Ice cream was awesome!! Banana splits ...so good...could pick whatever kind of ice cream you wanted in the split! They were large and good prices. Staff was friendly and efficient! Have visited twice and will be going back again! Yum!!

I usually don't get ice cream at this location. It's a stopover as I drive through. It is the best Braums. Great selections, burgers, chicken, healthy salads, etc. One great option is that you can substitute cottage cheese for fries, or milk shake for soda. The people are so good here compared to other Braums that I've been at

I have always been a huge fan of Braums and this location did not disappoint! The young lady with the headscarf on welcomed me with a smile and she was kind and friendly and she even helped me choose what icecream I wanted because I am so indecisive! She was also patient with my kids who of course wanted to order by themselves. I highly recommend the ice-cream and food and I absolutely will be returning to this location!

They have great products in the store and pretty much everything I need. My family loves Braum's milk! It's better than any milk at any other store. There really is a difference in the creamy, sweet taste of this milk. It's more like fresh milk from the cow!

The Bonham Braums was very clean, organized and appeared well-stocked. The employees were proactively helpful and nice. I was walking with a cane and the ice cream counter person offered not only a tray for carrying multiple items, but to carry it to our table for me.

Braum's is a favorite. We can feed our large family on a budget with the bags of burgers. We also get friendly service at every Braum's that we visit. Sometimes it takes a while for them to make multiple bags of burgers, but that is the only downside.

Must try the all meat breakfast burrito! I ordered 2 because I thought they would be small, like Sonics or McDonald's are. I ended up having to take one home because they are honestly a very good-sized burrito.... I'm tell ya'll I will definitely go back for those and the price my husband and I with my breakfast and his and the order of a second burrito was still under $15 😳 so glad I came home to Texas lol. I forgot how yummy Braum's is. The last time I was there, I was just a kid. The layout has changed, but the food and prices are still awesome!

They have the best hamburgers here and the employees are usually happy and friendly. And, this restaurant is usually pretty clean. I've been here many times and really miss it when I'm out of town so always come back for the hamburger. I'm giving them five stars because they really seem to care about their restaurant, customers, and employees.

I just wanted to leave a very positive review for Shift Manager, Jonavon, who was on-shift the other day when I took my 2 younger children in to redeem some reading coupons. He treated these young children with the utmost respect and was sure to give them ALL the options they could choose from. He was kind and patient and gave them his undivided attention as they took their time deciding on just the right thing to order. I was extremely impressed with this young man. Cleanest Braum’s I’ve been to! Finally, a NICE Braum’s, clean tables clean floors. I’m always grossed out at most Braum’s, love the cleanliness here! And great service by Devon!

First time I had breakfast at Braums. I was not disappointed. I chose the breakfast burrito and a double biscuits and gravy. The burrito was good. Sausage, egg and cheese. I added picante sauce. The biscuits are fluffy, the gravy good. A bit pasty tasting but not in consistency. Needed more seasoning. I just added salt and pepper and it was good to go. I liked the amount of sausage in the gravy. The coffee was pretty good. My only complaint is the pot on the counter was not filled very quickly. I will be back. It was fairly quick to be served. It was nice to sit with a friend before work.

Their breakfast is good, though the biscuits for biscuits and gravy can be a little tough at times. I definitely recommend the number 4 and their grande breakfast burrito — amazing. Food is good, ice cream is better, and the old fashioned music playing over the speakers makes this a great place to dine with the whole family.

This was a busy place. Plenty of staff behind the counter. The drive thru line was long and inside was busy. All tables were dirty and you could tell they had been busy like that for awhile. No staff seemed happy to be there. No words, no eye contact, sluggish. Easily fixed and maybe we caught them at a bad time. Food was good, fresh fries, yum.

They need someone to keep an eye on all the experation dates on the produce, because there were a few that were out.I have tried calling several times and nobody answers the phone. And some is the teenagers are unknowledgeable on knowing how to do their jobs or be respectful and courteous to all. Overall I think y'all need a good strong leader and team to keep the store maintained were they need to be. A lot of time people have spent 15 minutes more or less in the drive though. Other people have lives and jobs too, you all might as well not have a drive though. And recognize those employees that do good and outstanding jobs and reward them to keep motivation so they want to stay!!

