Good variety of food, as healthy (or not) as you like. Have to be a bit patient; but everyone was friendly. Very much a pizza tavern feel.

Over all pizza was really good. Too bad it was cold. They need to adjust the ready time for pizza when online order placed. Or have a text message when ready. Our pizza was almost cold when picked up during rhe 10 minute window their system provided. I had to find staff to get pizza which took a few additional minutes.

We would not return. Food wasn’t good. Service wasn’t great either. We asked if the caprese panini was a pressed, hot panini and were assured it was. It came as a cold sandwich. One tiny slice of tasteless tomato and cold cheese. We asked about the different sizes of pizza and were met with a blank stare. Only later did we see the different pan sizes displayed and we aren’t sure why those weren’t shown to us when we were ordering and asking. Burger was not good.

A downtown tourist gimmic. Come for the atmosphere and get the ice cream. The food was a joke. People taking your order, on both sides, looking like they'd love to be anywhere but here. Cheesy bread burnt. Asad fries with so much sauce and sourcream it made the fries cold. Fries were the best part if the kids meal.

We stopped in for lunch at 1:30 pm on a Friday. The restaurant wasn’t busy. We ordered from the board on the wall. I asked what was on the nachos and the girl working the register rolled her eyes at me and then slid a menu in front of me. My family wasn’t crazy hungry (just left Blue Bell) so we ordered wings, loaded fries and fried mozzarella. We asked for waters and another eye roll. Our total was $44. We went to fill up our cups and there was no water. I asked the woman at the register and she said she would refill it. We seated ourselves at the only clean table. Each of our apps came separately, when the first one came we asked for some plates. She said they are at the front counter and I could get them. She looked that way and noticed they were empty. She agreed to bring us some. 10 minutes after our first app arrived still no plates, still no water, our next app came I asked again for plates. I went to the counter for forks but they only had two. I asked another time for plates and now forks. This time she came back with them. The water was eventually refilled with one pitcher of water which only filled 3 of our glasses. Someone else pointed out there was no water so she went back and then put hot water into the container. We were pretty over it but were still waiting on our loaded fries and half the wings which they charged us $2 extra to have two flavors for 14 wings. When the fries came I had to laugh….. for $8 the plate was a side bread plate and maybe had 10 fries on it. See pics (fork for reference of the size of plate). The Carne asada was good but having 2 fries a person was disappointing. Fries are cheap. Mozzarella tastes like the oil they fried them in was old. Wings were okay. We won’t be returning when in Brenham.

Service & food were disappointing. We arrived at 810pm & were rushed out by the staff turning off the lights at 850pm (prior to the posted closing time). Our pizza’s were served cold, the wings were rock hard (but warm), and the “loaded” truffle fries were not worth $9. The restaurant has potential, but with the low quality service, over priced menu, and poor tasting food, the restaurant side of this business is not worth a visit.

Ordered a pizza tonight.... It was undercooked. There were 3 employees working. One who was in training and basically doing everything without much guidance from the other 2. We also ordered ice cream. They were out of chocolate and the cheesecake required for one of the shakes. It seemed like social hour for the 2 employees.

Initially I came in to grab something quick to eat and just do some work. However while I was ordering the girl with the multicolored hair and the bigger girl were just giggling and seemed distracted the entire time. Later when they brought me my food ( the food was actually okay) the young lady just set it down and quickly walked away, she didn’t ask if I needed anything at all. Later into my meal I noticed an older woman in a company shirt speaking rather harshly to some of the workers about standing which just seemed unprofessional considering there was no one in the restaurant. All in all the service and the workers are subpar, this establishment used to be better just a few months ago. I do not know what the sudden change was but the owners need to check the staff here.

We used to love this place. Something’s changed and it’s gone downhill. Barely any AC, so it was HOT the entire time we were eating. The place reeked of Pine Sol or Fabuloso. Hard to eat when you’re smelling that. For whatever reason they like to burn the bread or crust of everything you order. The girls working there were nice, but guy up front with the muscles and tank top has a bad attitude.

Nope. Minimal food being made here - frozen stuff with sprinkled cheese. This was our second trip to try it, first time was 3 stars now giving 1. Didn't even eat our lunch, asked for a refund and left.

Sevice was horrible we put our order in at 2.17 pm at 2.50 I question where our appetizer was, she did not come back to let us know, at 3.05 pm we asked for a manager but got another young lady that came out and states it would be 20 more minutes for the wings needless to say our order never went through we requested a refund and she gave us a partial refund because after all this they brought out the appetizer which we ate after an hour of waiting..it was also a double standard , I asked for my tip back and she said I guess, she would not refund all our money but seemed like it was OK for me to pay my tip for the worst service I have had in a long time, management better to get their act together loosing business in this tough economy. Also bumped into another customer that complaine her pizza was frozen and took forever

Best description of the food here is Disgusting! My wife and I got food poisoning from the pizza and wings. Do not waste your money on the wine either. After a long wait, the pizza came out warm but looked old. We ordered it with extra sauce and it had no sauce. The crust was raw on the bottom and it was wet on the pan under it. My wife ate three of the cold boneless wings. Luckily I only ate part of one. The ice cream shop next door is a safe bet but do not risk eating the food in the restaurant. Most restaurants in Brenham are nasty. The BT Longhorn Saloon is always good. Burger King is good. That's about it! We wanted to try something new, never again!
