Had the chicken, taco and walked right back to the food truck to try their birria & cochihita tacos. Amazing!!!!

Best Mexican tacos come from this Best Mexican food truck located on corner of Washington Place & Broadway. Freshly made to order and fresh taste including slice of pineapple, pickled onions, home made salsas green mild, hot, very hot. Tender pieces of carnitas, carne asada, chicken — all put together deliciously!

Just had my favorite taco in nyc. Got the chicken adobado. Came out fast but tasted fresh and was definitely made to order. Can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu.

The best food you'll have ever!!! Everything on their menu is to die for. Their meats are seasoned to perfection, their sauces are spicy and flavorful. I absolutely adore this place! I recommend trying their burritos, vampiros and mulitas the most.

We hired Adrian and Habañero Pibil to cater our wedding reception and they did such a great job!! We had a personal tortilla heating station and tried the chicken, carnitas and mushroom and they even threw in shrimp as a bonus!! They did all of the setup and clean-up seamlessly and all of the guests raved about the flavors (which I personally have been enjoying often as their truck is across the street from my office)! Go give them a try and tell Adrian that Jason sent you!

If you like chipotle, you will more than likely love this place. As chipotle is more americanized approach, this is the Mexican version of chipotle in a sense with their great selection of tacos, bowls, vampiros, etc. Very flavorful tacos 🌮 your taste buds will thank you. Definitely a must go if you haven’t already.

I'm an NYU student who just tried this truck for the first time. This is some of the best tacos I've had in NYC! I will definitely be coming back. Any NYU student should check this spot out for a quick, affordable, and yummy lunch!

behold a food truck with seating built-in! stopped at Habanero Pibil for some late-in-the-day takeout tacos. the Habanero Pibil truck must be popular bc they only “protein” they had left was asada (steak). steak chunks topped with cilantro, onions, salsa, & guacamole on a tortilla (asked for salsa verde, too). the seasoned beef mixed well especially the guac. the tacos are amply stuffed. these are good tacos imo and a nice addition to the NYU area. the menu is filled out with quesadillas, burritos, rice bowls, and more. staff are chill. the truck seems to be parked on weekdays from lunchtime to late afternoon. no better excuse to hangout in nearby Washington Square Park with some enjoyable calories and soak in a sunny day.