We always get there after 9PM. Food is always fresh. The employees are friendly and helpful. Love the ice cream and you won't find better milk. It's pretty clean but could use a good deep cleaning. Their late hours are perfect for us. We will continue to be good customers.

I appreciate our Braum's. It's comforting to know that they take good care of their cows to give us healthy milk products to consume. I especially appreciate their sugar free ice cream since I'm borderline diabetic. It's given me the opportunity to have a dessert that is acceptable for me to have. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

For all the times I've been to Braums, not just the Braums in Bonham, I've never been served a "warm" milkshake... It was like drinking chocolate milk! I thought maybe it had been made up and not served right away. Very disappointed in the chocolate shake this time.

The guy at the drive thru was extremely aggressive when he was taking our order. He all but threw our food at us at the window. We had to pull over to go in to get ketchup and napkins. The burgers are great.

Braums has been a disappointment the last 2 times I have visited. Limp greasy tots,dry burnt eggs and hard bisquit. The gravy was nasty.

The man who I'm guessing was the manager was kind of rude to me for whatever reason. From what I observed, he was exceptionally friendly and nice to the older people (folks his age) but I don't know if it's cuz they're regular customers or if it's cuz I'm a youngster and I was kinda dirty looking, I'd been working all day. Whatever the case, the food was good and the rest of the staff were thebomb.com

So sad Braum's goes from mediocre to BAD. Waited in drive thru this morning there was not many in parking lot -- lots of folks in drive thru. It made no sense to me what took so long. Everytime I go they have new kids working that have no clue what they are doing. So sad these kids do not know anything these days. I ordered pancakes with bacon got no bacon. I am not driving back to store with gas 5 bucks a gallon. Any restaurant in Bonham that has kids working has problems. This town wish I had not moved here. It's a town with so many issues.

The menu was very difficult, with all the burger's prepared with yogart and other item. I paid 4.99 for just a cheese burger with peppers and Jack cheese and a large drink for 2.00, total of almost 9.00. The food was good. No table service.

Love Braums food and grocery! However the customer service at this location has gotten horrible! They dont even train thier staff on how to use thier own coupons. Dont go here just for ice cream either, you will wait in line for 30 minutes on the weekend.

We get there and stand around for a few minutes. No one asks us if they can take our order or anything. Just keep walking by and glancing our way. We finally stopped someone and asked if anyone was working the cash registers. Drive thru person took our order and food was fresh and received fairly quickly.

Standard Braum's store and layout. Pros: easy, convenient location. Plenty of parking on the side of the store. Comfortable temperatures inside. Plenty of staff. Negatives: somewhat dirty dining area and counter. Sticky seats and tables that didn't appear to have been wiped down in a while. No food service gloves worn by the staff when scooping our ice cream. No hair nets. This method of food handling could be a way for customers to get sick.

I love this place, their shakes and fries are my favorite combination. Although I don’t appreciate some of the attitudes from the workers such as tonight. A worker with the name tag Alexcia rolled her eyes after asking us if there was anything else she could get us and we ordered another shake. Really not necessary. We were nice and polite so there was no reason for the eye rolling or the attitude.

They hardly do a full chocolate/vanilla yogurt cone in the last 3 weeks I can buy a small for cheaper get as much yogurt just the cone is smaller and I like the cone eating, I've said to them why so little yogurt they just act like they haven't heard me. So I get the large just because I like the cone VERY MUCH and deal with LESS Yogurt. All the front workers jump to help the drive Thur before inside customers and that's been said too. I wait even if I am the only one there in LINE but when there is a few in front it FOR SURE TAKES MUCH LONGER.

I don't eat out much, however when I have eaten at Braum's before it was always a treat. This time not so much. Maybe it was a bad day for them and me. We ate inside, the food took a long time to get, when we did it was cold and over cooked. Not the type of food Braum's is known for. Very disappointed, but I will try again at a different Braum's at a different day in the future.

My favorite thing about braums is the fries. This location had some fresh cooked and hot fries but the large container had a small amount of fries and there was no salt on them at all. I swear I did not eat one before taking the pic. I ordered a quarter pound burger with no braums sauce and no onions. That was completely ignored. Pretty disappointing visit. On my way out of town or I would’ve taken it back.

