Kapow! Noodle Bar - Boca Raton

Had an unforgettable dinner here on Saturday! We grabbed seats at the sushi bar, and Jimmy took amazing care of us. You can truly see his passion in every dish—each creation was beautifully crafted and bursting with flavor. The fish? Impossibly fresh. Already counting down the days until our next visit

Late night craving rice with fried egg and kimchi… it was not on their menu but the waiter assured me it’d be no problem! It came out fast, delicious and the kimchi was the best part. It definitely satisfied the craving. The charred edamame was savory and juicy. So good. When we came in I wanted to sit outside and my husband wanted to sit inside. The manager said she had the perfect spot and sat us inside near a double sliding door to the outside! Great food and great service will definitely come back.

We have been long time fans of Kapow since the the old Mizner location on the west side, and like the new location across the street even better located at the front entrance of Mizner by Valet parking. Among our 100 visits we usually start with an appetizer of charred Edamame and Shrimp Har Gow, accompanied with a chili soy sauce that is so good you may want to drink it. As we usually do, we ordered another appetizer of this awesome Dim Sum dish. Since my girlfriend loves Sashimi style Tuna, for the second course, we ordered a study of Tuna which comprised of Tuna Tartare with crispy rice and also a Tuna Poke bowl to satisfy her Rare Tuna urge. We ordered our usual entree of a whole Crispy Hoisin Lacquered Peking Duck with thin pancakes (Chun Bing) that we like to paint with hoisin sauce and stuff with duck meat, scallions and other accompaniments. The legs on the dock are so good we even bit into the extra crisp bones and knuckles. A must to try is their Ginger BBQ Duck fried rice dish which is the best Fried Rice in town. A marriage made in Heaven with their Pinot Noir There are too many other options, all equally good such as barbecue ribs, assortment of noodles especially with NY strip, with a good Taddei Cabernet, Chateau Capeburn, other Meritage blends and also good whites with Sushi and Sashimi. A good Wine list comprised of several good selections to pair with their extensive menu. Kapow Boca is very well run in all aspects Food, Wine, Service with veteran servers such as Elliot. We have to commend expert management and veteran experienced ownership for all the above attributes. Kapow noodle bar offers The Best Asian fusion especially their Dim Sum dishes, Peking Duck, fried rice and noodles and more in the Tri-County area. The overall vibe & ambience is young chic and the Hottest Latest restaurant under a new Partner involved that has made it the best restaurant in Mizner Park, so hurry up and tell them Billy Wisdom Jilla sent you.

We had a great experience at Kapow. First, the place has some unique decorations: everything is Asian style but leaning on the Japanese pop culture side (e.g. Anime). There's a projector that keeps showing moving images, very stylish and upbeat (see video). Seating can either be outside or inside. Second, service was great. Third and most importantly - the food was awesome. We had a few different dishes: naruto roll, fried bbq duck, wagyu steak lo mein, ramen, salmon roll, kapow salada, shrimp pad thai, and scallop + shrimp shumai. Everything tasted delicious.

This is without a doubt the best restaurant in Boca Raton. My husband and I went for lunch and were delighted with the food and service. The place is amazing.

loved the atmosphere, super comfortable, our group occupied the couch area, i loved it with the anime on the big screens and the artsy-ness in the decor, was very appealing; the waiter was super friendly and attentive; and the food was delicious; the peking duck was tastebud heaven 😋 all the appetizers we had were good too; so much food and no leftovers lol

I recently visited Kapow Boca, and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere was vibrant, the service was friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We tried a variety of dishes, and every bite was a delight. If you're looking for a place that combines great food with a lively vibe, Kapow Boca is definitely worth a visit!

