I love everything about this restaurant; the ambience, food and service. My husband and I went on 4th of July and the Vybe Band was nice. We had the salmon sliders “on point”, spinach dip “on point”, wings “on point” and red snapper fish with jollof rice and Mac and cheese “on point”! Give them a try, they hey will not disappoint you!

First time visit. Loved the atmosphere and ambiance. Adequate seating. Limited menu items but the food and drinks are very tasty. Available lounge with stage and nice bar for karaoke, DJ, or band on selected nights. Good service. 👍🏾

This was the first time me and my wife ever went to this place the piano keys restaurant is very nice. The food was good. The service was good. I definitely will be back.

I enjoyed this place well over all it was amazing would definitely go back again. Just watch the people!!!!!!! The staff was amazing music was on point food was delicious. Great time 10 out of 10

Nice atmosphere and vibe, Ireallyenjoyed the music The servers were polite and courteous. The food was actually pretty good with a nice portion size. We wanted to sit at a booth, but we're unable to. Other than that, I do stop in again.

Had a Great time at Piano Keys last night on my Birthday. The food was Delicious and of course it was definitely a Great Vibe.

Jerk wings are delicious!!! Roasted vegetables and the collards were also very good!! Service was friendly and quick! One of my favorite places

We celebrated my son's 40th birthday party on Saturday 7 Feb The service from the time you walk in was exceptional. The greeting and service was 10/10. I love the fact that on Saturday's you have a live band and then WPGC.95 goes live after that. When I say I had no issues at all that's I mean. The staff and the live entertainment showed my son so much love. They offered bottle service as well so I ordered that and yes that had the bottle girls and guy bring out the sparkles and a board that was lit up with his name on it. It was beautiful!!! and the drinks sat me on my butt! the bartender is the truth and the food was the icing on the cake. Speaking of cake we had cake that we brought in and they made sure we had plenty of small plates to serve our family and friends. My service waitress was on point and we had a party of about 25. She held it down and we had a two huge bills but nothing came up short and everybody paid with no issues. We had the best time ever! and my son was so happy and that's what mattered the most. Thank you Piano Keys for making my son's night a success! I will definitely be back to enjoy the other entertainment they offer.

I am starting to get out a bit more, I have a honey to share these experiences with these days. Makes outings more enjoyable. We went to the Sunday Brunch, on 1/4/2026 at Piano Keys Restaurant and Lounge. The food was flavorful, the atmosphere was vibrant, and to boot, a live DJ!! That was great to hear live music while dining. Which brings me to the waitstaff, who anticipated our every want and need. But one server in particular, our server, "KUMARI." She was absolutely amazing. I asked for her name, so that I could shout her out. She came and checked on us regularly, made sure our disabled party guest felt included wanted and welcomed. I so appreciate how she went out of her way to make sure we ALL WERE GOOD. Thank you for a great time. I will definitely be back to dine again.

My first visit to Piano Keys. The food, drinks, and atmosphere was great and inviting. Service was slow starting off with drinks and appetizers. It took us inquiring at the front desk and about 25 minutes after before someone came to our table. I would definitely go back maybe not on Valentines Day =)

The entire menu, EXCELLENT!! Food is fresh, drinks were great when I used to drink but I don’t anymore and atmosphere is club like. However the FOOD!!! GREAT!!! It’s flavorful, plentiful, and worth every penny. I wish I could hired the chef personally. I’ve been several times like 5 or six or more over the course of several years. The food NEVER disappoints. If you don’t like the club atmosphere that’s fine… do take out. Did I mention the food?… you have to try them. And the service is ALWAYS on point. As a matter of fact, I might get some take out before this storm that’s suppose to be coming. The food never disappoints it’s definitely comfort food. My favorite dish is the chicken parm, which I was elated that they added that to the menu. It’s a bit Of a twist using beef in the tomato sauce on the chicken but I love the richness and robustness flavor it brings to the dish. I didn’t realize that this slight deviation would make such a party on my palate. This is definitely on my rotation forever. The key to a great dish is consistency, freshness, and flavor and the brought it and continue to bring it. 4.1? Nope … I give them 5 star all the way!!!

