The drive thru needs to be redesigned. It causes traffic. I gave up and went inside. They had a skeleton crew. Several customers just gave up and took their money somewhere else.

I really hate leaving any reviews and especially negative reviews but this order was RIDICULOUS. Taco Bell overall has been so disappointing lately. The app has yet to have been fixed so I have not been able to order nor utilize my rewards. In which now I’m having to order at the window and in result I’m receiving crappy orders as this. I asked for extra beef with no pico and somehow that resulted in getting a cheese and lettuce tortilla? Alongside with a poorly put together cantina bowl with hard dried black beans? Me and partner work late hours so we are normally exhausted so going back to the restaurant to get our order fix is beyond extremely inconvenient. Definitely need a refund back ASAP.

There hasn’t been a single time this Taco Bell has managed to get my order right. I don’t ask for anything off menu or crazy. It gets old fast. Heed the prior reviews. This location is sub par at best.

Do not recommend! Check your receipts and make sure you get your change back!! My order added up to $23.80 total. I gave the cashier $25. Did she ever give me my change back? No! Instead she said, “Would you like a cup while you wait?” At first I thought she was offering a free drink while I waited, so I accepted, but then I noticed that she didn’t give me my change back. Not only that, but she didn’t ring up the drink as a sale. It’s a scam, they’re keeping your change and not ringing it up on the system. She never said, “would you like to buy a drink?” She offered a drink. Those are 2 different things. I know it’s just $1.20, but still keep $1.20 from 50 customers and that quickly adds up to $60 dollars stolen from customers in one day. In one week it would be $420, and in one year it would be almost $22,000 stolen under the misrepresentations of getting a “free drink” that isn’t even registered on the register as a sale. Not only that, but my order didn’t have much of the ingredients, only a small amounts here and there. At other Taco Bell’s, they stuff your order well with all the ingredients. So disappointing, never going back to this location.

When I ask at the window if my side of sour cream is in the bag and you answer yes. That doesn’t mean sour cream smothered on 1 piece of my tostada. Do better.

This is the second time I have gone through the drive thru and did not receive all I ordered. I ordered a Chicken Cantina burrito and a crunchy taco. I did not get the crunchy taco. The service at the drive thru is always so so.

I make deliveries for an app and they get upset because Taco Bell doesn't give them exactly the order they were told.

I ordered online, all of my tacos were prepared wrong. I went back hoping they would fix it. They still got them wrong. Very disappointed.

The worst everrrr! Good always cold. Taco meat be still frozen. The manager Charles act like he don’t know what’s going on in his own store. I sent my 12 yr old daughter to get me food and she said the meat tasted frozen. I told her to ask nicely for a refund, after asking one of the employees dug through the bag and ignored her. I had to get up out my bed to drive up there to get a refund because they ignored the child. They need to close this place down because my food is always cold when I go there but I usually just throw it away but I’m tired of wasting money. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOEN ASAP!!!!!

Horrible. Waited 20 min to find out they put my dine in order as a to go. So it was ready, but sat in the back. Very slow service. Gordita crunch missing the sauce. Quesadilla also no sauce, must be a trend.

Worst experience yet at Taco Bell. Food was made with extremely little meat, just a smudge of sour cream on the tacos. The Mexican pizza has thin ingredients, ALL IN THE FREAKING MIDDLE!!!! This is outrageous!! I paid good money, yet feel like they don’t care at all. So, they replace the two tacos by taking my old ones and THROWING MORE LETTUCE, CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM!! Barely any meat at all!! I don’t eat here often, will be a very long time before I try again. Not worth your time or money!! The second photo is the first taco, second photo is the replacement taco.

Do not order online or the DoorDash. (Im pregnant and had a random craving of Taco Bell - we never eat it so we decided to give the manor location a try) I’m assuming TB is out of their DLT’s so instead of informing customers of their lack of inventory, they lie and substitute the DLT’s with their regular tacos. Bought $30 worth of supreme 1/2 tacos/DLT just for them to all be regular tacos. My boyfriend felt bad so he ordered me 3 more DLT’s in hopes they’d get it right this time. WRONG. Pregnant momma is NOT happy. Of course I ate the food. I’m starving and it’s 11 o’clock at night, but I’m very disappointed.

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ??? Why do I need to WAIT to be never acknowledged at the counter for my cups every time?? Almost 15 mins wait time I went to ask for manager and my receipt for proof! What a disappointment, the manager received an ear full from me. She was very pleasant and understood. Offered dessert after I sat. Why do we have to wait for anyone who never comes to counter??? when I could have spent my $31 somewhere else? I made sure when I was managing take care of your customers! Acknowledge them asap! Nobody at this store ever knows this. We pay for your wages I could have gone somewhere else.
