk and never in the wrong

I heard they closed down. I've heard over and over the prices were too high, but judging by the unprofessional replies to the reviews, maybe it was that.

Closed. Looks like the location is closed. Evidently the owner is upset with me. Drove up to the restaurant using google maps. Place was closed. Sorry I'm so ignorant. Would have liked to have tried it. Sorry I upset you.

The worst salad I have ever had in my life!! The tomatoes were rotten and more lettus than chicken nothing to upgrade the salad just plain, would not recommend this place. Paid 18 dollars for a salad and got crap!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible service!!! My kids and I just sat in there for roughly 50 mins. They took our drink order, and we never got them. They were busy, and I'll give them that, but the final straw is when they started tending to people and taking their food orders even when they showed up 15 mins plus after we got there. Will not return. That was a horrible experience. None of my experiences there have ever left me really pleased, but we go because of the few options Stanton has. Well, that has changed. Responding to owner: Maybe new management would help at this establishment!!!! Also, I would have received better service at Sonic...