I can't say enough great things about Kapow Noodle Bar at Mizner Park in Boca Raton and the incredible team that helped make my daughter's bridal shower unforgettable. First, I want to thank Lexi for her timeless dedication and commitment to making the event truly special. She helped me plan this from beginning to end and made sure everything went off without a hitch. Her outstanding crew-Cassidy, Emma and our amazing bartender Cynthia-went above and beyond to deliver incredible service with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The custom cocktails (especially "The Blushing Bride"!) were a huge hit and added such a personal touch. The food was absolutely magnificent! Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was flawless, and the energy and warmth from the staff made everyone feel welcomed and celebrated. A special thank you to Cornelio, the manager, for overseeing everything so seamlessly and making sure everything ran smoothly. New location is big and beautiful. A huge upgrade from the original across the street with plenty of seating. Good is always good here. Plenty of Asian choices. Dumplings are excellent and the sushi is fresh. Service is great too. Discount drinks and apps during Happy Hour. One of the few places in boca with HH until 7 through out the restaurant not just at the bar.

We had an amazing birthday party event for our daughter’s 21st birthday in a private room that was so uniquely designed and the decor and artistry were totally KAPOW cool!!! The food and the service were perfection. Our guests loved everything. Coordinating the event with Lexi was seamless and the host manager Dacia and the team of servers Gio and Jen made sure the food and beverages were flowing. They were also very helpful setting up the party decor and overall just super friendly and patient with the demands of all aspects of the event. We were just so super impressed with everyone and the restaurant menu and services that we are already planning our next event to be held there. The food was so so good! They had enough vegetarian options. I was scared the vegetarian options would not have much flavor but they did have lots of flavor. It was a great meal with a large variety of dishes. My favorites were the mushroom carrot dumplings, mushroom Boa Buns, and the Brussels sprouts!

I went here with my sister for some "sibling time" and enjoyed my experience. We went during lunch hours so it was not too busy, and the food was made fresh upon order. The pork belly was my favorite. The food was delicious and our server was very professional and attentive. They also have karaoke, but I have yet to try that at this location. I definitely will and add an update.

Had a great lunch at Kapow Noodle Bar on a Saturday afternoon. Service was quick and food came out faster than I expected. Our dishes were tasty with lots of great flavors. Highly recommend the duck fried rice and the skirt steak tacos. Overate... but for good reason!

I really enjoyed everything about Kapow Noodle Bar. This area of Boca has easy casual dining in a very active setting. This particular restaurant was excellent! We were blessed to have a great server and I do think that makes a difference. He was well informed throughout the entire menu since I do have food allergies that can impair my choices. I had shrimp pad thai with one of their non-alcoholic juices. The pad Thai was by far the best I ever had! Everything was very fresh and well balanced. My friend's meal and drink was also very delicious by her response. This is one of her favorite places and I was brought as a first-timer. They have a very healthy sized drink menu and meal menu. I do hope that you we'll also get a fantastic server to help you with any questions and will enjoy your meal at this restaurant. Bon appetit! Third time coming to a Kpow and this one here TOPS ALL OF THEM! Most fresh food you can get in Florida, amazing flavour and great portions. Staff is amazing and drinks are to die for!

We had our holiday party here and Lexi went above and beyond to ensure our team was having an incredible time. The food, the drinks, and atmosphere were just perfect. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a night out with delicious food or any corporate gathering. 5 stars!

We had a private Karoke room for a ladies birthday. The service we recieved from Gio was incredible. She was attentive, listened to the dietary needs of our party and event hough the restaurant was super busy she made sure to check up on us frequently. Food was yummy and fun to share family style! We had a blast.

Tina was amazing! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and the donuts were so delicious. She made sure everything was great and arrived at a timely manner. Definitely will be back and asking for Tina!!

We had a blast a Kapow. My suggestion (if you are doing small room karaoke) is to arrive a few mins early so that they have time to get you situated in the room. We will be back. It was fantastic. I can't believe people can't hear you sing (but they can't). DRINKS WERE AMAZING. Food is good, but we were there for the singing. Definitely will be back.

