We were the last ones there for the night through their drive thru. The customer before us was so frustrating. She was arguing over and over again about using some coupon and didn't want to pay. We were there for a good 10ish minutes. Maybe she (the associate) could tell that we were getting antsy, but she handeled it very well. Very impressed with their service. For the staff: sorry for those frustrating customer. Hope you all have a great day tomorrow.
Lately they gave been slow, also my drinks have been wrong. I gave been disappointed with the new staff. Overall they use to be fast and the drinks use to be on point. Riely is very sweet and a wonderful worker.
So, they stop serving Blonde roast at 11AM. It doesn't make much sense. Us blonde roast lovers can only get a fresh brew between certain hours? Not very nice Starbucks. 😕 But there are few coffee beristas that will do a pour-over for you, if you ask nicely. Sure, it takes 10-20 minutes to get a cup of straight blonde roast. But at least you can get the blonde coffee you enjoy. Thank you to the few that will take on the extra work. Maybe the management can allow blonde roast to be served all day, just like you have that yucky pikes place roast available while you're open.
I usually don't make any comment about Starbucks b/c I just went into the store(s), pickup my coffee, don't have much interaction with staffs, even sometime the drink was really bad made. But this store is so different, everyone is so cheerful, and very friendly. The drink was made perfectly. Such a good start of my day.
I come to this starbucks all the time with my family. Ben is always taking our order. He's professional, friendly and quick. We are normally out with our drinks within 5 minutes. I do like this starbucks and the staff is great!
I like this Starbucks better than most of them. It's Small because it's shared with a Bank of America, but it's still very good. It's a nice place to go and study and or Read a book. It's also right next to the Oakridge Mall, so you can go there after to check out the scenes. The drinks are all the same at Starbucks, but if you're picky like me, you test out the same drinks at different locations, but I think this Starbucks makes their drinks a bit better. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome, because they say "hello, welcome, be right with you" and since I to, work in the food industry, I know, that that, makes a big difference to customers all the time. Keep up the good work and good staff. Excellent place, through and through.
I walked in and the barista was immediately responsive to my needs. She took my order, offered upsales and did her job surprisingly well for being a mid day shift. Usually they're busy prepping for night or morning shifts but they were on top of it. My drink was made within the three minute mark. Good job guys.
I am a daily patron to this Starbucks The entire staff on weekend mornings especially. Such a great experience every time I use the window pickup drive thru. All of the staff here are great CSRs. Usually pretty quick service. The drive thru is normally packed so I primarily go in. I enjoy the staff. They even drew a bday cake on my cup for my birthday! Always so friendly regardless of how busy it is and I can super appreciate that. My drinks always consistently delicious. They do a great job!

I was at a BofA ATM when I saw a Starbucks sign advertising an "Iced Cherry Chai." Now I like my coffee robust so I'm more of a a Peet's guy and I never drink Chai but I felt compelled to go in and try one. It did not disappoint. It was creamy and cherryish with some flavor undertone I so not have words for but it was a delightful break on a hot Saturday afternoon.
I only go here if someone is treating. I cannot rationalize spending so much on coffee. Lots of choices and that's nice.

Of course Starbucks is always good, A bit pricey for my taste. And it's not always says perfection but as always it's a treat every so often like once a month. Public drink your coffee at home save your money for something more important
I've been coming here for years, and this particular location has never failed to impress me. The staff make an effort to interact with everyone, which makes a change from the typical fast food-esque environment. However as with all service places, the quality of the food or drink depends on who made it. Almost always, this isn't an issue. But when it is, it is typically a trainee who hasn't got much experience under there belt. Two or three days later, they're just as good as everyone else though. Moral of the story - treat them right and they'll treat you right
The staff was friendly and quick. The drive through line is deceptively long since about 30% of the people waiting in the line were actually trying to get to the drive through atm which actually has a separate line. There are still a lot of people there, but it's not bad since the staff moves fast.
This location is less busy compared to other locations. Also, customers will receive faster service inside vs. the drive thru. The staff are friendly and have a sense of humor. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious as well.
Never been to this location. The is shared with the bank?? Parking is not too bad but I could imagine it'll be worst during crazy mall hours. Staff was friendly but store is slightly small. Very interested mixed crowd. Careful walking in parking lot, traffic from mall and drive-thru is probably not ideal for kids.
Depending on the day and hour of the day you can expect differing opinions for a coffee shop. There are two Starbucks locations in the mall and a lot of the time they are crammed with people ordering and waiting on orders leading to abysmal wait times. The pros of their product somewhat outweigh the time in which you wait. 3 star food but 4 star drink and I'm always headed toward a Starbucks for a drink. Not to mention the baristas and cashiers they're great conversationalists so service is never a drag (with an exception at the Target Starbucks but that doesn't derive my review). Go to a local Starbucks, go get a coffee. Cheers.
Always friendly, accurate orders, but toasted pastries tend to cool down even before you get them, more so than any other location, not sure why.