I went here last Friday night and had a great time. The atmosphere was really nice, the drinks were great and the food was good too. They had 2 bands set up at different times throughout the nights, so the vibes were great. I will definitely visit again.

Wasn’t crowded which was cool, chill vibe, good food and an amazing band! They engaged the crowd, whatever equipment they were using made the instruments so crisp! The drummers did their thing on the congas the vocalist was really great as well! I would come back just for the band!

Went here for Valentine's Day and the vibe was perfect. Unfortunately service was definitely slow maybe because they were overwhelmed with the amount of people. My sides were great but the smoked ribs were definitely tough. My wife had the braised ribs and they were perfect.

I went here for a birthday dinner and the vibe, music, and food was great. Only reason for the 4 stars because of the table we were seated that the upper light above the table was not working. I had to asked the waitress for three small lamps to see the menu, see the food, and feel comfortable. Overall, they were friendly and accommodating.

Went for brunch with the girls and vibe is really nice, DJ on point. Food was good. I got jerk chicken and waffles. The chicken was tender and delicious, but my issue was with the waffles. I'm pretty sure these are store bought waffles you buying bulk, they were very sugary. I don't understand why they just can't make waffle batter and serve homemade waffles. Other than that, this would have been a 5 star rating for food.

Great local atmosphere if your looking for entertainment and food. You will be charged $20+ after 8pm on weekends if they have entertainment. You would think it's free if you already spent over $100+ on food and drinks at 7pm. The food is smaller portion but good. Drinks are really good. The pepper soup was salty and the fish was not good in the soup due to the excessive bones. My favorite pepper soup is bukom In dc...the fish has bones too. But not nearly as many. Overall the menu selection is very limited and the mandatory pay for entertainment...I'm not sure if I would return on the weekends unless I didn't feel like driving to the city and/or wanted a quick meal.

Celebrated my birthday here. The band was great, showed love all night to all the birthdays. The service here is hit or miss. We waited 45 minutes for drinks bottle service. Food came quick. Vibe is nice. Parking is plentiful. I love that I can come here any day of the week and enjoy an upbeat atmosphere.

Loved this place. The food was awesome and service was great. The only thing I would suggest is the location of the stage. I would switch it to the location of the DJ booth so if people were sitting to the left of me could see a little of the stage also unless it's set up like that for a reason

I heard that this was a nice place and decided to give it a try. It being close by/not having to drive into the city was a plus. Ambience is great. Sound system is perfect. Those things set the tone. Our server Julia was nice. I wanted the meat loaf but they were out. Ordered the short ribs instead. Glad that they were out of the meat loaf. Short ribs were great. I wish there were a few more Side item choices and my mashed potatoes needed butter/etc but small gripes. One complaint. There was confusion about seating/time allowed/ cover charge for band that we didn't see on the website. Threatened to ruin the evening but those short ribs and my two Cadillac Records saved it. Definitely will be back.

The dinner dj is great. The food is OK. The service can be a bit slow. They do charge fees to use credit cards and automatic gratuity is included.

I spent my birthday here with a friend in the VIP section. Great food and drinks. My only gripe was the excessive wait for cocktails. Our server was nice and pleasant. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

We came for dinner as part of our adventure challenge book. #datenight we had wanted to check out Piano Keys as it is near our home and serves Nigerian dishes. Would love more vegetable vegetarian dishes. I had the meatloaf with garlic mashpotatoes and roasted veg. Food was delicious and had some good spice as well. Would recommend calling ahead to see what is on tap for entertainment for the evening. Happy hour DJ was alright and played a good mix of tunes. R&B

Fun times on Friday night in the lounge area. The DJ was great and played the jams that kept us on the floor 💃🏾. Drinks were good and strong, this was my first time there and we had a really good time 😝will definitely be back 😊.

