The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and had the following features: queen size bed, two nightstands, TV, WiFi, a window, wardrobe, sink, mirror, blow dryer, small table and two chairs. The location is great. There are many stores, wineries, and hiking trails close by. There's also a bus stop nearby which makes it easy to get around town. Highly recommended.

We were there with two bikes and stayed overnight once. The bikes were locked in the shed. The rooms and the restrooms/showers are simple but clean. You get what you pay for, nothing more, nothing less! There's really only one thing to say about the food: Super, super, super delicious!!! In terms of both quality and taste, it would be difficult, if not impossible, to find anything better in this "category"! I would describe the hosts as typically cold, northern German, but we didn't find this a disadvantage. We will definitely be back. Greetings from the "Big" and the "Little"

Exactly as expected. An old-school inn with guest rooms. Simple, functional, and very clean rooms. The food was all very good, and the portions were more than sufficient. The hosts were professional, friendly, and at the same time, unobtrusive. Exactly as I expected. All in all, we'd be happy to return; my son and I felt very comfortable.

Tutto molto buono e servizio veloce. Hanno molti tavoli all'aperto e rastrelliera disponibile per chi viene in bici. Si trova a due passi dalla stazione del treno e funivia del Renon.

I happened upon it by chance and was very hungry. There were lots of locals and craftsmen there, which is always a good sign in my experience. And I wasn't disappointed; the food was plentiful and incredibly delicious. I had coleslaw and beef goulash with rice. It was like my grandmother had been resurrected. Everything was top-notch, the price was absolutely fair, and last but not least, the waitress even cracked a tentative smile after I left a generous tip. :-)) So, thumbs up, and oh yes, they have a very cozy beer garden.... la pulizia non manca e il cibo é buono ...le uniche pecche la stanza datata senza bagno in stanza e il proprietario non molto garbato..però le ragazze sono gentili e compensano !!!

Trattoria tipica tirolese rimasta nel tempo pressoché uguale come tipologia. Menù con primi a base di minestre e piatti fatti in casa, secondi tipici tirolesi ma anche classici. Ottimo l'omelette con marmellata di mirtilli rossi da gustare per merenda. Il tutto a prezzi nella media. Gestito da persone del luogo.

I can only review the food, not the rooms, as I've never used them. The property is easy to get to, but the road isn't very convenient. Parking is limited, narrow, and inconvenient. A characteristic South Tyrolean restaurant that could use a good renovation. The atmosphere is spacious and clean. The cuisine is very good, with typical Tyrolean dishes, but they also have a couple of ethnic options. Dishes are well-executed, tasty, and beautifully presented. Fast service. Excellent value for money.

Good location, 10-min walking to the city center. The room was good and clean, and the mattress very comfy. We ate at night a good meal. Breakfast very minimal and tenants/owners pretty rude. Good for one-night stay.

Semplice e ben curato, ottima cucina, modifico la recensione per via di una accoglienza a dir poco disastrosa nei confronti di 4 miei amici venuti per lavoro a dicembre e che in questo albergo non ritorneranno mai più! Le " recole" assurde, la diffidenza, la colazione inesistente.....da dimenticare!!!!!!!!

Baccalà abbastanza buono, così come l’insalata di patate. Filetto impanato che non sapeva di molto. Personale scontroso, ogni cosa detta con stizza e nervosismo. Piatti e pane poggiati al tavolo quasi con rabbia. Avevo quasi paura a chiedere altro.

Food was ok at best if you have no other options than it's edible but definitely don't go out of your way to go here. But the price was good. The staff were very unpleasant and seemed annoyed the atmosphere was good though

Accoglienza pessima, ogni volta si spera che qualcosa migliori, ma purtroppo no anzi peggiora di volta in volta, abbiamo deciso di non ripetere mai piu l'esperienza per non farci offendere ulteriormente

Siamo andati in due ma ha mangiato solo il mio compagno prendendo ben tre piatti. Io ho preso una birra media ma mi hanno perfino addebitato il servizio (coperto) di Euro 1,50, dicendo che anche se non avevo mangiato AVEVO OCCUPATO IL TAVOLO!!! Servizio pessimo, si sono dimenticati di dare i tovaglioli e tra la prima portata e le altre due abbiamo aspettato UN'ORA! Cibo nella media, prezzi alti. Signora all'ingresso molto sgarbata.

Sono passato da struttura il 21 aprile 2023 ero in giro in bicicletta la giornata era fredda. Ho cenato cucina discreta la camera era fredda il prezzo in base alla qualita era eccessivo comunque attenzione ciclisti

The principle still prevails here: Customer beware! When we politely asked if there were still hot food available, we were immediately reprimanded for not greeting him with "Grüß Gott" (even though he really didn't look like God) and that only Germans are crazy enough to eat hot food at this time of year. He should have simply said: "Please go away!" It would have been more polite.

Terrible experience. A terrible Immaculate Conception weekend due to the inhospitality of the entire staff, who were unfriendly and rude. The stench of food everywhere, at all hours of the day. The bedroom (we had booked the suite with an ensuite bathroom) was smelly and dusty. The breakfast (included) was of extremely poor quality and quantity. In short, avoid it like the plague. Far from the historic center.

I stayed there for a short break in October. No greeting, and I paid immediately, even before I saw the room. It was freezing cold, barely above 18°C, and the heating wasn't turned on. Breakfast was extremely poor. The landlady was very unfriendly. I felt very unwelcome and would advise anyone not to stay there!
