OK, this is my second visit and now I can do a review. I came here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Last time I ordered the Hangry bowl hot and while it was super good, it was way too hot for me. Usually when you order spicy food at places it's not really spicy at all so that's why I went straight for the hot. But man, it was way too hot for me. I could eat about a third of it so if you can't eat spicy, do medium or mild. Today I got the medium hot and it was perfect! This is what a KFC famous bowl should be.

Whether you’re dining in or taking out, the food is consistently freaking delicious. Super basic (but clean!) inside. Quick and easy pickup. And I got a new friend hooked 😆

I wanted to go to KFC but saw this place. I had not tried this kind of chicken with full flavours. Had few options compared to KFC but it tasted really good and was spicy. Would recommend it.

I went to the Brentwood, CA location. It was busy for just opening up, but the line went quick and the service I got was great. I got the x-hot level for myself. The lady at the counter warned me and told me what pepper (scorpion) they use. The wall decor was fitting to their name. My only negative comment it the entrance, it is a very tiny "lobby" which shouldn't be there. One of those belt dividers that you see at the airport or DMV would be better. Anywho I recommend this place for now. Time will tell how the service experience will evolve.

Brand new place, so it was packed but the line actually went pretty fast, food was fresh also, I got a couple medium sliders and a “Hot”Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, and it was hot hahaha I like spicy but it was too hot for me to enjoy lol (I Did eat it ) but I would recommend the medium haha. I also got the bowl with everything in it, I forget the name of it but I got it hot too hahaha.

First of all, the place was very clean and organized. The young lady that helped us was very polite. The chicken is great and actually HOT. The “Angry” is absolutely ridiculously hot, it’s difficult to eat but somehow makes you want more and more if you love spicy like I do, trust me I struggled a bit. The “call 911” was just as hot tbh hard to notice a difference still great. The “Hot” still has ghost pepper and although it’s slight in some bites that slight was a little more than enough. I would not recommend the “hot” if you do not like spicy I would say try the “Medium” to “Country” heat levels. The fries are good and cooked to a nice crisp. The rice is wack I do not recommend at all.

Heat chicken sandwiches and bowls. I got a sandwich with the hot seasoning. It was some good heat. The server said they use ghost pepper - you could tell! The mac&chrese bowl with fries was great too.

Tastiest hot chicken ever. I loved it a lot! I also enjoyed it with a side of mac & cheese and seasoned fries. Totally recommend this place!

Demetrio was a very good worker. His customer service was 20 stars out of 10. I highly recommend looking into giving this man a raise. He made sure I was welcomed and satisfied with my food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Just an ok place for fried Chicken, I mean the menu is simple, nothing like OMG I have to have this chicken again. It filled the spot. Service at counter wasn't the best, 1 guy bagging orders for doordash etc. And giving customers orders, but yet supposed to deal with customers and handle cash and manage the POS system. Didn't see any kind of sanitary practices when going back to dealing with people's food. Don't have to go back here, not a fan.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The French Fries were great. I'm not sold on their Sliders though, I'm just not sure the tender form factor works well on the round bun. Flavor is OK though. Overall, it's fine.

They really make you sign a waiver when you order the hottest wings. My 1st visit and definitely not my last.

Ordered combo 3 that comes with a chicken slider, and one tender over white bread. I substituted mac & cheese instead of fries. I selected hot as the level of spice. The chicken is crispy outside and tender inside. The taste was good. But I couldn't handle the spice. The honey sachets helped me manage my spiciness. Mac & cheese tastes excellent. Good customer service.

Update: Went in at 9pm and was greeted by Sierra. She took our order and the food was hot and delicious. Thank you to the people in the back too. It’s always nice to get some hot fresh food after a long day. Finally, I tried this place, there was no wait, but others were waiting for food already ordered. Ordered the #1 combo and loaded mac $31.54. Both medium heat, which was not really hot but did have some heat. Chicken gets its heat from dry rub. Wish they came on hotdog buns since it's a chicken strip on a hamburger bun. So you get half a bun with a bunch with coleslaw. Everything was cooked, good and hot. Mac and cheese had good flavor but not as cheesy, and noodles weren't soggy like KFC is. Portions are decent and will fill you up. It's better than KFC sandwiches, and the fries are similar. However, paying 16 dollars for 2 chicken strips on some buns and basic fries is crazy expensive. I'll save my money and get a bag of strips at the store for $7. Add some hot sauce and call it a day.

Cash wrap area is a nightmare of bad design. Bathroom is dirty. Trash is overflowing. $7.61 for just a sandwich and water. Combos are all over $13 each. Three TVs in the dining area. Windows are dirty. You’re asked for a tip at the point of sale but no service is provided. You have to get your own condiments, drinks, and napkins. There’s a back door also used as a supply loading dock. That being said … the slider sandwich was amazing. Tasty, good crispy breading, not too spicy, surprisingly juicy… it took my tongue to flavortown.

We had a bowl with hot chicken, rice, Mac and cheese and Cole slaw. Hubby asked to taste the x hot. They gave him some fries to taste. He said it was extra hot and opted for the hot chicken. Mac and cheese was nice and creamy. My #4 combo had 2 strips, rice, slaw and pickles. I had medium level heat. Generous amount of buttery rice and the pickles were a nice add. Service was friendly, but it was kinda slow to get our food. We waited about 15 min or so. Price is about $15 each.

