Excellent experience at this Domino's! I ordered for pick up and was greated by everyone!! I used the mobile app to order for the first time. After looking at my order before I left I noticed I didn't get the pepperoni's that I thought I ordered. My mistake within the app. ( Got to get better at using today's technology! ) I had verbally mentioned this in their presence. As I was attempting to leave the premises, I was stopped by the manager on duty and asked if he could remake the pizza with the pepperoni's on it. He said at no charge! He was persistent at giving me what I had thought I ordered. Being that it was my mistake I thank him but refused the remake he was offering. I've never been treated like I was that important. To go out of their way to make sure I left satisfied is something you just don't see these days. From my understanding, this location is under new management. I WILL be returning to this store.! I'm also not one to place reviews but I just had to take the time to post this one! Keep up the good work Domino's!!🍕🍕🍕
I usually pick up a pizza at this location when between Austin and Houston. I've been always left very satisfied from Clay and his outstanding service. The food is always on point, clean location, and always looking forward stopping by. Thank you, Clay and this Brenham Domino's team!

It was lunch time and my son asked for Domino's. What's a Dad to do? It helps that I also like the sandwiches. Wifey, son, and I dined in over my lunch break. Wifey and son ordered pizza while I grabbed an Italian sandwich. I really like the new interior. The food was delicious and the staff was professional and courteous.

Wanted a snack after an ER visit so got on the app & ordered their carry out special. Really enjoyed the notifications at every stage of the order cooking. Didn't take long at all. Bought a pepperoni & bacon thin crust and 2 drinks for less than $11. Score! Will def be back!
I would just like to say that we place an order (Richard Bickerstaff) at your establishment 2 to 3 times a week usually. We just want to let you know that order #426 that we placed on 10/7/24 at 2:19pm was the best pizza we have ever had not just from y’all, but from all of the pizza places around Bellville, Sealy and Brenham. Everything about the pizza was superb! Keep up the good work. Thank you🍕☺️👍
Gina should be running this place if she isn't. She was calling orders, making food, greeting customers, and cheering her team on for working hard during a rush. She has great leadership skills and that deserves to be recognized. First time in the location and I will now be a regular because of how great she was.
Called this location with a late order for 25 pizzas. They had my order out on time and at a great price. I highly recommend this location of Domino's for the quality of the food and the great service.

2nd visit, and this time, the pasta did not have enough sauce. I ordered from the app, and when I picked up the order at the window, I was informed they were out of garden salads, so I accepted the Caesar salad. The bread twits were great. I hope they will add a couple more tablespoons of pasta sauce next time.
Ordered on-line tonight and the site was much easier to use then in the past. The pizzas were ready on time and the staff was very pleasant. The only concern I have is the pizza sauce. It tastes different (has a little kick to it now). Prefer the good Italian tomato base with herbs and not the spicey hot after-taste. Why did it change? Just wondering. Still prefer Domino's pizza over the competitors....
UPDATE: The foreman called me, was very apologetic & will replace the order, so I'm bumping up review. Thank You, Jesus; thank you, Brian! Ordered a medium extravaganza & half the toppings were missing. Couldn't get thru on phone same night; called again next day. Person that answered phone had me text him picture of pizza that I'd taken from night before showing missed toppings. He then told me they'd replace it upon next order, but I'd have to come into the store instead of use contactless delivery. Well, now a couple weeks have elapsed & i want to order, so i call & am informed that they're no longer going to replace the medium extravaganza, but give me a medium two-topping pizza...there were more than two-toppings missing. Was told manager & GM were busy & couldn't come to the phone & didn't get a return call...as if i did something wrong. All this for Domino's to do their job. They've my money, but I'm out my pizza. 😞

Just like last night last we ordered 2orders of Philly cheese steak loaded tots and when we got home realized we were given something different. The young man I talked to was very apologetic and eager to fix the issue. I believe this name was Jacob. When I picked up the remake Mr George asked me several times "could he do anything else to make it up to us for needing to come out again etc....... So we were very pleased these the two guys were so pleasant yet still professional in the way there handled

This place is hit or miss. They still have decent pizza. I just do not like that if you pay with card in the store that they have to type in all of your card information, including security code on the back, and have to type in your postal code. It's a fraud alert waiting to happen when they literally have to type in every card sensitive number from your cards. Pay in cash. Go to an ATM before if you have to, but pay in cash.
Ordered online for drive thru pick up when I got there I waited for 20 minutes and no one came to the window and said anything even though they clearly seem me. I finally parked and went inside to get it. I asked the girl that got our pizzas for us if they had anyone running the window and she said no not really. Yes they were all busy but they didn't have a sign or anything on the he window asking customers to come inside to pick up or anything just ignoring their customers. Very poor service.