Good service and makes the wait a little easier to handle. This starbucks is usually busy but they get you in and out fast.

So, good stuff first. Most visits the staff is friendly, smiling, talkative, and generally inviting. Drinks are usually on point. Overall a good experience. Unless...... You ask for something that requires a little extra thought, effort, work. So, case in point. It is about an hour before close, and my daughter and I are about to take an hour drive. We asked to use the restroom. "Sorry, it is out of order" Normally this would be understandable. But the details are what is missing; you see I used to work for Starbucks, and was around when this location was being put in. It has 2 toilets in what used to be 2 restrooms. One has since been converted to a storage. Now, the remaining restroom was " out of order a week ago as well" and this location employees approximately 20 or more staff members. Starbucks as a company would be held liable for not having working restrooms for employees for that long. It is actually against company policy and would have been addressed as a priority. Leaving the answer. The shift lead did not want to risk someone making a mess in the bathroom and having to reclean. I get that, everyone has life and wants to be able go home at the scheduled time, without having to stay late or do extra work. But I even offered to tip 5 bucks or buy something, and still had my intelligence insulted by being given the " out of order" excuse. Despite my rant & frustration, I am still overall pleased with the service and enjoy coming here.
Food drinks and service are usually good here but when they get it wrong they really get it wrong. I've had some nasty servers and today I had a girl who dropped my change on the ground out the window and didn't even blink, like it never happened, lol. Also got the order wrong and AGAIN no stoppers. Who's in charge of inventory? They need some training!
I go through the drive thru usually but the line was pretty long so I just went inside, the staff was super nice but the girl who made my drink forgot the coffee. I ordered a toasted white chocolate mocha with soy and I think she just gave me heated up soy milk?
Heavy set guy with curly hair should not be allowed to make drinks 😑 mind you my drinks were refreshers so should be fairly easy to make. Uggghh bummed because I bought two and they both tasted horrible! Literally threw them out!
HORRIBLE customer service! No signs saying that drive thru opens @ 6 am Waited over 10 mins in drive thru — walked into store to place order and workers were extremely rude! Over charged me $2.80 for a drink Didn’t bother me too much that they wrote a completely different name on my order. Didn’t use gloves when handling food Have been going to this place for years - doesn’t even deserve one star! VERY disappointed!
Terrible driving thru experience. The waiter accused me of jumping the queue because I didn’t order before met him. I said sorry many times, said I didn’t know I should have ordered before coz that was my first time driving thru a Starbucks here. But he pretended that he couldn’t hear me, though finally he ordered the right thing after I repeated more than 5 times. ( I don’t think cafe latte is too strange to be understood.) Well, of course, I didn’t jump the queue. It’s a drive thru queue, how could I jump it? I waited there for more than 15 minutes at the same time calming my little baby. I am shocked at his coming out with such an accusation so easily. I have to think he is a racist.
I used to be a regular here, the quality of the food and drinks used to be great. But the last 10 times i’ve come here, the quality and the service has been terrible. The amount of times my drink has been messed up here is insane, paying $7 for a coffee that’s not even good. Today the barista told me the reason there’s absolutely no foam on my drink, even though i payed EXTRA for it, is because one of their baristas made a bad batch. Why is that my fault as a customer? And make a new batch anyway, isn’t that what you’re supposed to do when you mess up something in the food industry? You don’t just keep serving the bad batch… Anyways my coworkers also constantly complain about this store. Hire some new people.
If you love Tomatoes and Mozzarella sandwich like me don't bother to stay in the line at this particular branch. It doesn't matter if your order is in the morning or at afternoon, they are usually out!! It happened to me several times and forced me to leave a review for the manager who is responsible for orders!! I would say more than seven times!!! The employees are welcoming and friendly though. I usually use drive through service.
100% bathroom for PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY!!!!! Rude i am charging my car near a starbucks and i really had to go but unfortunately i couldn't.
Call me a old fashion, but I rather have my coffee in a cleaner environment. I love Starbucks, but please put a stop to this. You wouldn’t allow a human to put there behind where you prepare your coffee, and that’s a good thing .
I’m here right now, been here for the last 20 minutes in the drive thru, horrible experience and it made me late.
Waited in line behind another car, pull up to window and was told ‘sorry we’re closed it’s 930 and 20seconds past.’ Then had to wait minutes behind the other car being served. Holly the manger needs to be made aware that her employees are not upholding the standard of remaining open 5 minutes past closure to serve those already waiting inline.
I waited in the DT line for 30 mins to pick up my mobile order. I ordered extra cold foam on my drink. (Why? It was to treat my lab dog) Here is a picture of what I received. I turned back around to go in to have them remake it but there isn’t an indoor option. I did not want to wait another 30 mins to wait in the DT line. Truly disappointing experience.