The excellent food, and the service in the end was very bad because they were denied the sauces that well with the chicken they told me that it was already in the bag and did not come.

Food was really good. Chicken is on point. I'm not a big Cole slaw fan but this slaw is perfect. I recommend the Angry fries. Now for the bad part. Lines can get really long just to order. And then you wait about 30-45 minutes just to get your food. We spend an hour total. This place does not offer mobile ordering. So you have to wait in line. Unless this place starts to offer mobile ordering I doubt I'll eat here often

Honestly, it was the best restaurant but their quality started going down. Especially with their fries. But the main thing is they give out 1 to 2 sauces per order and if you ask for more they get annoyed. It used to be take as many sauces as you want. Why would they take out the best thing about their food.

I ordered the Angry Mac, hot, after sampling the spice at the suggestion of the server. It was spicy, but not too bad. Well, I didn't realize that the mac and cheese on top of the chicken would be covered in the spice. I thought just the chicken would be spiced. It ruined the dish for me. It was all that I could taste. I may as well have just ordered a shaker of the dry rub and covered my tongue with it. In addition, the pasta was overcooked and mushy. One positive note - the chicken was tender and moist. I wouldn't order this again.

3rd time eating this chain. Not really impressed as anything out of the ordinary chicken besides spiciness. The 1st time we had it a couple people ordered medium and hot but I think they gave us the wrong level of spicy because they could barely eat it it was so spicy. I guess if you like your food so spicy you can’t taste anything else this is a good place to go

Walked in and the place smells like a restroom. Jason helped us and he was great. But the ice machine is coated in green either mold or algae I told the staff and they didn’t do anything about it we sat and ate for a few minutes but between the smell and watching people fill their cups up with that disgusting ice we had to leave because I felt like throwing up.

Our food was ordered to go. I tried the fries in the car before leaving and they were oil saturated and soggy. Chicken strip was nice and juicy though. But BEWARE the restaurant floors are literally covered in oil and are very very slippery. I slipped and almost fell over. This is a public health and safety issue! Clean your floors ASAP.

Customer service was absolutely terrible and will not come back ever again. Two girls at the front blatantly ignored me after I failed to find the doordash confirmation code in the beginning. Once I found the code they refused to even give me a chance to give the code and went so far as to leave the counter after taking someone else’s order. While finding the code, I can feel their dirty stares and deeply felt uncomfortable within the restaurant. The food is great but the servicee was so bad that I don’t feel comfortable within the establishment. Lost a loyal customer.

The food was sub par at best. The medium is def spicy, but the mac n cheese was decent. Honestly though, it’s one of those places where you walk in and you have to decide if it’s worth eating there based on cleanliness. The place was filthy. Like disgustingly so, which I assume is typical when a bunch of teenagers run the joint. Idk. Honestly, not worth it.

This our 3rd and LAST visit! Our 1st visit was somewhat good. They got one of our orders wrong, but overall food was good. So, we decided to return for a 2nd time. Thankfully our orders were all correct. On our 3rd visit, they got ALL of our orders WRONG! Instead of getting the Country and Mild chickens, they gave us all something absolutely ferociously scorching HOT!!! Way too hot for a regular human being to consume. After spending over $80 on food we had to throw it all into the trash. Needless to say, WE WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!!

Waited 15 min for my mobile order to be finished while it was waiting on the shelf, got the order and it wasn't even the correct items instead of sliders I got dry chick on sliced bread

They need to fix their system. I ordered from the storefront with doordash for pickup. No confirmation number after ordering. No confirmation number in the text. No confirmation number in email. Sent in my husband and he told them my name and screenshot of the order. They absolutely refused to give him our order. My husband asked for the manager and he said he's the manager. He's the boss. Not great for business. I had to walk in .. several months pregnant to PERSONALLY show him there is no confirmation in ANY of the notifications (text/email). He said he needed name or confirmation and that my husband didn't know my name. I was on the phone when my husband went to pickup the order and I heard him tell them my name. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they lie and claim they never got a name. Insane. Do better especially since there's a Dave's now with better service.

Place always looking dirty, service has went down a lot compared like when they first opened up.

This angry chickz the worst, the manager at h the e store Maria doesn’t care about the customers at all. Angry chickz should not be in service business because it doesn’t know how to retain its customers or how to provide good service.

I thought I was getting a chicken sandwich not a chicken tender sandwich you know a whole chicken patty or or the breast it was nothing like that. It was just a tender strip between two buns. It was good the chicken, but it wasn’t what I wanted. I wouldn’t come here again because I felt cheated and they didn’t wanna give me my money back.

The food was a little expensive, but that wasn't my problem. My problem is that the food was just not good. It did not have any flavor other than being extremely spicy. It was not enjoyable and customer service horrible. The cashier did not appear to be happy and customer service could have been better

When I went back to have it corrected, they finally gave me the right dish — but they made it so spicy it was almost inedible. I ordered hot before was okey, this time it was so extreme, this felt intentional. I had such a bad reaction I nearly had to go to the hospital. Whether it was carelessness or spite, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest you think twice before eating here
