Tacos Rio Grande

We hired Taco Madres to cater our son’s wedding and then went above and beyond with excellent food and service. From detailed communication throughout the last few months to make sure every detail was covered, showing up early to the venue to cook the food so it was fresh off the grill, we were so pleased. We got lots of compliments throughout the night on how delicious the meal was. I rarely ever write reviews but knew I wanted to share this great experience. Thank you Taco Madres for helping to make this night extra special!

You see this place, and you hear of Bonham. You're not expecting probably the best mexican food in the state of Texas. One thing I learned about growing up in socal is that you show up to a food truck with all women working, and it usually will be the best home cooked meal you will ever taste. Let's just say this place did not disappoint. I told them how in socal we had taco trucks on literally every corner and how we would hop the border to Tijuana for 75 cent tacos. Just the memories this place brought back was incredible. It is a little on the pricy said however you cook food this good you can charge however much you want especially with 0 competition in the area. I was out picking up a dining room table from the Facebook marketplace. I looked up restaurants, and I thought there was no way this place could have that many reviews, and every review would be 5 stars. I got 4 tacos pastor 4 tacos carnitas, and this was by far some of the most amazing amazing tacos ever. There are no fatty pieces on the carnitas. Perfectly juicy and fried at the same time. The pastor is the best hands down I've had probably ever. The little chunks of pineapple went perfectly with the tacos. Green sauce is delicious and very mild. Red sauce is more of a medium, and the flavor is still there. Best salsa from a food truck I've tried, and I've been to hundreds, if not more. My wife got the pastor burrito and, on the first bite, fell in love. It is so hard to find a good pastor, let alone someone who throws pineapple in with the pastor. All you find in texas is trompo tacos, which are good but can't even get close to a great pastor taco. We live in Denison and will make a 25-minute drive to get these tacos as often as possible. The lady said it's a possibility they open in Denison, and if they do, they will thrive there as well. The taco trucks in Denison are AWFUL.

They were efficient on cook time/wait time and the food was fantastic. I ordered a shrimp quesadilla with a side of their red hot sauce, and it was very flavorful and oh so spicy. I loved it! Of course they have less spicy options for those of you who can't handle the heat!

I showed up 30 minutes before closing Very friendly staff, food was fresh. The Carne Asada was great. If they add fry items to the menu I would be a repeat customer.

Omg they are delish. Husband has been bragging about this place, always at work when goes by there. Today I got to go too, will so be going back. My Torta was fabulous, he has the burrito which is beyond words!!

Excellent asada burrito! Excellent pastor street tacos! Chips are awesome! Green sauce is spicy and creamy and good enough to drink!

Consistency is key, Taco Madrezz has this key. Taco platter and burritos have plenty of flavor, while their nachos and quesadillas have variety. Tortas are great and would also recommend. All options on their menu are must try’s, good places to start is from the top and work your way down. New consistent customer added. Thank you for the great dinner nights.

the food is amazing. quality, quantity, tasty need i say more? the lady was super nice and brought my food to my car, so i didn't have to wait in the cold. so good, i had to leave a review!!! come eat here

The nachos with chicken are really good! They use real cheese. Chips and all the fixings are piled high. And the green sauce has so much flavor.

The place is so good! Need more of them around that for sure. I just wish they could be opened all day they would definitely get the business. Loved it, and I will be back for sure!

I eat here at least 3+ times a week. Love their street tacos I always get 2 beef 2 chicken and they're always good. Try them sometime you won't regret it.
