Update 30March2020: Thank goodness, things have turned 180° and it is awesome, as Domino's should be! Much better quality, consistancy and service experience is exceptional! Way to go, Domino's! Good Job!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Worst Dominos ever. Never consistent except with disappointing. The pasta had half the amount in the container that it should have, there were 3 pieces of chicken in it, cost - $5.99 Pizza stone cold, how? And 4 pieces had no meat at all, there were about 10 crumbles of dried up Italian sausage on the entire pizza, total. WTH! SO TIRED OF THIS DOMINOS NEVER IMPROVING! WISH WE HAD MORE CHOICES IN THIS TOWN!!
I use this app all the time, I love it and it's great! It definitely beats having to wait on the phone for somebody to get on there and tell you what the specials are you can sit and scan on your phone find out exactly what you want with your own time it's perfect and you know exactly when someone's coming you know who's dropping off your pizza and when it's going to get there and it's always been right there when it says it's going to be there
This is literally the only place worth eating at in the area. It is 20 times better then the poorly run Pizza Hut in town. The pizza is always hot and good. We personally love the Ultimate Pepperoni. Very good!
This location doesn't have many workers, so there's very little opportunity to get your order delivered. Most of the time it states online that it's only pickup. Reading the other reviews it sounds like management is so horrible that it would explain the lack of staffing. Domino's corporate needs to address this issue, because the residents like the pizza - just not the staff or managements ineptitude. EDIT: This previous review has been addressed by the management, we have since enjoyed using this domino's for several occasions and will continue to order from here. As far as delivery goes, if you call, they most likely will be able to deliver - the system on the corporate level has most addresses "out of range" for whatever reason.
I love this app. It's fast, it's easy and my favorites are saved. My options to customize it the way I like it so there is no miscommunication means no disappointment of "my order is not right" . Employee should be tipped even more due to this app because it gives them more time to focus on preparing our delicious food rather than worrying about the type of personality they have to endure on the other end so with that being said......I love my Bonham Texas Dominoes!!
Aaron Glaser always has my order ready in a timely manner. I’m not sure if he is the manager or not, but he carry’s himself with confidence and is always nice and friendly when we order. It’s a blessing to have great service, and a blessing to have Aaron serving our community!

Jonathan. The only person in the store before they closed, with one other employee out on delivery. Took my 12min order very nice and professional. He even offered me a better deal than what I originally had ordered. Being so late and how long I was taking, I believe that this man deserves a good bump in pay. 10stars
Fantastic pizza, got a large with two toppings and I felt so lucky, Josh was there working nearly alone but he still handled my order with efficiency, and loaded my pizza with toppings. Definitely coming back, I feel customers are appreciated here.

I’ve ordered here 2 times. It’s typically on point for everything. Sadly yesterday I had ordered a thin crust pineapple ham pizza and it was over done, but other then that I’ve never had a problem. Everyone is always super friendly, pizza is always on time, always hot, and almost always accurate.
Food is always good. Service, including curb pick-up, was very good. Just have to let them know that you want them to bring it to your car when you order. Chris was very nice about it, and this is my pet peeve, did not slam the door when he closed our car. Thanks guys.

Customer service needs improvement proper training in store and bring back the call in to order PLEASE the answering service is awful I love the food but not pleased with the way this is in my local store it wasn't always this bad. We have minimum 3 pizza places and I will choose a different place next time.
Good food when your order gets right. I usually order online but that service doesn't allow me for special instructions (I like my pizza cut in squares, not triangles). So I have to call them and specify how I want it cut. But usually, when I pick it up, it's still cut in triangles. It's like they don't listen to details. Then when I complained to the manager, he didn't seem to care about my complaint but just offered me another pizza to appease me. Why can't they get it right the first time. This happened a lot, so I just don't order there anymore. Pizza's and sandwiches are very good, but it's the "little things" that make your experience a great one.
Drove in to order pizza and while they make it I'll get gas . Pay and the first question on debt machine was how much tip do you want to give. Really your job is to make a pizza and I'm picking it up . Your not delivering why have that on there. And the first question just seems RUDE. And the lady there was Rude also . Lived here 5 years and only ate there 3 times. Will not do it again not that great of food. Dogs loved it though
I absolutely love dominos. the delivery drivers are always so nice and very quick. However I’ve been ordering the same thing from dominos, and the past 2 times they haven’t put Buffalo sauce on my pizza. Last time they sent me a free one which I greatly appreciated. But if this is going to be the new normal I’m gonna have to find a new pizza place.
I absolutely love dominos. the delivery drivers are always so nice and very quick. However I’ve been ordering the same thing from dominos, and the past 2 times they haven’t put Buffalo sauce on my pizza. Last time they sent me a free one which I greatly appreciated. But if this is going to be the new normal I’m gonna have to find a new pizza place.
Took a little longer than the 15 minutes I was told. After I paid I asked if they had red pepper. He said it would be $1. I laid a dollar on the counter. He then said he needed my change back so he could give me correct change. This whole time I had to have him repeat himself for I could not hear him. Don't understand why he couldn't ring up the red pepper. Left with my pizza but no red pepper. (Pizza Hut doesn't charge for red pepper OR parmesan cheese packets)
Even though they charge fifty cents for each sauce, the Bonham location rarely ever delivers the sauces. I don't waste my time ordering them any longer. Also, the specialty chicken is often borderline burned. Don't order any of those in Bonham, TX.
Friday night September 10th I did an online order. 1 hour and 20 minutes later it was still not in the oven. I have to give the people working there credit because they got hammered and they're just wasn't enough of them to do what needed done. I will continue to go to Domino's this was not the workers fault they were doing everything in their power!!

