My server was Alexis J She was seriously AMAZING. From the moment we sat down she was so sweet, attentive, and on top of everything without ever being overbearing. Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfectly, and she made the whole experience feel fun and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her tables. This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, and it was 100% because of her. Give this girl her flowers.

Nicole was awesome. She greeted us with a big smile even after I told her I had a party of 12 with 2 kids. She sat us down, took our orders, got the orders right, and remembered everyone's order. She checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone had something different to eat, but everybody enjoyed their meals. Good food and great service.

Alex smiled the whole time very friendly lady. Very attractive and made sure we never went without drinks. Food came out in good time and Alex made sure we had everything we needed to eat.

Alex was our server one particular time, and she was a wonderful server, very patient, calm, checked on us multiple times, offered substitutes when we asked about other options, etc. The food is also great; our go-to is the cheesesteak omelette, breakfast wrap, and waffle combo. I loved the to-go coffee as well. Keke’s is one of our favorite breakfast spots, and we’re always willing to wait if we come during rush hour. Keep up the great service!

Came for the pancakes, stayed for the coffee and service. Leia was a great server, welcomed me quickly and made sure to check in that I had everything I needed. She even started a fresh batch of decaf for me. I wasn’t expecting the coffee to be so good, I had three cups. I ordered a combo, and it came out quickly and the pancake was enormous and fluffy. I’ll definitely be back.

This place was absolutely fantastic, I just proposed to my future wife and we wanted a beautiful brunch, our waiter Alex was the best at service, speed, presentation, and smile. The food and service is amazing! We had Nicole as our waitress and she was so helpful and friendly. I had the pancake and added granola and banana. The pancake was on point as were the grits and the sunshine bowl. We are from out of town but it was so good last year when we came that we came back. Highly recommended!

Alex is the best. I’ve seen a lot of waitresses, the best people, and some are okay, some are disasters — Alex is a total winner. She’s fast, very fast, drinks arrive before you even know you’re thirsty. Always smiling, always professional, always winning. Leia was the sweetest waitress i had. Very caring, very friendly, extremely accommodating. I was mistakenly given the wrong pancake and she immediately made it right... she's awesome and I highly recommend anyone to ask for her. The atmosphere rating is low only because the A/C in the building seemed to not be working that day it was hot inside the establishment. Overall great 👍🏾

I’ve never really tried brunch places before so Keke’s it was based off of photos. It’s located in the same plaza as Crunch Fitness and Chuck E Cheese in the corner. Parking is a bit rough so you might end up parking far. We went in as an 8 top and were told it would be a 30 minute wait. We were sure if we wanted to wait but ended up doing so waiting for the rest of our party. Hostesses were friendly and the tall young lady was great and excellent in taking photos! We were seated and our server was very patient and helpful. I showed her a pic on here of their banana shake but they no longer had it which was sad so I ordered the Florida Waffles instead without the blueberries. I also ordered the Turkey Club with kettle cooked chips and a pickle. It was delish and very big! No avocado to be seen in sight so if that’s something you need for your brunch, go elsewhere or bring your own, lol. Overall, portions are bigger here but not necessarily better. It was an okay visit. Vibes were good and a good brunch place.

Although I've liked Keke's, this location was slow, not as clean and did not seem like a great value. I ordered an omelete, but additional items were expensive. For the size, I would not want to pay $25-$30, only to be hungry again in 1 hours. The atmosphere is fine, but I've been to better locations. For breakfast food, it should be more reasonably priced. If you have not tried it before, the menu is diverse and I would suggest you try it once.

**Title: Absolute joke of a service—don’t waste your time.** I am beyond disappointed and honestly just fed up with this location. I ordered ahead 40 minutes in advance, thinking I’d be in and out. Instead, I arrived only to be told they were "backed up." If you’re backed up, don't accept mobile orders with a set pickup time. It gets worse. I asked to speak to a manager—he took 5 minutes to even show up, then literally **disappeared for 20 minutes.** I was standing there like a ghost while he went into witness protection. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, and that’s when the "run-around" started. They told me I had to do it through the app; the app told me I couldn't do it there and had to contact the store. Nobody wanted to take responsibility. After a **full hour** of waiting and being told no one knows when the food coming out, I finally got my food. Guess what? It wasn't even good and definitely not worth the headache. I’m done with Keke’s. If I wanted to wait an hour for a disappointment, I’d have stayed home. I'll be taking my business to IHOP from now on—at least they know how to manage a kitchen and a refund. **Never again.** 😀

Our server was polite, atmosphere is clean. Food was tasty but a little too salty. The reason for this review is I have to share a very awkward experience i had with our server Leah. I ordered an omelette with toast and grits. Received an omelette with home fries, when i notified our server she said she must’ve ringed it in wrong and she will get my grits, which is not a big deal mistakes happen. The issue that was appalling was, after she rang in my grits she came over with a small plate and asked me to scrape all the home fries onto the small plate. I don’t know if this was the server’s decision or an order from above, but I’ve never had something like that happen to me in any other place of service, absolutely disgusted and appalled. I even murmured that I’m fine with leaving them on my plate as a i took the small plate from her but she completely ignored the remark. Left the place with a bad taste in my mouth.
