I was really pleasantly surprised from Full Moon. Is the service on the slow end? Does it give off generic fast food take out vibes? Yes and yes. But don’t let that fool you- the food is fresh, high in quality, and overall outstanding. While they boast about their ribs, I thought their winning dish was the hickory smoked pork! Never have I found smoked or pulled pork with such depth in flavor (close your eyes and smell/taste the hickory) , texture (chewy, subtly bouncy, but simultaneously soft, juicy, moist and tender), sending you momentarily to heaven when you sprinkle (or dunk) that white sauce on top

This place is amazing. I am always greeting with a smile by a team member, even if the restaurant is super busy. The food is great but the pies are beyond incredible. I want to take the time to thank Kechia specifically for being so helpful and patient. She’s a great example of an employee who take her job seriously and acts as a positive brand ambassador (and she didn’t even have to give me a free piece of pie for me to say that, lol).

In town for a birthday weekend. Rolled in, apparently, at supper time. This place is poppin'! Line of cars wrapped around the building. I opted for pulled pork and baby backs. Large portions. The meal came with two sides. I could not finish it all. Not bad for fast BBQ. A good spot to remember if you're passing through. 👍

The manager here, 'Terry,' and his team are sure to take care of you and your best buds; tastebuds of course. Well, they added some type of spice to the baked beans and took something away from the chow chow. It’s horrible. IF I ever go back, I’ll only get the meat.

I normally enjoy Full Moon Bar-B-Que and think their open face sandwich is usually very good, but this visit was disappointing. About 90% of the meat we were served was fat and gristle, which made it nearly inedible. The ambience was also uncomfortable because they had Fox News playing on the TVs — not everyone wants to watch political coverage while trying to enjoy a meal. Kudos to the manager for kindly changing the channel when I requested it, but honestly, it would be better if the restaurant just stuck with sports or something neutral to begin with.

The food here is okay. The service the last two times I have been here has been very slow. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and French fries and it took about ten minutes to get my order. The restaurant was not busy either, so I am not sure why it took so long. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. They have a vegetable of the day that you should consider. I like the squash casserole and they have it on Wednesday and Sunday.

The food is good but nothing special definitely not 'the top 10 in the US'. Pretty typical BBQ. Everything is overpriced and the wait time is pretty long. The "Hot" buffalo wings are not hot at all, they have more of a sweet taste. Overall a decent BBQ place but not worth the price or the wait.

We went to get a veggie plate and a bbq sandwich yesterday. The guy was rude to me for not knowing there wasn’t a meal that goes with the sandwich but we asked for fries and a coke anyway. Unfortunately, they didn’t give us the fries or the coke so we had to go back to get it just to have them treat US like we were lying. The macaroni and cheese was horrible. The noodles were completely unformed so much that it was just mush. The sandwich barely had any sauce or flavor. $30 right down the drain.

The women’s restroom is SO NASTY white stuff all on the walls the floor was filthy. Toilet wasn’t clean. Who cleans them this is unacceptable especially a women’s restroom how could you allow your establishment to look like that? You need to sweep and mop periodically cleanliness does matter

Visited the Homewood location and wasn't greeted at the drive thru window. Instead I sat ten minutes with the cashier just watching me from the other side while she laughed and entertained her coworkers. Not only did she have a nasty attitude, her braids matched her attitude (nasty). My food was cold.i had the to go meal with classic ribs. Cold. And they were overwhelmingly seasoned with oregano. My fried green tomatoes looked and tasted like crap. For $63.47 i should have at leas gotten great food or service for that price. But as a paying customer I shouldn't have to choose. Horrible .she didn't even give me napkins or utensils. Just attitude. Businesses hire anybody nowadays. NEVER AGAIN. They really should take pride when hiring staff that has to deal with the public. JUST SAD.

Went there after the lunch rush, got in the drive thru line, there was only one car ahead of me, apparently the cashier knew the people. Sat in line approximately 15-19 Minutes during this time I witnessed the cashier show the person ahead of me some program- this was not the time to be doing that, people have to go back to jobs. I had enough of the time wasting and pulled out of line and went inside. As I was walking in, the cashier had a frown on her face, I'm guessing the crew members had talked about me pulling out of line. I got my food didn't have time to look at in the restaurant bc I needed to get back to work . Once I opened my container, it was a pitiful meal, no sauce or pickles on my sandwich and my fried green tomatoes looked like crap. I will never come to the Homewood Location ever again!!!!

I got the pork plate with fried green tomatoes and fried okra and it was pretty good. My daughter got the burger and fries and that's was pretty good too. My partner got the 1/4 chicken and collard greens and fries. Collard greens didn't have stems out and it was over peppered and chicken is not smoked, no smoke ring. We had a side order of fries for my autistic son they didn't bring until 10 minutes after we got our food. Then after throwing all of my stuff away from the table the server dropped a whole cup on my foot ice and drink splashed in my face. No apologies just a yup and walk off. I went from wanted to look at pies to leaving.