Nice spot. It seats a little weird to me as the dining room is near the front, but the bar is in the back. You literally have to walk past people dining to get to the bar. Other than that, it's cool. I had an appetizer and a couple of drinks. The food was good, my drink was a little weak, though. I dined alone, but think this would be a cool date night spot. On Wednesdays, it's karaoke night.

I came here for my birthday a few days ago with a friend. The friend treated us to a table in the VIP section. Had an amazing time. The only negative was the wait time for drinks. The waitress was nice and customer service oriented. Overall, it was a great experience.

This was my 4th visit to Piano Keys in a 3yr time span. The atmosphere is nice, the food is good, however the service is super slow. The 1st time I went I thought it was because we were a large party (9 people), however, that doesn't seem like the case. Even with a party of 4 it was slow. I believe there isn't enough staff waiting tables. If that doesn't bother you it's a nice place to go.

The peach cobbler was outstanding! I can't say the same for the chicken wings. They appear to cheap and low quality. Grade D-

First time there around the dinner hour. I ordered the steak and hubby ordered the pork chops. I exchanged my steak for the short ribs mmmmmm they were so good and tender. The service started slow especially since there weren’t many people there yet. We enjoyed our food while the live band played on. Music was good Definitely coming back to try more things on the menu. Chris was wonderful he came to check on us when we received our food. He saw i didn’t care for the steak and recommended the ribs. Thank Chris. Good Choice!!

The ambience is dope. It reminds me of "Half Note." The drinks are pretty strong, but the food is portions don't match the prices. I was served shrimp and grits in a small bowl full of grits with 4 large grilled shrimp. My first order, the shrimp was a little spoiled and my helpful server took them back to get me right with a fresh bowl of shrimp and grits. The apple cobbler was not sweet at all and they put that and my ice cream in a to go box when I asked for no ice cream. My common sense was on point, but apparently theirs was lacking.

Me and 7 of my friends went for brunch. We got there right when they opened 11am but that didn’t help the experience lol. Brunch is now buffet. With French toast n waffle option al la carte. The food was good. Once we were seated, it took over 30mins for us to get our drinks. We were well into the second plate or even finish the meal before we got our beverages. There are fees you may wanna take note to. 18% automatic gratuity for large parties, 4% fee for using electronic payments, a bottle service fee of about 18%. I say this because you may want to check your bill before paying, they had to correct or bill more than once. Overall, the ambiance was amazing, food good, just the service was not efficient.

I've visited this establishment three times; once on a Tuesday (Comedy Show), once for the Furlough HH (which I appreciated), and on a Saturday night. To me, 90% of the comedians weren't funny, but to each his own. The food is good, but the service is hit or miss. On December 20th, my friend and I arrived at approximately 10:30 pm. Hardly anyone was there, but that's how it looked the previous times. We stood at the bar because we definitely weren't paying over $100 for a table. There was a woman sitting on a bar stool beside us, and at 11 pm, a security guard approached her, and asked her to get up because he had to remove the bar stool. I was floored. Although he was doing this job, this was rude & tacky. I wouldn't recommend any establishment that treats patrons that way, just because the owner wants to make money off of people buying tables. Maybe I'd buy a table at a nicer establishment, but not here.

It’s a Saturday night and only one server / hostess very sweet by the way … just understaffed. Waited for 40 mins for food or longer there were… given no silverware. I would never come back. Also I want to let it be known there were about 15 people on a Saturday night the radio station here too!! It’s a no for me. Repesctfully…

This was probably one of the worst waiter experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. My sister and I went here for brunch on a Sunday. There were not many people there at all. The restaurant was not busy or crowded whatsoever. But we barely saw our waiter, even though at its highest peak there were only about 5 tables she had to wait on. She would check on us and then we wouldn’t see her for about 30 minutes. There were plenty of times my sister had to either wave her down or get up and chase her down because we didn’t know when we would see her again. There were times where there were even 2 or 3 tables and we still wouldn’t see her for 30 minutes at a time. It was absolutely ridiculous! It was so bad I went to the hostess and asked if I could pay there because I was tired of waiting on our waiter and was ready to leave. If the place was crowded and super busy I could somewhat understand the slow service. But when there are only 5 tables in the entire restaurant, it is inexcusable to get that kind of service. The only reason I will give it 2 stars and not 1 is because the food and drinks were good.

