This Burger is super delicious , it reminds me of a true backyard BBQ burger , the is similar to an Alabama white BBQ sauce . Bacon was very tasty . Delicious !

Hands down the best staff is at this location. Not all McDonald's are the same when it comes to friendly, efficient service. This is my #1 spot for stellar service from an awesome crew anytime of day.

How many McDonald's are left with the golden arches Incorporated in the architecture? This here is probably one of few remaining. The establishment is favorably in tune with the busy in and out business population area. The crew work as efficiently as possible. The eat in interior, is well-maintained, has been updated same-like other McDonald's.

I went to eat here with my boyfriend. Service was fast and the staff was very polite. On another note, This McDonalds exterior is pretty nice to look at. It doesn't have the "french fry" roof remodel of the 70's, and it doesn't have the awful looking flat roof a lot of McDonalds are currently remodeling into. This McDonalds looks like something out of the 50's. I hope they never change it.

Staff is polite and exceed expectations every time I come here. From the friendly smiles to the clean environment this is by far my favorite McDonald’s. Though there is not a drive through the quick pace of the staff to deliver the order to the counter makes up for that. Every time I have come in here I am told if there is any menu updates and ways I can get the most out of my dollar. The Management and Staff seem to go above and beyond to care about the customers order and that will always go a long way.

I have been to multiple McDonald's on multiple occasions and this McDonald's is always clean, always gets my order correct and is always quick so my food is still hot. Never once had I ever had an issue here. A++ in my experience.

The layout of the store changed a bit. Self service kiosks when you walk in on the left with someone to assist. I find the kiosks are faster. Same McDonald's taste with food so that's a plus. I've been to others where the food wasn't any good. Again it's fast food so I'm satisfied.

Extremely busy, but surprisingly efficient. Almost every time I've been there it is busy. But strangely, they have a system here that seems to work. Yes, I wait a little longer for my order than a usual McDobalds, BUT THE FOOD IS HOT! It tastes better than most McDonalds. Maybe because it's so busy. Whatever it is, I felt it was worth reviewing.

This particular McDonald's is better than most. I got the double Mac Meal to stay. Soda is Limitless the burger was good the fries were rather lackluster.

I loved using the McDonald's app and using the deliver to car option cuz I was able to sit in my car order my food pay for it on my phone and not even not even step foot into the restaurant they would bring it out to my car. Nine times out of 10 the app works fine I think there was just one occasion when the app didn't work and I had to go in to pay but other than that it was a fantastic service and worked beautifully. I would totally recommend going here and using this setup I.e the McDonald's app.

Nice management at this Micky Dee's. Went through the drive-thru and I'm sorry to say the attendant there was pretty slow and not amiable at all on top of that left out ma fries. Got home only ti realize then the lack of thoroughness of the drive thru employee. I called to complain and they offered to replace the missing fries. I gotta say I like that type of non-suspicious resolution. Also, think it must be because the manager knew the drive thru employee is incompetent 💁

This place appeared very clean-which is why I gave it an extra star. However the service was extremely slow and my breakfast burrito was cold.

Drive thru is a lot more efficient than inside is. Recommend you use the drive thru.

They gave me no sauce, napkins and straws plus it was delivered to the wrong address because the property is new and their GPS kept forcing it to go to another apartment address instead of mine.

I only brought a coffee because their food is way too salty for me. Their coffee is good nothing else.

I'm not a huge fan of the sort of food offerings by McDonald's. And the fact that your burger is rock frozen just minutes before it is nano cooked, turns me off. I give them one thing for sure they've cornered the the market on the time it takes to get you in and out of the store, and produce one of the most consistent products around. I'm not buying into because they sell billions it must be good. Remember all it takes is one Lemming to go over the cliff.

It's McDonald's...it's generally the same wherever you go. I only eat breakfast here because they make the Egg McMuffin fresh with real eggs. I also love their unsweetened brewed tea. I'm not really a fan of anything else on the menu.

They can't get an order straight at this branch lately. Also prices are creeping up at this branch more than others. Especially the soft ice cream cone. Back to Carvel for me. Almost a 30% increase is not acceptable.

It was clean, they were fast. I very rarely go there but took my granddaughter before school. 3 pancakes and an egg mcmuffin,NOTHING TO DRINK almost $8.00...What a rippoff!!! I won't be going there again

They're actually pretty ok over here as long as you don't do mobile orders. They will be sure to forget something with the mobile orders. Last time, I got 2 meals, neither came with fries, and the drinks did not come with straws making it more difficult to drink. They also do not have a drive through which is incredibly inconvenient. Other than the minor inconveniences the place is clean, and the staff are nice. Just need better training, supervision, and quality control/assurance.