While the food quality is fine I'm so sick and tired of how long it takes to get a simple Pizza through every time I order I have to plan at least 30 minutes ahead because that 12 minute time is nowhere near accurate this is the only Domino's that takes so long to get orders through and I think part of it is they don't have enough people on hand something's got to change will they need to put the time expectancy realistic on the app and quit telling us that it takes 12 minutes and in reality you'll be sitting there through an entire TV show before it's ready

Wow this was a disaster the app said our order was ready 1.5 hours after I had placed the order then when we got to the restaurant to pick it up not only was it not ready but it took 2 additional hours till it was finished. I'm not sure how it works through and through but two thin cruat pizzas and a litter of soda shouldn't take a government shutdown to make possible.
Two times I tried to order from here, my order got canceled both times weeks apart. I even called first to make sure they had a driver because of last time. This place is a joke and apparently so is every delivery spot in bonham because places that say they can just cancel your order. CHANGE YOUR DESCRIPTION TO PICK UP ONLY if you can’t ever deliver. Done with delivery in this town.
The food is good, but when it was delivered the guy was blaring his music at almost 10 at night. Please be considerate to your customers, some may have young children who maybe sensitive to loud sounds. Really just inconsiderate people who work for this company.
They refused to deliver across the street from their establisment just because we dont work at the Mcdonalds or the Plaza. They will not deliver to a truck driver at all. Per Manager. Pre paying doesnt even qualify. Is this what Domino's Thinks Of Truckers???? It's a shame !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What happened to loyalty ???? No Respect at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nobody would answer the phone. When I go on line to order for delivery, it says they don't deliver here. I have lived here 14 years and they have always delivered here. So I tried to order on line to pick up and there was a problem with my card. After a half an hour, I said screw it and ordered from Pizza Hut.
made a online order and was said to take 10-15 minutes so i waited my 20 minutes to go in and when I went in was told i was on the bottom of the list and it would be minimum 45 minutes. not sure the dudes name with all the tags on his hat, he tried to be nice but wouldn’t speed up my process after i had waited 20 minutes already. after a long work day and being told i have to wait another 45 minutes i canceled my order. i won’t use this place again because of the poor attitude in the atmosphere and the lack of customer etiquette. if i am told to wait 15 minutes and give you 20. i expect my food to be done. not only to mention i used a 19.99 deal and ended up spending 32$ because i let it scan my apple pay before i could pull my phone away from noticing. really sucks, PAPA JOHNS FOR THE WIN!!
Waited an hour for my order to be delivered. I tried to call and no one got on the phone to let me know what was going on with my order. So I went to the store and met with Nick (the so called store manager was rude and snappy). He told me we only have one driver which would be fine but someone could have answered the phone. Nick then said there are only two of us here, however, they were not busy.
I love domino's but bonham really needs to teach these young kids how to have more respect and not give attitude towards someone who is pay for the food they ordered. This young girl walked up to the counter and was just rude to me when I was picking up my ordered she through the sause In a bag and tossed my wing boxes across the counter.
I too had a horrible experience with the manager. I ordered delivery through the app, but never received it. I had prepaid the 25% tip and donated to St Jude’s, btw. When I called and spoke with the manager I was accused of lying to get a free pizza and told to check with my neighbor’s to see who stole my pizza. It was obvious the driver left my pizza at the wrong address, but he refused to acknowledge they made a mistake. I had to go in person to get a refund when another manager was on duty. I will never give this place my business ever again and can’t believe they would give someone with that kind of attitude a management position. So sad that Bonham can’t treat their customers any better than this. I think his name was Trevor as well.
Trevor the manager is an absolute jerk. I ordered pizza and it was only supposed to take 30 to 40 mins to deliver. Then an 1 1/2 later the pizza showed up and was wrong pizzas. So I went to dominoes to get my order fixed and i was basically told it was my fault that the order was wrong and it would take another 2 or so hours to fix. At this time I asked for a refund and he tried to deny it at first untill I wanted to call the store owner, which he refused to give me the number but instead gave me a corporate number that he looked up on google. Stay away from this location especially if Trevor is working that shift. It's the dominoes at 2236 N. Center St. Bonham tx 75418.
Just waited 2 hours for a cold, dry pizza that I know sat on a warmer for over an hour. Tried calling to see what was going on and the phone rang for over 10 minutes before I gave up. At least I got what I ordered this time and didn't have to wait twice for someone to go back to the store and actually bring my food with them. 1 star is a generous rating, you're welcome.