Went on Valentine's day, had a reservation, had to wait 35 mins for a table (no big deal but leads into a pattern). Once seated, we weren't greeted by our server. After 20 mins, we asked the greeter if she could get the server because we wanted our water, she said she would get her, never came back to our table to update us to let us know the server was coming. waited about 15 more mins, no server, asked another server if she knew who our server was, she did and gave us her name (will spare her, not sure why thought). She actually came back to our table and said the server will be coming shortly. That shortly turned into another 15 mins. When the server finally came, hubby and I was instantly irritated because she had walked pass us several times without acknowledging us (and two other tables that had the same complaint as us) We finally got our water, then drinks and meal. The salmon was dry as a bone, the mac and cheese tasted like it was cooked a week in advanced then frozen (the consistency of the cheese made me gag! it was mushy!) the ribs were meh. But now for the check. Hubby and I debated over the tip but decided we were going to give her 5% although our default is always 20%. However, we looked at our check and there was a $17.49 bottle service fee on our check and we did not have bottle service. She immediately had it removed, however, hubby and I truly believe, she intentionally put that on the check and it wasn't because she didn't think we would tip, we truly believe that is her hustle. Oh, I forgot, it was candle lit, with no candles, and only about 6 tables had lighting. we had to use the flashlight on our phone to read the menu!!!!!! Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE READ: if you have a peanut allergy please please please be careful. there was no warning about peanuts or peanut oil being used with any dishes from what I saw. the food was tasty however I couldn't enjoy anything bc I immediately started having an allergic reaction to the Beef Suya. I wasn't able to finish my meal. I later ended up being pretty sick because of the food I had unfortunately:(. to whoever owns or manages this restaurant PLEASE!!!!! at least put up warnings about this! someone could unfortunately be seriously harmed by this lack of information.

Some of the worst salmon and mash potatoes I’ve ever had. The servers were nice, but the food took forever to hit the table. For it to then be nasty was very unfortunate.

The decor and ambience was nice. However, the service did not align to the decor and ambience. The bartender (Tiffany) did her absolute best—However, it was evident that she was overwhelmed and could not serve the bar along with the customers in the lounge area. Nonetheless, she was very attentive and this score does not reflect the service that she provided. It’s an overall observation of our experience. Also, we were told via phone that live music was at 8:00 PM. However, that was not the case.

Place is great. I'm not happy at all about the website advertisement that they did not adhere to (no free wings n fries and no $5 margaritas). DJ played Lil Young in music too. Everyone was 40 and up so play 40 and up music.

Very disappointed in the host for 10.24.25. After our IDs were checked...we seated ourselves at a booth...we sat there for 20+ minutes only later to find out from a waitress that we have to be seated by a host and that's why we were not served... No problem.. 1. We informed her we didn't know and they checked our IDs...she was puzzed to at the fact no1 seated us or told us...even after knowing...we were sitting there for 20+ min...she did not escort us to the host to explain the situation... 2. We went back to the front...and informed the host what was told to us...With little to no emotion..afflect facial expression the host said "You have to ask for a table"...we were at a lost for words...because you saw us come in...waited to have IDs check...and saw us walk off to seat yourself, and you are the host...you never thought to ask if we want a table or bar? 3. After telling her we wanted a seat...a discussion was held with her and another young lady using an ipad ...a discussion was had (another delay with no explanatio...regards or sorry dor the wait)...a discussion on where to seat us in a place that had at least 10-12 opening tables... 4. Once seated...we stayed another 7 minutes without being served...no acknowledgement...or anything...not even provided with menus let a lone a glass of water... We we highly disappointed with the service...follow through...no consideration to acknowledge what had occurred or will/skill to rectify each event that occurred...the lack of connection from the host and servers... did not have a welcoming vibe at all...We ended up leaving... We were not looking for entilement or VIP status...but we didn't expect Respect...decency...and acknowledgement...
