Jersey Mike's Subs

This location is usually great and has good quality food. This location has accessible friendly parking and is accessible friendly in the entrance and the rest of the facility. Walkways can be a little narrow when it's busy. This location is not easily seen from the road but is easily accessible via multiple entrances. There are plenty of parking and overlap parking nearby in addition to accessible parking. The bathrooms tend to be clean but not always perfect. Clearliness the store overall is good especially behind the counter however tables out front tend to be left dirty for a while. Food quality is great and has yet to falter at this location. The taste is amazing as usual. The staff is great and usually smiling and friendly. More so at this location than any other I've been to so far. I think this is a great and reliable place to make a stop for food.

I have visited the Jersey Mike's in Melissa several times and have received impeccable service from every team member there. I feel they go above and beyond to make your subs the best they can. The associates there are always friendly. You rarely must wait for your order to be completed unless it’s a hot sub, which they prepare on the grill why you wait. All the ingredients are fresh as they prepare the vegetables daily and slice your meat as you watch. They have a variety of drinks and chips and some awesome cookies and brownies. DD

Ate here during a baseball tournament. Not a lot of seating area. It was crowded, but that was to expected. Staff was friendly and efficient. They got everyone served in a short time. Sandwiches were good. Had been a long time since my last visit to a Jersey Mike's. Will go back.

Awesome!! We took an entire team of 12 year old baseball players for lunch, and the managers and staff were AMAZING! It would be so easy to get stressed with a large crowd, but they had positive attitudes and were encouraging all the boys to do well during their next game. The restaurant was clean, all our orders were correct, and the service was phenomenal. Will definitely be back when we’re in the area!

The Manager and Staff at this Jersey Mike's location are absolutely wonderful! My wife was in the hospital and called in an order for me to pick up for her. When I got there, they expressed their concern for my wife and went above and beyond to ensure that I was valued. Great Staff! The sandwiches and cookies are always great!

I had a good experience here. Selected one of their club subs. The regular or medium is all that's needed. Plenty of meat and this one came with bacon. Speaking of bacon, I found it rock hard, but tasty. I chose not to get chips or a drink to save money but they have a good selection of both.

Everytime we go to this location they get our order wrong. We use the app and its not complicated orders. Like no onions for 1 order and no onions and tomato on another one. The last 3 times we have tried this location they got at least one of the orders completely wrong or gave us a completely different item. And who wants to drive all the way back up there to get it fixed. I suggest to go to a different location.

Ordered via phone for first order here. Ordered 6”in California combo. Order was ready on pickup. While I spelled my name and used words for each letter the bag was no where near my name. When I told them this was unacceptable because while mistakes are human , they giggled and thought it was funny that they just made up a name. I didn’t find the humor. They handed me the bag with the sub and no cup I ordered and paid for a combo and the guy said do you want the chips and drink after I reminded him it was a COMBO of course I wanted the drink and chips. They were not particularly busy. I won’t be returning.

They usually get a 5 but now I see that they are on some robbery ish....the sandwich maker offered me to change a sandwich anc the cashier charged me extra, i paid it because I wanted to document the experience but this was clearly a plot because the manager heard me request assistance but stood there laughing next to the pirate who robbed me! Maybe its the climate in todays world or they are on some bs now! PS. I see them 3-4 times weekly as well so this was blatant!
