We went there with 5 adults and 6 grandsons. We all had the lunch specials, and it was delicious. The service was great. In fact I even told the manager how great our server was. We'll definitely be back.
We just returned to this location after swearing it off a year ago. I am so glad we decided to give it another try! The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I had the rock lobster which was so yummy and my husband had the cheeseburger which was also amazing. Highly recommend it!
birthday celebration. Appeared to be a slow night for the restaurant. Server was very attentive. Anticipated requests, very friendly. Most of the plates were delicious. Fried fish was a bit salty but everything else was really good.
My husband and I had an early dinner and Marvin our waiter provided excellent services. He had multiple tables and was very attentive to all. We have eaten at many Red Lobsters across the US and this was the best service we had. To Marvin and the management, keep up the great services to all.
Red Lobster's biscuits had to be the best I've ever eaten in my entire life!!! I LOVED LOVED LOVED the Bartendress SARA! She was so cute. So funny. So helpful. Both she & the cute guy bussing tables were a GREAT TEAM! And did I mention RUBY, the Manager. She took the time to come over & introduce herself. Spoke so highly of her staff. All managers should be like Ruby. BEST FOOD. BEST PEOPLE
It’s been years since I last had Red Lobster — probably since I was a kid — and coming back brought on a wave of nostalgia in the best way possible. The experience blew my expectations out of the water. Let’s start with the Cheddar Bay Biscuits… unreal. Perfectly crispy and buttery on the outside, soft and piping hot on the inside. Just as addictive as I remembered. We started with the Signature Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms — and even though I’m not typically a fan of mushrooms, they were really good. Packed with flavor and not too heavy. For my main, I ordered the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, expecting maybe 6 shrimp like most places. Nope — they loaded it up with about 14 to 16 shrimp! That kind of portion is almost unheard of, and they were perfectly cooked. I also tried some of my girlfriend’s Walt’s Favorite Shrimp — fried to golden perfection. Light, crispy, and not greasy at all. You can tell Red Lobster has put in the effort with their revamp — from the food to the atmosphere, everything felt refreshed and welcoming. I’m so glad I came back. I left fully satisfied and already looking forward to my next visit.
So happy that this location in Brea is still open for some lunch on a Saturday afternoon around 3:00 pm. It was not busy so we were seated right away. We ordered stuffed mushrooms, three item shrimp plate with potato and some drinks. The Long Island ice tea was good but the Bahama Mama was a slushy type drink and delicious. The biscuits are always tasty. The stuffed mushrooms were served very hot with lots of cheese but they are a bit fishy tasting. For the shrimp platter, we chose the shrimp Alfredo, scampi and some fried which was enough that we shared. The shrimp Alfredo cream sauce was a bit chalky for my liking. The place itself is a pretty good size with a bar and dim lighting, very calming and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as we walked in and she constantly greeted patrons as they were leaving. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant throughout our entire meal. She even took our plates when we were done so our table wasn’t crowded as we continued enjoying the rest of our meal. We definitely will return for other meals.

Food was meh but service was good. Our waiter was very attentive. And our food piping hot when it came out. I came for a birthday dinner. Did the shrimp feast. But the kicker is the garlic butter cheese rolls, Dank!!!. Also bar area is good cold brew or specialty drinks very good customer service.
Food was just ok, Redondo Lobster has come a long way. It is getting better and headed in the right direction. I am a very harsh critic of food, so for most people, the food would be considered good. The food was fresh and the taste was fine, so for me it was OK. The service was GREAT! ALL of the staff was very attentive and kind, my server had good recommendations. Over all, I enjoyed the experience and will be back to see for their happy hour. The drink I had which was wine was good.
Just as I remember those delicious cheddar bay biscuits! 😋 My favorite has always been the fish and chips, they are always plump, crispy, with flaky juicy fish flesh - wow, getting hungry now! A new item I tried was the sesame-soy salmon bowl. So much flavor in the sesame soy glaze with perfectly roasted Brussels sprouts. The kids always enjoy the lobsters trouting around in the tank 🦞
Went to eat at this location for the first time. I haven't been to a Red Lobster in over 10 years and I have to honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed my meal and everyone else I was with enjoyed theirs as well. The food felt fresh and everything was actually cooked to perfection. I thoroughly enjoyed the Lobster Dip. It was extremely flavorful and the chips were great. My kids have the mac and cheese and honestly I liked the fact that it was Kraft mac and cheese. At a price point of $7.99, it worked out well. The kids meal came with one side so one of my kids had broccoli and the other had French fries. The broccoli portion was somewhat small but the french fries was plentiful. Both kids were able to share the fries and it was more than enough. I had the shrimp fest where I picked three different shrimp items and I added half a pound of snow crab legs. It was more food than I could have handled haha. I ended up taking almost the entire side of shrimp fettuccine alfredo home. The shrimp scampi was really really flavorful. I was very happy with that. My husband had the Mahi and he enjoyed it. I did not try it but it looked good overall. We did not get any drinks or desserts so I cannot add input there. I am sort of bummed out that they were not clear about their rewards app. All the signage made it sound like if you signed up you would get 10% off in general. So I signed up thinking I would get 10% off this meal. Apparently after you sign up it lets you know that your next meal. I was sort of bummed out but honestly this meal was not overpriced. I felt that for a family of four where each person had their own entree and we also had an appetizer, it was somewhat affordable. The bill was right about $100.

Last Sunday was our first time ever at Red Lobster, and it will definitely be our last. We were a large group of 25 people, and our family’s order was actually the first one the server took. Shockingly, it ended up being the only order that never came. All our friends got their food, while our server casually claimed she “forgot ours” — no apology, no explanation, nothing. A few minutes later, the manager Erin came over. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, she blamed us and said that because we were a big group, they “forgot” our order. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly unbelievable. She never once said “I’m sorry.” All she kept repeating was that the food would come and we “just have to wait.” At that point, we were extremely frustrated. We asked to speak to another supervisor, and thank God Ignacio Arroyo (Culinary Manager) came. He was the only person who handled the situation professionally. He apologized, took ownership of the mistake, and made things right. Mistakes can happen — we understand that. But the way Erin handled the situation was unacceptable, and it completely ruined our experience. I truly hope this message reaches Constance Walsh (General Manager) so she is aware of how guests are being treated. Management needs to make sure the right people are interacting with customers. This was our first time at Red Lobster, and out of 25 people, not a single one left with a positive experience. Even the guests who received their food on time were upset after seeing how poorly our family was treated. Absolutely unacceptable service. We won’t be returning.