Customer service sucks at this location. That's too bad because the pizza is hands down better than any dominos in Houston. The female that answers the phone is rude and abrupt. She needs a 'chill pill ' it ain't that serious. Courtesy goes a long way..after all this is a pizza place my Goodness!! Remember.... Money is green no matter whose hand you receive it from and ALL customers deserve respect !!! Don't know if i will get pizza here again.
They can be sketchy. Once they said the pizza was ready and when we got there, we had to wait 30 minutes. Today they ended the curbside timer early. Other times, they are good. Completely hit or miss.
Just spent $40 on a large pizza and choc chip cookies. Very disappointed. Gave me thin crust when I had ordered N.Y. Pizza was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting around the store for awhile. Will not order again from Dominos.

Food is good for pizza. It if you do a car side pickup and the order says ready be ready to wait for an extra 5-15 min before they bring it out. Or just go in and be told they are still working on it even if the app says done. Staff is nice but either the app is wrong or they just turn the timer off when it’s ready so you don’t get the pizza free deal so it doesn’t hurt their numbers. This isn’t the first time and gave them on out of a busy night but a Sunday afternoon and no cara waiting not giving a pass this time. Pizza was ready at 6:41:17 and it’s 6:51 and I’m still waiting!!

They messed up on my order I asked for half pepperoni and mushroom and half cheese extra sauce well done, they gave me half pepperoni half mushroom and hardly any sauce. I called and them and they fixed it but hardly no sauce and not well done. I was disappointed and they took almost an hour that my grandson fell asleep crying and didn't eat any at all.

On a personable note, any location that is willing to hire a GM that is capable of vocalizing slander and risk a lawsuit should be marked one star, or none, and I would then highly advise guests to take their hard earned money to another location. That aside, you would find better quality pizza at any other location than the local Dominos in Brenham. The pizza is either not cut all the way through, leaving the customer to cut it at home; sometimes it's dry, toeing the overcooked line; and others, it simply was not made well enough to justify the cost of Dominos today. The workers are likeable, GM aside, but whomever hired the GM needs to take a closer look, as they may be putting their franchise at risk with this hire.

Won’t waste my time or money on Dominos again. Placed order 12/21. Never got my food, went to bed hungry. Woke up next day and app showed “delivered”, never came to my house. Then get the run around from store on getting a refund since I paid online. so I called corporate. They of course assured me the owner would reach out to get the issue taken care of. No one ever called. Luckily, my bank credited the money back to my account. Lesson learned. Stay away from this location!
Online says pull close to the store for car side. Waited my 2 minutes, it passed. Called the store, was on hold 5 minutes, hung up & went in. They said pull to the curb next time! I wasn't even mad, figured they were busy. Told them that online should say pull to curb. Guy said "it does". I insisted that it does not, it just says pull close to the store. Guy said "yup, that's what I just told you!" I don't care how long you've been slicing pizzas, how dare you speak to me in this manner. I will not return here!
Delivery time is horrible. The quality is sub par I've worked in restaraunts my entire adult life. They don't seem to care, no organization, bad time management, and the quality of the product is really low. When you live in a small town sometimes people get comfortable and they feel like because you have no other options they don't have to work at their best.
Put my order in before 6:00 p.m. I got my pizza at 7:05 p.m. all because of a large order that was put in the day before and management failed to complete the order before they picked it up today so we all had to wait poor management poor leadership won't be back there's three good pizza places right around the corner they will be getting my business
4 days ago I gave this place 4 stars , but today I had to retract to one star. I ordered a pizza and the delivery lady Sharon came to my apartment and then left . i called dominos who assured me she was on the way while the tracker said delivered . I call back no one answered I get to the store the same guy , name was Mike who I previously talked to about my order was in the store and I called from outside to see if he was just ignoring me. I’m listening to the phone ring over and over again and He refused to answer the phone , Finally when he decides to walk out where I’m @ I ask him to contact the driver I was sure my order went to the wrong apartment.He had a really nasty attitude and rolled his eyes and went in to call.Finally after almost two hours my daughter calls dominos arrived but they forgot part of my order.and received almost 2 hours later . The service was horrible I’d advise to never pay before you receive your order this place is understaffed , very unprofessional , unorganized,and the staff I talked to was very rude and impolite .
I ordered a thin crust, chicken pizza and garlic Parmesan wings. Spoiled!!! The smell was horrible 😞 I thought it was the cheese. I didn’t go back I just threw it away. Brenham Dominoes that was unacceptable!!! $27 lost!!!
Gave me a pepperoni pizza looks like it’s been cooked for hours. Asked for extra sauce on both my pizzas because their pizzas are always so dry. Looks and taste’s like there’s absolutely no sauce at all.