As always, excellent food and cocktails. It was packed and even the manager was bussing and helping deliver orders. We enjoyed their Spucy Beef and I had the Shrimp Pad Thai which is always very tasty. The Rice Crisp Smashed Avocado appetizer was spectacular. It's a drive for us from Pompano Beach but we are never disappointed. Great atmosphere and we were liking the outdoor breezes. Just beautiful! 😊

We stopped in for lunch at Kapow Noodle Bar and had such a fantastic time! Everything from the atmosphere to the food was spot on — lively, fun, and full of flavor. Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly seasoned (the kind of meal you keep talking about on the way home!). A huge shoutout to Naz, our server — she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. She anticipated everything we needed without hovering, and her recommendations were perfect. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both service and flavor, but Kapow definitely did. We’ll absolutely be back and will be bringing friends next time!

I’ve been going to Kapow Noodle Bar since 2012. The new location is still in Mizner but it’s much larger and the vibe is great. Parker was our most recent server and he was kind, helpful, and quick. The service here is always good whether you sit at a table or at the bar. Some of my favorite appetizer dishes: edamame, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts Favorite entrees: Ahi tuna poke bowl, Wagyu beef lo mein, spicy basil beef, the burger, veggie fried rice The menu is so good with many solid options. There is really something for everyone. The coolest part about the new restaurant is the projection mapping art. Love it!

for my meal, i ordered the hajime moriawase— fifteen pieces of assorted sushi, chef’s choice, though i did request some otoro, which i was given. it was the single most delicious thing i’ve ever eaten. fella named cane, kane, cain, however you spell it— he did the bussing and the serving and the order-taking and the like, and it was excellent service that he gave us… i thought a few days after to leave a review. yo, owner, if you see this, give that guy a raise

We had such a wonderful time at Kapow! The food was very nice, delivering excellent flavor and quality. Been to Kapow several times now. Staff is always great and there appears to be a really loyal clientele base. During our visit we have seen dogs so it appears that they are pet friendly. The inside has a fun vibe and food has an Asian fusion inspiration. We’ve tried multiple menu items all of which are not disappointing however didn’t really feel a special spark or unique flavor that I was hoping for. This time round, we tried some different dishes, including brussels sprouts, short rib, tacos, fried chicken sandwich. Overall, each dish had its positive notes however again, nothing stood out flavor wise. This place is always packed and they will continue to do well. Staff is always really friendly. Would love to see a revamp of their menu with some more flavor forward and textural contrast dishes. Solid place. Great for the weekends

My wife and I went on a date on a recent Sunday. There was a brief 15 minute wait, this wasn’t bad and we walked around Mizner a bit. The service was great, you get a good amount of attention from the wait staff. Now to the food, this was only our second time at Kapow, and for the both of us the food was underwhelming. We got the Korean fried chicken sandwich, we added an egg and it just didn’t have that much flavor. We also ordered a few appetizers to share and again, there was nothing that warranted a wow. For the prices of the food we were hoping we’d leave happy but it was just okay. Hoping it was just an off night.

Surprisingly good multi-ambient Asian-inspired restaurant in Boca. We liked the rolls and loved the rice with duck, it was delicious and with a good balance of flavors. The service was fast and really friendly, always ready to help. The atmosphere was modern with different focus depending on the audience like lounge, karaoke, intimita restaurant, sushi bar, etc.

So it was an old friend from college’s birthday and a good amount of our friend group was in town for Thanksgiving so decided to celebrate by getting lunch! I loved the holiday themed drinks a lot! One was a peppermint expresso martini and the second was milk and cookies. It was nice to hear my friend’s plan to travel and move as well too! I love that for her. The server was very friendly & accommodating! Parking was only $2 per hour, not bad at all.

Kapow is serving up Asian fusion food items. The Peking duck came with a nice display, I just wish the duck was sliced more thinly. The pad Thai was tasty and so were the dumplings. The food was enjoyable and plated creatively. It has a lively vibe.

