Delicious!! Had the Turkey Panini and Co worker had the Philly Panini. We would both order these again. I had a Pecan Carmel Capachino. Possibly the best coffee I've ever had.
My family and I love it here! I’m convinced anything you order from their menu will be delicious. From their breakfast, lunch even their steak which I didn’t expect at all. Is absolutely delicious. I would go far enough to say that it’s better than most steakhouses we’ve been to. It’s one of the only restaurants that even my kids will finish everything on their plates almost every time. The service is amazing. Our server tonight is my absolute favorite I just always forget to ask his name ( I’m sorry) he makes us laugh and is super kind and patient with our kids. He always makes it a good time even the times we have gone in and he wasn’t our server he always makes a point to smile and wave at us. Thank you for this wonderful restaurant experience! We will see yall again soon no doubt about it
This is our go to breakfast spot! The food is always delicious, the staff is always friendly and it just feels like home here! Everything I've tried has been delicious!! A must try! And asked for Martin he is the best 😁
This morning was our first visit to this cafe, and everything was wonderful! It’s rare to have such excellent and friendly service, and Carla took great care of us! Everything was fresh and full of such great flavor! Perfectly crispy bacon and hash browns with just the right searing! The pancakes were fluffy with the perfect hint of sweetness, and my poached eggs were cooked to perfection! Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had lately!
Absolutely loved our visit to Sunview Cafe! The service was friendly, fast, and on point from the moment we sat down. The restaurant was spotless, bright, and had a great atmosphere — definitely a happy place to enjoy brunch. We had coffee, which was hot, rich, and perfectly brewed. The Traditional Breakfast was hearty and cooked just right. The Country Breakfast was excellent — fresh eggs, crispy bacon, and everything tasted homemade. The CB Hash was flavorful and comforting, and the biscuits were fluffy and buttery. The Sunview Avocado Toast was fresh, colorful, and delicious. Hardly any wait to be seated, and parking was super easy. Everything came out fresh and tasty — we’ll definitely be back! ☕🍳🥑
The selections were nice. They serve breakfast all day, in addition to other choices. I chose to have an omelet for dinner. My meal was good. Families were present. I will go there, again.
I was so happy to see a healthy section on the menu and even better, it was actually healthy! I ordered the Sunview Avocado Toast on Dave’s Killer Bread with eggs and fruit. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. The rest of my group loved their meals too — migas, pancakes, and chicken & waffles, all delicious! Our server, Karla (I believe that was her name), was absolutely wonderful. She radiated happiness and kindness and truly stood out with her genuine attitude and great energy. The only thing that could have made it better for me would be if they offered organic, non-GMO options. All around, a great experience, we will definitely be back!
We had lunch at the Sunview Cafe in Melissa. First time to try their food and it was excellent! My husband had the Tex-Mex Skillet and I had the Chicken Apple Walnut Salad. Both dishes were well prepared, quality ingredients and healthy portions. The server was most attentive to us as we enjoyed the meal on the patio and were the only ones outside.
I absolutely LOVE eating here. My friends and I are often visiting this place for breakfast or lunch. We will go twice & sometimes three times a week! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warm smiles of the staff. They make you feel so welcomed and give home comfort vibes. This breakfast spot is a ray of sunshine! From fluffy pancakes to perfectly poached eggs, their menu is a breakfast lover's dream. The ingredients are fresh, and you can tell they put love into EVERY dish. The coffee is strong and flavorful, I tend to find myself going for seconds very often. The overall service is always friendly and efficient. It's the perfect place to start your day off right. Be sure to try their signature “concha french toast” —you won't be disappointed!
Great breakfast spot! We visited on a Sunday morning. It was pretty busy. Employees were very friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately although there was a good wait right after we arrived. We tried the Migas. It was great!! The flavor was spot on and hashbrowns were fantastic! The Chicken apple sausage meal was great! The cinnamon French toast was good. We enjoyed our meals and will be back.
The Sunview Cafe is a welcomed cafe in Melissa. We ate there for the first time this Saturday morning. The service was great. The food was delicious. I had the Dad’s meal and my son had eggs Benedict. They offer a good variety of breakfast foods along with a full lunch menu. We will go back soon for lunch. I highly recommend Sunview Cafe.
This was a cute cafe that was bustling at lunchtime. It can get quite busy on weekends. We ordered the chicken apple sausage and eggs hash; it came with hash browns, sausage, peppers, cheese, eggs, and a side of toast. Was quite a portion and could easily be shared. I opted for the turkey club. It was a basic sandwich with no frills, though you had to add cheese (they used shredded cheese?). The sandwich was ok for what it was. Overall, the experience was positive; the service was good and the food came out rather quickly.
This place has been one of our favorites since we moved into the area. Great food and the service is pretty good. This time I invited an old friend coming into town for brunch and catch-up time unfortunately we were rushed even though we were still eating our food. It's a good place if you're just going to eat and go, like a drive-thru but inside a restaurant. Not the atmosphere if you're trying to have a smooth time with family or friends.
My family’s food seemed like it was probably fine but I’m talking specifically about my own. My “country potatoes” came out a while after my eggs Benedict so I didn’t get a picture. Furthermore, I made no mods to my ticket - I didn’t asked them to change anything or do anything special, I just ordered the eggs Benny as it comes. The hollandaise sauce was very clearly some sort of packet mix, it was grainy and tasted bad. It was strangely chalky and kinda bland except for an overwhelming flavor of vinegar powder. Hollandaise is super easy to make so if you’re going to do brunch, you should make the hollandaise. Just melt a few pounds of butter in a sauce pan (you’ll actually need to get it pretty hot) put some egg yolks in the robotcoupe (heck, you can use the liquid egg yolks from Sysco) with some salt, a touch of cayenne, and lemon juice or vinegar, then turn the robotcoupe. Stream in the hot melted butter and emulsify. Adjust salt and acid to taste. Another thing that really annoyed me was the way my plate came out. I had seen some very pretty plates walk out but mine was just some eggs with yellow goop on them. Even one of my egg yolks was broken. It was also super strange that they decided to sell my play without the potatoes. Literally anything would have made this look better. Some chives on top? Chopped parsley? Something? On a positive note, the egg that wasn’t broken was poached very nicely. The potatoes were half raw and bland.
My husband ordered a breakfast bowl with scrambled eggs, meat, & hashbrowns. It had a layer of grease in the bottom of the bowl. He couldn't finish it, so we took it to go. Scraping it out of the bowl to put it in a baggie since we're traveling, we noticed an onion on the side of the bowl. DISGUSTING!!! Who in their right mind puts onions in hash browns?! It's also pretty bad when I order a salad (which I love) & don't finish it. We won't be back & please don't waste your money!!! When my husband had been traveling for a while, he noticed his clothes smelled like grease from the restaurant.