Paid the driver cash and tipped him almost 20% because he's a nice kid He leaves and I realize some of our order is missing Called up there to see if maybe he's still close by... 5 minute hold before I can talk to anyone. Tell them the problem. Get put on another hold. Then one more hold. Then someone else picks up... I have to tell them them problem all over again He then asks if I can come pick it up Ummmm NO! I paid for the order AND the delivery fee and you want ME to come up there for what YOU forgot?! You've lost your freakin marbles!

Had a domino’s delivery driver tailgate me and driving unsafe on South market street Brenham tx . 9:00 pm May 13th 2025 Very unsafe and unprofessional.
Too slow. I placed the order online. When the tracker showed the my pizzas are ready I went by to pick it. When I got to the store my pizzas weren’t even in the oven. Guy making them hadn’t even started yet. After waiting 15mins for him to put the pizza in the oven I cancelled the and left. Little better management skills in scheduling.
We ordered when we were over 20 minutes away.Once we got there we waited for 8 minutes.Just think that’s about 30 minutes!We tried to get there attention ,because my daughter had softball practice and we had to leave.Once we asked how much longer they said 10-20 minutes!Thats like an hour for a small pepperoni pizza.It took forever to get them to talk to us.They would not even let us inside.When we finally talked to them they were really rude.Ive been to so many dominos but none have been like this.DO NOT GO HERE!! Rude employees. Last order one pizza was cold and dry like it sat out for hours and the other was burned. Waited 20 mins for order after order is ready notification. We went from biweekly customers to no longer patronizing.
This pan crust was so poorly topped, and dry. I don't even think I like pizza anymore ! I am so sore about the $17 I spent there. The chicken had a funky taste and everything was just gross !! My whole family did not want the pizza. I'll stick to Lil Caesar's next time I want good pizza in Brenham.
We have not been able to order online for delivery since we moved. They deliver... but you have to call because they apparently haven't updated their system. The pizza is always hot and we have never had a problem with quality..... except for the problem of them answering the PHONE! It would be nice if they did that.... since we also can't order for delivery only due to them not updating the system.... which means we order take out and then DRIVE TO GO GET IT! Always nice. (Sarcasm). So I rate them 4-5 stars in food and take it all away due to what I have to do to actually GET THE PIZZA!

The worst customer service !!!!!!! I placed an order online . When i pull up to the window no one comes to the window. So i look around to at least see if it is busy, it is not . So i finally decide to go in after sitting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes!!!!!!! I go inside and ask the worker if she had any help. She rudely throws the pizza dough on the counter and says “ both my drivers are out “ i ask her to just give me my food . She continues to walk to the back i’m assuming where the employees be . She then walks back to the pizza oven still not giving me my food. So by now I'm asking for her managers name and the store number and her name as well. She then tells me she can’t give it to because it is private information!!! She then says that she doesn’t have a manager. I then tell her this is privately owned from What the door says. She then says there isn’t a manager from the store. I told her i would be back until i found out who the manager is. The staff then tells me to call 1-800 domino’s . I will never do business with this restaurant again!!! I will be contacting the BBB and reviewing on yelp!!!!!! The worst customer service ever !!!!

I used to get dominoes all the time when my kids were growing up. But in the span of a few years I'm sorry to say but your pizzas have changed in quality. To be honest they just don't have any taste. We bought 2 pizzas last night (spent about $50), one with all meats and the other with bbq chicken. We drove home and ate on them. The more they cooled the worse they got. I said this last year when I bought a take out pizza from dominoes that I just couldn't do it again but I forgot. Now I'll really remember not to return. I'm sorry to give such a low rating but dominoes has definitely changed something that they use to make these pizzas. The crust gets hard as a bat to eat and there's no seasoning I can taste plus the bbq chicken had very few pieces of chicken. It was mostly tiny chicken pieces with cheese and bbq sauce. Do better dominoes. And lastly when I pulled up to the pick up window, I sat for probably 10 minutes before anyone came to the window. That is also very dissatisfying when you're trying to get your ready pizzas and go.

Y’all have made every excuse in the book: only one delivery driver, a power surge that disrupted your ordering system, seriously?! And the only compensation I get for my three hour wait for one pizza is a 2 liter of soda. Tried to make my evening a little bit easier and at this point, I wish I had never placed an order. Y’all probably are one of the better pizza places in town, but you keep this service and your business will not last. And this isn’t me just writing off of one bad experience, at least the last six months have been terrible service with horrible delivery delivery wait times!