Visited a few times already just always forgot to take pictures for the review lol. Awesome little spot in Mizner next to Max Grille. They have inside tables and seats at the bar as well as tables outside. And service are great so far (attentive and friendly). Here’s are some things that we always order, the Bao Buns (pork belly and fried chicken), the shortrib tacos, the baby back ribs. And Brussel sprouts and the mushroom Bao buns are also great!!

Walked in during happy hour and was told there were no tables available so I could sit at the bar (usually the host would offer to put you on the waiting list for a table but that was not the case here. i looked at open table later and saw there were open reservations within 30 minutes so thought that was odd). now to the great stuff... the ambiance is nice! and the food was really good. we ate so much during happy hour!!! edamame, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, avocado crispy rice, beef potstickers, short rib tacos. SO GOOD. we also had a lychee martini and gin drink. we didn't like the gin drink so we got tha lavender blueberry drink and it was great. overall, i would go again but book a table ahead.

I recently visited Kapow Noodles, for the first time and had a mixed dining experience. Starting with the crab Rangoon, I was blown away – it was phenomenal and definitely the best I've ever had. The crispiness and flavor were perfect. However, my main dish, the wild mushroom chow fun, was a bit of a letdown. It lacked flavor, and the noodles were very thick with a slightly hard consistency that made it difficult to enjoy fully. I had been recommended by people I know who raved about their fried rice, so perhaps I should’ve tried that instead. Despite the hit-or-miss with the food, the experience was elevated by the exceptional customer service. The hostess was very nice, and all the employees were outstanding in their attentiveness and friendliness. The ambiance was gorgeous, making it a wonderful spot for selfies and socializing. Overall, while the crab Rangoon was a highlight, the wild mushroom chow fun left much to be desired. Combining the fantastic service and beautiful setting, I would rate Kapow Noodles three stars.

Food was ok, nothing to tell anybody else about we had the pork belly noodles and some sort of steak noodle dish. The food was fresh and hot ill give it that flavor wise the noodles for the steak dish were sweet and good but nothing I've never had before the steak was also good but not crazy I think some more spice on the dish would make it better. The pork belly was lacking flavor and richness in the broth. Besides the food, our server Luce C was heavily lacking we had to grab her attention and I had to go ask for them to find her at the front to get our check I literally saw her talking to the other employees instead of attending us would not recommend her. Overall boring and bad experience Edit:Shelly the GM there did help remedy the situation a little bit I will be back to see if the experience is different

The atmosphere is great! Super cute and good vibes, great for a group dinner. However, The food is just so so so mediocre. Tried a lot of things, not impressed by any. Tried the bao buns, all bad. They got rid of mushroom bao buns which were pretty good before. The rolls , edamame, the rice, the rangoons, the pad thai, etc all just lack flavor. Really want to love it here but needs a lot of improvement when it comes to the food

I've been to this location a few times but never had an experience like this. We went for brunch and ordered bottomless mimosas/Aperols. It took the waitress over 30 minutes to bring each round of drinks. By the 3rd round, she had completely gone missing and we were eventually helped by another waiter. The mimosa he brought was all orange juice and I was told they ran out of champagne. The manager was not helpful when we complained. I won't be back to this location again.

Went to Kapow with two other people. We ordered three apps, three mains, and drinks. The service was a mess from start to finish. One main dish came out with the appetizers. After we finished eating, another main came out. By the time I was done, the third main still had not arrived. We had to flag down the waiter, who disappeared into the back and returned about five minutes later with the last dish. The third person at the table ended up eating alone since all three mains came out at completely different times. When the bill came, there was no apology and no acknowledgment of the poor service. I asked to speak to the manager. Her response was that “food comes out as it’s ready” and that the waiter should have told us this is how they serve their food. That explanation does not hold up, especially when two poke bowls came out about 30 minutes apart. I’ve been here before, and that is not how it has ever been handled. I told her I expected something to be done for the inconvenience. After standing there counting on her fingers for a good 20 minutes, she finally offered 25% off the entrees. Still no apology. Honestly, they should have fully comped the entrees. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and lack of accountability made it worse than the delay itself. Disappointing experience all around.