I was neatly dressed, proper, and polite. I arrived at the store and asked the young man for the code to the rest room. I was going to use your restroom and then order a drink. His response was “unfortunately I can only give the code to paying customers” I don’t know how he was able to discern if I was going to order or other wise.
The drive thru is a bit of a mess. It took 15 minutes and none of my order was right. Not even in a ‘close enough I’ll just drink it’ kind of way and pretty sure it wasn’t someone else’s order since it was sort of correct just made wrong. Just kind of annoying all around.
This location doesn't allow delivery drivers to use their restroom. Every other Starbucks does. Won't be patronizing this place anymore. Make sure to leave a little present at the door. 🤣
This is the second time this is happening at this Starbucks. I ordered regular coffee with almond milk. The coffee is sowatered down. taste like 10% coffee and 90% of water. I don’t know if the machine is broke or people who are working there don’t care. This will be my last visit to Starbucks.
Worst customer service I ever had. They don't follow the order of the customers. I ordered a drink without ice. They served my drink with ice. So I pointed out about the ice in my drink. They tossed it in front of me. I waited 20 minutes. I had to remind them. Then the same server told me I never ordered anything. I was shocked. The server who took my order is saying to me that i didnt order anything. Luckily another staff member noticed my situation and asked me what kind of order I did. She later served my drink but this drink still contained ice. At this point I was so mad I didn't want any interaction with them. I am no longer their regular customer. They don't serve you your drink until you don't remind them even though they didn't have customers in the evening. Besides the server she was constantly gossiping about their friend who is located in north carolina. I know all their gossips but I didn't get my drink for such a long time. I feel so bad that customer service is going down so bad.
You refuse water to a decades old customer on a 92° day. Must make a purchase. Sounds like you're struggling and going to go out of business...which makes me ecstatic. Shame on you and your greed. Infuriating that I've spent so much money with such an evil corporation....and shame on your employees for carrying your not only awful customer service but unethical policies. I'll be copy and pasting this to every location, since water is something you refuse decades old customers. Here to hoping you go out of business.

Messed up EVERY SINGLE ONE of my 4 drinks. I said no berries and i got BERRIES and my drink was CHUNKY from the milk. we also got a peppermint mocha blended and they gave us it ICED,then they gave us HOT chocolate when we asked for chocolate milk. Lastly we asked for a strawberry acai lemonade no berries and got a strawberry acai WATER with BERRIES, NEVER AGAIN IM GOING. 0/5