Again rude customer service. We ordered a single and a double ice cream sundae. A combo meal. They skipped numbers, had our order in a to go bag, didn't ask if it was for here or to go. Didn't ask what kind of ice cream we wanted on our sundaes. Maybe I'm a old gen x. But when I came through the ranks, you treated customer like they paid your paycheck because they did.

I went through the drive through tonight I sat for almost 5minutes at the speaker no one was in front of me. The girl finally answered laughing over the speaker so I ordered and pulled up. I told her I was wondering if they were open her nor the lady at the second window were friendly. The food was fine customer service sucks.

Burgers barely warm, same with the fries. I wanted mustard but got ketchup and mayonnaise. The lady taking my order was very nice, not her fault . This was today 4-14-2021 my order #was 363642 . A waste of money and a disappointment for sure. I won’t be back

Family thought the food was "surprisingly good." The cleanliness of this establishment is gross. The trash was overflowing. The counters behind the registers were covered in melted ice cream, banana peels and used napkins. Every apron I saw an employee wearing looked like it hadn't been washed in a month of Sundays.

I decided to stop at Braum's for the first time while passing through town to grab a quick milkshake for my daughter. Unfortunately, my first impression wasn’t exactly a sweet one. The service was painfully slow. The girl making our milkshakes moved with all the speed and enthusiasm of a snail on vacation. She wasn’t the only one, though—it seemed like every employee in the place shared the same lackluster demeanor. No smiles, no urgency, just a collective vibe that screamed, “I’d rather be anywhere else.” After watching the painfully slow process, I actually turned to my daughter and said, “If I were the boss, I’d fire everyone in the building.” That’s how bad it was. It took a full 10 minutes to get two milkshakes, even though we were the only ones in line. When we finally got them, we couldn’t find a clean table to sit at. Every single one was covered in crumbs and sticky residue, like a failed cleaning convention had just rolled through. The one amusing part of the visit was the weird photo background on the wall that looked like an opening to another room. We watched a little girl try to run through it, only to smack face-first into the wall. It was both hilarious and sad that this was the highlight of our visit. If this is what Braum's is all about, I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon. I was hoping for a quick, pleasant stop, not a slow-motion lesson in fast food frustration.

I have always loved their strawberry poppyseed grilled chicken salad, which I picked up today for lunch. Unfortunately, I had to throw at least half of the lettuce away because it had rust all over it and was totally inedible. I also had to throw away many of the strawberries because they were not healthy looking. I was so disappointed since this is one of my favorite Braums items. The very same thing happened the last time I ordered and I was hoping maybe it was just a fluke, but apparently it’s their new standard. I don’t believe I will be back. I would not have fed this to my dog, if I had had one!

Went to Braum's yesterday and got the Big Country Breakfasts 2 of them also order extra side of gravy, when I got my I checked and said that I ordered a extra ssg gravy, I was told that they put a little extra gravy in one of the bowls I paid for extra gravy not a little extra in one of the bowls Will not be back if that is the kind of service that you get there.

Me and my wife ordered the triple cheese burger meal. when called to get our food the burger was good the fries were cold. I ordered a shake with my meal but didn't get my shake right away I had to wait. I was told by the cashier it would be right out. all the employees were walking around with their heads up their butts while I was waiting. I finished my burger and had to ask again for my shake.

Store for the most part, unclean. At least two flies per table ( hard to enjoy the meal while swatting at flies the whole time). Return air vents are filthy. Tables with food particles left uncleaned (I was there for 30 minutes) and it wasn't busy at all. Just clean it up.

This is the worst braum's ever! My star rating went from five stars down to one I wish I could give it zero. It used to be great but they have gone downhill. The place is filthy nothing works correctly the tables are gross don't even think about eating inside because there isn't a clean table to eat on. We had to keep swatting it flies to keep them off the food. This place is a disgusting hazard!

every time we come through, no matter what time of the day it’s always “can you pull up to the door please”. like why are they so incapable of giving the food at the window. you’d think they’d bring you hot food when they pull you up for 5+ minutes but instead it’s still cold. get it together!!