Normally I do not have many issues but lately when I order from the app the pizza isn’t made correctly when delivered. I always ask for extra sauce, it’s clearly on the instructions on the app. The pizza delivered tonight had literally no sauce. I called to have another pizza delivered. The girl on the phone said it would be another 30-45 minutes because the driver had 2 other deliveries first. I asked to speak with the manager, was put on hold, the did not talk to the manager... the same girl got on the phone and told me he said I would have to bring the pizza there uneaten to get a new one. Seriously... I HAVE TO TAKE YOUR MISTAKE BACK TO YOU?! Terrible customer service. See ya never Dominoes. You’re terrible.
Absolutely horrible! They use a call center which told us about an hour for our order. Upon arrival, I was informed no order had been received so they asked me to wait 60-75 minutes for my order to be completed. Kiss my crust I ain't waiting again! More than likely our very last visit
Ordered pizza online got to location. Sent son in to get pizza. An hour after pizza was ordered online and they had not even put it in the oven. Manager said she refunded my money not even sure if I got my money back I payed with a card and did not receive credit receipt. Manager asked one of the employees if my pizza had even been put in the oven yet and a short fat curly headed guy asked her you mean the one your giving away for free after my son had already set there for an additional 15 minutes and paid for the pizza. Won't be back!!!
99% of the time the dough is raw. Normally they try to fix it for us. The last time we ordered raw dough, we were in a rush to leave town and were told they would make it up to us, and fix all three that were messed up whenever we were ready to order. We tried to get them fixed a few days later, and even ordered a few extra, only to be told by a new manager they would not fix all three just one. We buy $60 worth, or more weekly.They just lost a good customer. We would not recommend this location.
They get my order wrong every other time, they are not friendly at all, customer service is horrible, several times they did not even have the ingredients for what I was ordering, they had no sodas for months, and I’m just disappointed overall, as my family used to love to eat here before we moved having to change store locations.
Absolute worst location I have ever tried to patronize. Every time we have ordered there has been a problem but this was the worst. Ordered my pizza at 5:50, was told to pickup at 6:31, arrived at location at 6:15 and board indicated pizza was in the oven. Paid for the pizza. At 6:40 board indicated pizza was ready. Was told by employee that was only in a perfect world and that it would be at least another 45 minutes. Asked for my money back and clerk wanted to give me a store credit. You must be kidding!! They couldnt figure out how to give me a receipt that showed the credit.
This place never has half the stuff I order online thru the app and then they want you to go ahead and pay for it and credit your account at that location. Well news flash, I don’t live in Bonham so why would I want a credit at this location. Instead manually over riding the price, Trevor wanted to charge me $14 for a $7 pizza. Never will I come to this location again!
So tonight I called to order 3 medium pizza seems easy right? Well the guy who took my order answered the phone and greeted me like they usually do. He then preceded with the usual. He asked me if this was for me and read my address to me and everything and I confirmed it. After placing the order he told me the wait will be 35-45 mins. How come the order was never actually placed? I call back an hour later and they can’t find my order and the guy who answered the phone the second time, after I asked him where my order was hands the phone off to a lady. She tells me about my order not being there in the system. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE RIGHT!

Made a order at 11:45 showed up at 12:15 expecting my order to be ready, sign says they stay open to 1. Door wouldn't open, I pulled on it hard and it opened, went in the store a man came up to me and got in my face, very rude and disrespectful, said he was calling the cops for breaking in? Would never go or recommend this Domino's to anyone in the area. This place deserves to go out of business.

Ordered Chicken Alfredo Bowl. When received, it was dry! No sauce. I called the store to let them know. The person answering stated that he had made my bowl and did at least 3 passes of sauce on it. Nothing else was said. Just dead air! I hung up on him. Never will order from here again!

I order from Dominos in Bonham once a week sometimes twice or more. I placed an order and had it delivered. I always order the same sandwich with meat only. When I received my sandwich tonight I was surprised that it was practically bread. I called the store to let them know and ask if they could rectify it as I’ve never received a sandwich that looked like that! The girl on phone informed me that’s how it was suppose to be bc it was only meat and you could hear the manager in the background repeating the same thing! I won’t be back! Horrible customer service and unwilling to fix a mistake! Very disappointed in the Dominos in Bonham!!!!