And the last 3 times ive been here they've messed up our takeout order (missing fries/nuggets) **UPDATE** they have recently done a small renovation and added 2 touch screen Kiosk to put in your orders (making lines not stack up to fast) you can also pay with your card at these kiosk making for a quick in and out visit

Clean and quaint - that is, small. No drive through. No table seating inside. Two registers. Can purchase via one of two touch screens or with a live human. Some of the options listed on the touch screen were not actually available (turkey bacon, turkey sausage). Staff accommodated with additional items as substitutes Nd were very nice.

They don't seem to know the difference between milk and cream in your coffee... Asked for 2 milk and 2 sugar and got 2 cream with no sugar... Wife asked for 1 milk and 1 Splenda, got black coffee with no Splenda.

Walked in today. Employees cooking food wearing masks on neck, not covering mouth, young employee walked in having conversations no mask still putting on his belt, found 3 hairs in my French fries. With everything going on you’d think people would be cautious considering they still have a job.

I gave two stars because they had that nifty computer ordering system. But then they made us wait a ridiculously long time when no one was there. The place was a bit of a mess and the soda machines were all gross and empty. You had a choice of light brown soda water or light brown soda water or light orange soda water or pale pink water.... The ice wasn't even working. But whatever, it's McDonald's, not a real restaurant. The no drive through thing is weird as well.

This location has no drive through and a very small parking lot. Going in to order, we were prompted to order using the touch screen as not one of the 8 people working at the front were taking orders at the counter. That’s not my job and I don’t feel I should be responsible for doing it. It made ordering take way longer than it should have. Not to mention that only two of the employees were putting any effort into doing actual work, which made having to order using the touch screen that much more annoying to me. The service was slow, & considering there was a decent number of people “working” at the time, I found that to be unacceptable. The bread to my burger was stale, the lettuce was old and tasted disgusting, the burger was dry, and the entire meal, including the fries, were ice cold. The restaurant appeared fairly clean which is the only reason it’s getting 2 stars. Been to this location multiple times, given it more than enough chances, & I will no longer be returning. McDonald’s CEO’s shouldn’t be wondering why they’re losing business with service like this.

I couldn't take a bite halfway through because it was like dense plastic. Stale chicken sandwich which was almost all oily batter and no chicken. I returned it and the snot nosed cashier tried to imply that I was trying to pull off a scam. Really?! I even showed her how I was unable to pull the meat apart! Dingbat! Anyway, the manager was fine with it and returned my money. She should have said something to the stupid cashier. Overall, there's no drive-thru and it's not much of a place to sit in. The first McDonald's of this kind that I've seen in the 5 boroughs and tri-state. 2 Stars for the manager. Other than that, the soda was so diluted and tasted like carbonated chlorinated water. So food and beverage were not good.

Disgusting location. Food order always wrong, always cold. You get charged extra for tomato and lettuce. When you get your burger? NO tomato, NO lettuce. Dining room tables are always filthy.

I would rate LOWER, but this system does not allow for a ZERO stars rating! The help is SLOW in taking a customer's order; and at RUSH HOUR, no less! In fact, there was only ONE CASHIER taking orders at RUSH HOUR the last time I was in there! Her FAT "manager" was way too busy playing with the hashbrowns to care! DON'T EAT THERE!!!

This was an actual conversation between me and the counter person. Me: hi I'd like to buy the breakfast sandwiches. Counter person: they're only for lunch. Me: but theyre breakfast sandwiches. There was 12 mealworms cooked inside of my cheeseburger it was insane. And then when I told them about it the guy just picked up the cheeseburger looked at it sort the dead mealworms in there and you just took a bite of it

I ordered a meal with a brownie McFlurry and the McFlurry got a screw inside, it’s scary how did the screw got into the container, i ordered at around 10:20pm, I would like you to check your machine if it lacks screw coz the screw is inside my McFlurry! Worst place to eat in Long Island, everything is $2 or more expensive, it took them 10 mins to get my order and guess what? They gave my order to someone rlse, it took them another 10 mins to get me the right order, this is what you get when the place is run by teenagers, theres not a single adult to supervise them! Never coming back!! The pic shows me after 45 mins here and no one came to pick up their number...

I was very unimpressed with the immature staff that had no customer service. We used the kiosk to order and stood and watched 4 employees goof off. We only ordered fries and sundaes. No one seemed to care or have any urgency. Two employees actually walked out the door to play a prank on another employee while we stood there and waited. Ridiculous!