I ordered 2 meals and an extra small fries and not only were the 2 small fries package only half full, but the extra one literally had only 2 fries in the pack on the tray. I asked, "Is this all?" and pointed at the bag and she said, "yes ma'am". I was too shocked to say anything else. I have never complained about a fastfood place, but we only have a few in town and Braum's was my favorite. "Was".

Staff was friendly. But the whole store, kitchen, dining room, and parking lot were dirty. The window sills and windows had not been cleaned in a while. Bathroom was so-so. Every counter top was dirty. The kitchen area was filthy and flies were crawling everywhere. I will not be stopping here again. It's a shame because it is actually a beautiful building - just dirty.

I wish I could give no stars at all. I normally never stop here because there is always a long line but I’ve stopped three times this week and each time we have had rude people at the windows through the drive through. We had to wait 20 minutes for ice cream and if you order more than one it’s 20 minutes for each ice cream. Today was aweful our cherry limeades taste aweful like a fuzzy lime water you could buy at Walmart. And buy the time we got our drinks we were done eating our ice cream. It was horrible service and very bad experience this week.

My wife and I came in the evening for an ice cream date. After we ordered and paid for our ice cream we went to the lobby to find a table to sit down at, unfortunately there weren't any tables clean. We settled for a dirty table that was the cleanest of them all. Another couple that was seated at another table said that they told someone that the lobby needed attention, but no one had come out to clean the lobby. I walked back up to the front counter and told the cashier again that there are no tables clean for people to eat at. The cashier apologized came out and cleaned 1 table and then disappeared. She didn't pick up the burger wrapper that I pointed out to her that was on the floor. When my wife and I finished our ice cream and left that same burger wrapper was still on the floor. I was a GM at Burger King and if you can't get a team member to clean the lobby than the MOD should go and take care of it to make sure that customers have a place to sit and enjoy their meal or ice cream.

Brahms is not even a good place to eat at anymore I looked up Brahms and Bonham, Texas on YouTube and I saw one of the workers using his teeth to open a milk carton They don’t clean their restaurant. The drive-through has gum on the wall. The workers are not clean either. It is a worst restaurant to go to.

They were out of large cups, the restaurant was a total mess and we waited for over 15 minutes before we were waited on for Ice cream. The associates looked at us and just kept walking while talking to each other. The young lady that was working the ice cream was trying her very best but the other people knew she was having trouble and just ignored her. We also ordered food and that end was doing well we only waited about 10 minutes for our food but had to clean off our own table because no one was working the floor. This was around 1pm on 8-29-2021.

I have always had a good experience at Braums when I travel. I was disappointed with the service at the store in Bonham. First, my food order took an unusually long time, but OK, maybe there was a problem I’m not aware of. Then, after my meal I thought I would order ice cream. There was a lady in line in front of me who had to wait a considerable time to place her order and the young man was painstakingly slow filling the order. I patiently waited but it was taking a long time. There were 7 people working behind the counter and not one made eye contact, acknowledged my presence, nor said, “I’ll be with you shortly..”. It felt like I was intentionally being ignored and after another 7 minutes I left. If the store had a major line or extremely busy I would have continued to wait my turn. The problem was the restaurant was mostly empty, the lady in front of me and myself were the only ones in line at the ice cream counter and drive through was steady but not overly so. Not sure what the issue was but it ruined my experience at this store.

We came over to get food and we went through the drive through we sat in the outside lane for 20 min waiting for our order to be taken and watched 5 cars on the inside go before us. I ended up calling the store while sitting in the outside lane to place our order and the kid on the other line said they were short staffed and busy A they weren't to busy to let 5 cars go ahead of us on the inside lane they have cameras on the posts the people working the drive through should be paying attention to both lanes . We ended up leaving after the excuse and went to dairy queen . We will eat at McDonald's first before going back to braums absolutely terrible service. If I could give a negative 5 star of their service I would .

We live 2 miles from you. Hubby just brought home number 1 & 2. Both cold as well as fries. 11:15am before church crowd gets out. Seems like they are from yesterday! Cheese is not even melted.

I usually like to go there. But, today was so smoky inside I was sneezing. It also could use a good cleaning, it was filthy. I went in to get an ice cream cone. The glass case was so nasty you could not see the ice cream in the case to know what to pick.
