The windows were very dirty as were most of the tables. We ordered ice cream and they weren't full scoops. Being a former Braum's member in my younger adult life. I was trained very well & shown the importance of proper food weight & presentation. They young ladies were kind ,however didn't seem very bothered with performance and excellence of Service on all levels. This was my second attempt to bring family here for a nice outing. We won't return. I'll travel a little farther up & enjoy 😉 a clean store & Service with excellence ✨️.

Staff needs scoop training, 5 people got double dip cones and 3 were good, 2 were like baby versions. Store was clean and we didn't have to wait at all. Everyone was very nice and smiling and busy.

This Braum’s is a hit and miss. Sometimes it’s if they get their produce out of the trash. The thing that bothers me is when you order they will always have you pull up even if there’s no one behind you. They give you your drinks an ice cream first then have you waiting for 5-10 minutes and by the time your food comes out your ice cream is melted plus the drinks are watered down by this point. Management really is poorly run there’s a bunch of teenagers there and of course they don’t care. The teenagers run this place not even the manager can control them. I don’t care that teens work here but actually act like y’all care.

Disappointed with how easy it is for them to screw up such a small order. First the mix I ordered wasn’t even full! See photo. Secondly, ordered a scoop of ice cream in a cup and they try to hand it over in a waffle one.

Well I'm a Braums fan BUT for the second time we've encountered staff that don't listen, multiple dirty tables and staff goofing off. Even food in cracks🤮Not overly buisy. Also the shift manager and other employees were outside jumping cars at one point with their aprons on🙄 I'll try a new location.

I ordered a large meal, Asking for no onions. All that came on the burger was cheese and onions😑It looks like a monkey tried to fill my drink and then picked through my fries. What are you rationing??

Horrible service I order a plain cheese burger and they gave me one with everything and pickles I am allergic to pickles the guy would not let me give him my order and would interfere with what I was telling him I wanted. if your going to take an order take it right don’t just keep ignoring me to take window order which there was another person doing that job he keeped cutting that guy off too. If you don’t like the job you have switch

I work in McKinney so I normally go to that one …I’ve been to this Braums three different times and every time they mess up a chocolate malt ALL 3 times, made by three different people. 😞 I literally left there pulled into QT and threw this last one in the trashcan.

Very disappointed! I drove up to the drive up and ordered a Spanish breakfast burrito meal plus a bag of breakfast burritos, I was asked to pull up to the side door . I waited patiently while several cars pulled up behind me getting their orders . I still waited patently. No one came out to deliver my food so I went in to get it and a very nice worker that looked like a cook ask me what I was needing I showed her my ticket and the other lady that was at the window taking orders and supost to be delivering them said its over their and pointed to 2 bags sitting on the counter didnt apologize for not bringing it out or say any thing to me the other lady started to make me a coffee and I told her it was a supost to be a fountain drink .she handed me a cup and said help your self its on the other side. I took my food and opened the bag in the car my Spanish burrito was smashed on top of my hash browns and when I went to separate them the hash browns were burnt to a crisp and so soggy it was like mush smashed all in one bag . I had an appointment and was pressed for time or I would of returned my order . I have never had my food or treated so coldly ever at a braums before . So I can say I will not be ever going to this one again .

Cold burger both of the ones we ordered the cheese and burger patty before as tiny and cold. My first burger there $15 for cold cheeseburgers.

Braums need to train employees better. AND WHEN I order a burger not exactly like menu and you tell me I cant change it .I don't want my burger with your nasty plastic cheese .I should be able to ask to not have it .15 dollar meal total trash .ice cream was great .

Definitely not a good experience. I ordered a single scoop of ice cream in a cup, and they put it in a cone. I had to correct them; they were so in a rush that they didn’t make sure I had my meal. They didn’t make sure we had spoons in the bag, and at the end of my brownie sundae, the dang brownie burnt. I haven’t had braums in a while, and I finally treat myself to a disappointment

I went to get a coke and I got spewed on because the nozzle wasn’t on the dispenser. I told them about it. A guy came out to but nozzle back on and dropped it on the floor. He picked it up and then dropped it into to water that rinses the ice cream scoops. Then another person walked up to get a coke and she got spewed have on too in her work clothes. I went to get tea and the sweet tea was just water. My meal finally came out and barely had any eggs on it (big country breakfast). Usually the hash browns are way over cooked but today they were eatable. The shift manager just said he was on it and never apologized for the lack of eggs and the trouble with the drinks. Very disappointing experience today. I have been a weekly customer of store 82 since it was built. My order was 118 on 6/12/25. I didn’t see a phone number for store owner on receipt or on front door for issues. Just a store number and get the shift manager either I had just dealt with. It’s a sad day in Van Alstyne. I have really enjoyed being a patron here until now.

Worst Braums experience ever. The few customers who were there waited forever. My wait wasn't that bad, but look at the pics to see two of the CHEESEBURGERS they served us. Will never go back. Golden Chick is nextdoor and managed much better.
