Sonic is a classic in fastfoods!fast-food!! You can never go wrong with Sonics. Burgers are still just as juicy and tasty as ever.

Ordered Churro shake. No caramel. charged 5.00 for a shake that did not have ALL ingredients. Someone needs to figure out how to order the amount of products they need. 🤔

Nice people. Only thing I don't like about Sonics is: When One orders Sunday's It is Always looks like it sat before it comes to you

Very good for fast food. The people are so nice and helpful. This is convenient and tasty.

So, usually, I have really good service. But whenever Skyler R. has taken my order both times she has got it wrong and I have been mischarged. There was also a time that I had gone through the drive-through, and I had done a call ahead order that was a pretzel and ocean water and I got mischarged for pickles, which made it where the amount they charged me was about $3 or $4 more then what I had ordered and I was able to get a refund, but whenever I went inside just to ask for a cheese sauce, she gave me a disgusted look and she threw it at me. And when I wasn't able to catch it, because I wasn't expecting her to throw it at me, as I was walking up to the counter, she told me that maybe I should learn to catch better. Both times that I had come up to the window and I was given back my receipt, which wasn't correct she was also very disrespectful, and rude and I was given a bad attitude. I am not saying that she needs to be fired, but she needs to be retrained.

We had stopped to check our trailer connections and straps. She went inside to get us something to eat while I checked everything. We both had the chicken slingers. They were good and tasty. The store was very clean and the people were very nice.

I've visited this Sonic several times. They have a drive-thru and tables inside. Located inside a new Shell gas station. The food is good typical Sonic fare. Employees are very friendly and the service is fast. My only complaint is the cornbread on the corny dogs is tough. I will continue to go back when I want something quick. Just wish it was a traditional Sonic.

So I went to Sonic today with my lovely girlfriend and her and I spent about half an hour at the house trying to figure out the best possible order on my Sonic app and come to find out we were unable to add grilled onions to her Burger they only had chopped or diced onions and so that was a little bit of a letdown as well as the fact that the drinks were half price because we ordered it on the app but it was morning time so we wanted coffee and it's pretty sad to find out that the coffee the Green Mountain was not half off at all in this ended up being like $7 for two on 44s and so that was a bummer in itself but we only live about six minutes away from the store and it's a new store but it doesn't have any stalls it just has one drive-thru and an inside so being at the fact that we have never used the app and did not know how to check in properly my app just said go to the drive-through and then click check in and you should be good to go I had to find what's all number I was in but being as it was a drive-thru there was no stalls so I went all the way through the drive-thru waited and got up to the front and they asked what I what we had I told him that I was checking in I had an online order and they had told me that I needed to at least go to the drive-through and let them know guy was checking in for my order and the cashier at the window told me to loop back around and go through the drive-thru and then check in because my phone's internet was slow and it was not allowing me to check in at the Sonic via my cellular device so I went all the way back to the intercom and he had told me that no I did not tell you to go all the way back around until she just stay there when in fact he did not and I had asked my wonderful lady friend if this was true if he had asked me to stay put and she had said no without shadow of a doubt he told you to go back around through the drive-thru to check in other than that whole mishap my visit to Sonic today was decent enough and I actually was not given the sauce that comes with decent snacks so I had to eat my senses next dry and that was the extent of my girlfriend and I is Sonic strip for the day doesn't deserve any more than three stars for the day.

Sit in and drive thru only unlike traditional Sonic's. Waitstaff is very good and drive thru staff keeps the line moving efficiently.

Stopped at this sit down Sonic for a snack. Pretzel with cheese. Medium fries with cheese. Gross! The cheese was cold and hard!! The fries were overcooked and old and very small serving for 3 bucks. Probably won't eat here again. Freezing in there!!! No napkins.

Ordered a breakfast burrito there wasn't any eggs on it. Seems like this location has gone down. The last time our burgers had too much mayo on them. Everything was slidding off of it.

80% of my visits my fries are old, cold, and hard. They tend to forget items more than they should such as my drink.

My wife used to work at Sonic and knows how long everything takes to make and she gets frustrated because this one's always slow.

Service has declined during the last month or so. Less friendly than before. This had been a pleasure to visit with friendly people. Also, the wait time is much longer than before. I have recently waited in line for more than 15 minutes, several times at varying times.

First 2 times i went everyone was very nice and food was great. Now it seems service gets worse everytime. The employees are extremely rude. Being rude on the speaker box while taking orders. They forgot to give me back my debit card then rudely asked me why i was still waiting in line. Uhm because i need my card! One girl gave us our food, took payment and literally didn't say one word. Now my husband just went up there to get a late night drink and was greated with a rude girl saying "don't you love it when people show up right before closing.". Unfortunately i believe this sonic has lost mine and my families business. Ill make the drive to Bells or Anna for Sonic from now on.

This is not just one time coming here review I come here a lot after work and there’s not been one time I’ve got good service please stay away from the sonic 😂

2 times I've ordered a diet cherry limeade with extra cherries and paid near 4 dollars for a lg drink and both times no cherries not one, the food is 50/50 depends on what you get.

Sammy (manager) needs to mind his mouth to his co workers. Screaming and cursing at staff are NEVER professional...God does not like ugly and neither does this MOMMA! Other than poor choices....on how to speak to others....I would rate it a 4 star

I ordered a Lime-aide and the boy making it squeezed my limes without gloves and then put them in my drink. It was gross. The food was cold and overall not a good experience.

Why do I keep getting a burger with meet only? They asked if I wanted mustard all the way, I said yes plz....now again I get a burger with nothing but meat and mustard.

Rudest and worst customer service! If you want to be treated poorly by not only the teens who work there but the lady manager, who walked away while we were discussing our issue, go to this Sonic. This was all over an online order and a mistake we made by pulling up to the window. Was not met with understanding, only eye rolls, sarcasm and rudeness- even after we apologized. Before the manager finally made her appearance, we got to sit and watch all 5 girls laughing about the situation instead of just handing our drinks out, which they couldn’t even get right. Good customer service goes a long way.

Told her I didn’t need a discount I just wanted no vegis on the burger. Stated again when paying that I didn’t need the discount that I could tell they were busy and maybe the manager was just overwhelmed when she offered it, still trying to be understanding lol. The young man was polite, but when we got home the patty’s were super hard and barely warm lol…the fries and tomatoes were old, and honestly after all the uncalled for sass none of us wanted to eat the food. This isn’t even the first time the food’s been bad, and not the first time they’ve been flustered, but it’s the first time I caught a bad attitude and no matter the convenience of location, I really wouldn’t go back there or suggest them to anyone else.

Been going to this sonic for a couple years and throughout the while time they have gotten about half of my orders wrong. Not hard to put nothing but bacon, ketchup amd cheese on a burger but they consistently screw it up. Unfortunately this sonic is the closest one to me.

I ordered 7 slushies and i have never had a bad one until today.... All you taste is the syrup and it definitely has wayyyyy too much.. ... None were mixed at all.. very disappointed in how they taste.. seriously how do you mess up a slushies? Yuckkkk
